This downtown location is super convenient. They have a small parking area where you can park for free for a limited time, which is a big plus. Otherwise, you'd have to rely on street parking. I came right around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't busy at all. I love having no line, quick service, and I was helped immediately. The worker was friendly and walked me through a couple options, like choosing the dressing amount and whether I wanted the bowl tossed. Nice little touch of customization. I also noticed they were offering $5 off if you join their rewards program, so of course I signed up real quick at checkout, I love a good deal! The caramelized garlic steak bowl was a hit. It was a generous portion, fresh, and flavorful. I ended up sharing it with my husband when I dropped it off at his job, and it honestly filled us both up. Inside, the vibe is very chill and clean, perfect for a quick bite. They also have outdoor seating if you want to enjoy your meal outside, but this time we went with takeout. I love that they have fresh ingredients, good portion sizes, and quick, easy service. It's definitely a go-to when you want something healthier but still satisfying.

I honestly didn't know what to expect other than I knew it was healthy food options. Parking is tough. I had to park a bit away during lunch time because their little section is pretty small and it was packed, so I parked over by Whole Foods and walked over. Not a big deal just something to be aware of, and if you are lucky enough to find a spot near them, it's tight getting in and out so just a side note. Upon walking in it was a pretty long line but again it was lunch time (around noon), so no issues. You order at and then get a number and find a place to sit. They have options to sit inside and out. We decided to sit outside since it was a nice day. The food came pretty quickly which was nice since it was lunch time. I ordered a kale salad which was amazing. My lunch partner had a wrap and she said it was really good. You can tell they are using really top notch ingredients which is good. Pricing is pretty typical for these type of places.

I've ordered and sampled several different menu items. I really liked the green chili queso, the roasted broccoli, smashed potatoes, and the other roasted vegetables. On the last visit my friend ordered the salmon entrée. It was a very, very, small piece of salmon. I don't know if that is the usual size or not but definitely not what we expected for the price. The only thing I have tried here that I didn't care for was the Mother Earth Bowl. When I ordered it the employee mentioned that it was their most popular item, but I thought the greens were very bitter and the dressing didn't complement the vegetables. But apparently everyone else loves it. The parking lot was congested each time I have been here. Traffic flow is difficult so next time I will park farther away and walk rather than navigate the small lot in front of the restaurant.

I ended up doing a mixture of rice/spring mix lettuce for the base, chicken, tomato's, sweet potatoes, broccoli and a hint of blue cheese. I topped it off with a drizzle of their Thai vinaigrette. I also had to get a banana & strawberry smoothie which was so good and not watery. 10/10.

I don't write reviews often, but this experience made me make an exception…read more Pros: The dining area looks very nice and I enjoyed the decor. That's it. That's all the pros. Cons: My partner and I decided to stop here on our way to an event for dinner. We had 40 minutes to get to a place 5 minutes away from this restaurant. We figured we had plenty of time. When we walked in, all staff were on their phones and did not notice us. There was ONE customer in the dinning area. We had to approach staff because not only were they on their phones around the corner from the only guest, they all had their backs turned to the door. It's possible the place has a bell or something to alert staff to customers. If so, no one could hear it because the place had Spotify playing excessively loudly. After we got the attention of staff and were seated, the waitress walked away and stared into her phone for 10 minutes before coming to ask for our drink order. We told her we wanted to order fully. We had to repeat our order MULTIPLE TIMES because she could not hear us over the music and we could not hear her. We asked if the music could be turned down three times and were refused. After placing our order, she came back shortly to tell us they did not have the appetizer we ordered and tried to get us to order a specific app we did not want and had no interest in. Eventually, we were served our burgers with 15 minutes left to eat and pay if we did not want to be late. When we got our food, both of our orders were wrong. My partner attempted to call out to the waitress (who was on her phone again), but could not be heard over the music. I had to SHOUT "Ma'am" at the waitress standing 10 feet away to get her attention because the music was so loud. We told her the burgers were incorrect and we needed to send them back. She tried to talk to us but no one could hear each other because of the constant music playing. She got the manager who came and asked what was wrong. We explained that one of the burgers should have been plain and the other should have had only lettuce on it. We then showed her that my burger had all condiments listed on the menu on it and my partner's burger had toppings that weren't even listed on the burger to begin with, including pickles which we both have mild allergies to. After the manager herself took our order, she came back with a menu and tried to justify somehow both the one burger made to menu standard and the surprise toppings on the other. Less than a minute afterwards, my partner's burger was brought out finally made correctly. She did not tell me until we left they had simply scraped off the condiments from the bun and she could still taste them on the burger and bun. She stopped eating after three bites. Several minutes later (and now making us late to our event), my food was brought. It was also made wrong yet again, but it was also plain now. My partner left the dinning room to take a call and to escape the noise of the music. I asked the manager lady for the bill and mentioned how they still had not made my burger as ordered. She apologized and said she would discount the tab for the troubles. The bill was not brought to the table until AFTER I had fully finished my sandwich. Neither of us were given any napkins or silverware at all, and my burger came with a sticky sauce I had to wash off in the restroom. The initial waitress brought me our bill. There was zero discount at all. I tipped incredibly low. I will never, under ANY circumstance, return to this establishment. For less than half of the price of two meals made incorrectly and lazily "fixed", I could have driven across 56th street to Burger King and gotten a burger made correctly and not have had to spend an hour being subjected to somebody's terrible rap music Spotify playlist (which included the song "My D*ck" by Mickey Avalon) being blasted so loudly that I got a headache from it. I wish them the very worst of success.

However the last three visits I have had three different dishes (including ones I had order previously) and all three have tasted like cooking oil. Today I had the caprese toast. I decided to add salmon for added protein. Ya'll, when you see the word 'caprese', you think fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, right? Not cooked, right? Well every item except some mint was cooked. Mushy apples, mushy tomatoes.... coated in a fowl smelling oil. The mushy-ness of it all got to the bread underneath. Then the salmon on top.... it was salmon but it was very, very smoky and it was shredded to appear like.... hate to say it.... cat food. Cat food instantly popped in my mind when I saw my plate. The item I used to love the sweet potato hash but it now has the same problem as the caprese toast. No flavor except that of cooking oil. I also ordered a kids plate with scrambled eggs. Eggs arrived with obvious signs of being over cooked with brown burn marks. Fine for a fried rice at a Chinese restaurant, maybe. But really? This is a brunch place that is supposedly 'health minded'. Eggs shouldn't be dry. I'm sure they also tasted like cooking oil but I didn't try them. I agree with another reviewer that the descriptions of dishes could be better. A cooked caprese??? I wouldn't have ordered it. Two stars are only beause the service here is decent.

Was in town for my daughters cheer comp when we walked over to this adjoining building for some lunch. Me not being a salad guy at all I went with a Italian grilled cheese. My wife got the Athena salad and my daughter went with an ultimate grilled cheese. Line was pretty long due to the thousands of cheerleaders in town. However they worked the line rather quickly and we had fresh and warm food. My wife said her salad was pretty good and filling. Her only complaint is it was hard to eat out the to go box. But when you are setup as a mall food court there really isn't much else they could do. My Italian grilled cheese was a solid and fast lunch. Nothing special but it did the trick and filled my stomach. My daughter didn't really care too much for her ultimate grilled cheese. I tried a bite and it was solid. The Italian had more flavor for sure though. Overall solid spot for a mall food court option. Pricing was average compares to other mall eateries so no big issue with that.

The curry cauliflower bowl has: curry roasted cauliflower, golden raisins, cashews, pickled red onions, crispy chickpeas, and artisan lettuce blend. I want it for every lunch for the rest of my life and I'm already planning my next visit to The AMP so I can get my hands on it. Order it. The only turmoil I now feel is the stress of wanting to try everything on the menu but not wanting to *not* order this bowl. Take one look at their menu and you'll be so impressed.
