    "Deep dish" sausage pizza
    Steven R.

My family and I had dinner here Friday night. It was our first time here. Having lived in the Chicago area for almost 50 years, I am always intrigued by restaurants describing themselves as "Chicago's pizza." The pizza here is good (more on that below), but is it truly Chicago's pizza? The answer is yes and no. The thin and crispy pizza here IS a Chicago-style thin crust pizza. But, the "deep dish" pizza here is NOT Chicago style deep dish pizza. That being said, we thought the thin and crispy pizza was delicious! The "deep dish" pizza reminded us of Chuckie Cheese's pan pizza. It was a decent pan pizza but we didn't enjoy it as much as the other one. One other comment...true Chicago style Italian Sausage is irregular in size and appears hand rolled. The sausage here reminds me of Totinos pizza...tiny in size. The pepperoni bread sticks were good and my wife enjoyed the salad bar. Service was average. 3 1/2 stars.

We had lunch here today and everything was decent. We did the buffet that has a salad bar with it. I do wish they offered honey mustard and also tomatoes sliced up better than sandwich slices. It seemed to take a long time to get more pizza to the buffet line which was disappointing. It seemed to me like they were trying to govern what everyone ate by not having much on the buffet line. I requested a chicken bacon ranch be added which is my favorite but by the time they got it up there I had eaten a plate of salad, 2 pieces of pizza and a couple breadsticks which I love.

It's a nice Chicago pizza franchise in Noblesville. It's located near Walmart and in a small shopping comes with ample of parking spots in front and side of the pizza store. The restaurant has a pretty big seating area and clean space. Our server was sweet and very helpful we ordered a side of breadsticks, garlic bread. The garlic bread was a little salty for our taste and the breadstick were a little uncooked so we asked them to replace them and our server replaced those. We also ordered chicken and veggie pizza which were cooked to perfection. I recommend this place for nice dinner with family and friends.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, been looking for a good pizza place. Might have finally found a decent place. Got a thin crust Pepperoni and a traditional crust Skyline. The flavors are good, wish there were more toppings on the Skyline though. Second trip here got traditional crust Magnificent Mile and Pepperoni Sticks. The Magnificent Mile is great, good flavors and more toppings than the Skyline. The Pepperoni Sticks are yummy. They're smaller than I expected but pack a punch in flavor. I'll definitely be ordering from here more often.

There are a lot of places you can get pizza from, but when I tell you Chicago's is by far the BEST! It's by far the best. I absolutely love their pizza sauce and all the ingredients are fresh and they don't skimp on the toppings either. I personally like eating in because they have the best salad bar. Again everything is fresh and a good selection of veggies. They have a one trip option and it's perfect to go along with the piping hot pizza they bring out. If your craving a good pizza, this is the place.

We've ordered take out on their pizza before but have never gone into eat. Well we did it and don't regret it. They are much more than just pizza (which I think is one of the better ones in Fishers). Beer menu is small, but the glasses are not. Cold cold mugs. It's a nice touch. My wife decided on the baked spaghetti and meatballs, while I went with the Buffalo chicken sandwich. We had our youngest with us, so he got the kids pizza and breadsticks. (FYI, all my kids rave about their breadsticks). All in all, it was awesome. The bread for the sandwich is unmatched in the immediate area. We did notice people getting the salad bar, and it looked worth every penny. Waitstaff was great and from time to order, to time to table was awesome.

This place is AWESOME! I've never been to the location, but order through UberEats a lot. They read through "added notes" and actually care how I'd like my order. All who work here, your manager must be awesome. You guys really are great and the pizza is phenomenal. You never skimp and always make it an experience for the delivery folks too. The owners of this joint truly know how to run a customer-centered business.

    Pizza cut the correct way.

The menu consists of Antipasti, pasta, salads, and pizza. They also have desserts of tiramisu, cannelloni and cheesecake. We ordered the Amanti Della Carne pizza. It consisted of mozzarella, pepperoni, homemade sausage, signature, tomato sauce, ham, and mortadella. All pizzas are 12 inch and thin crust. Our pizza was $17. We also ordered the spring salad for $7. It consisted of spring mix, tomatoes, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. The spring salad was good. The lettuce was fresh and nicely seasoned with the dressing. We really liked the homemade balsamic dressing. The pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings. As mentioned there is no variety or choice of size. The pizza only comes in a 12 inch, which was eight slices. Also, there is no choice of crust thickness. It is all a reasonably thin crust. Not a cracker thin crust, but thinner than most pizzas. We really liked it. The table next to us ordered pasta. They said it was delicious. They asked our server if the pasta was made fresh in the house. The server replied that it was. Service was very good, friendly, and prompt. It appears they do a big takeout business as while we were dining we saw several people come in and pick up pizzas to go. We recommend if you were in the area

It was red sauce, onions mushrooms and sausage. The sausage was really good but overall I felt flavor was missing. I want to try again and dine. Speaking of dining in- the space is small and intimate and cozy. The staff is very nice. I also orders the chili wings - all flats. The texture of the wings were perfect. The food was hot and everything seemed to be from quality ingredients. I will certainly bring my friends that are vegan and others that would desire halal. The crust was crunchy and the right thickness. The toppings were generous. We had medium hot Chilli Corn and Manchurian chicken. The clerk made sure to quiz me on that. I could see how some might consider that hot but it was medium for most Indian restaurants that cater to most white Americans. The menu is extensive. I am glad we did the homework first as the digital menu would not have been helpful. As far as the facility, it is nice and clean. From our experience, it was awkward from a service standpoint. We arrived on a Saturday at 11:30. It was not clear they were open but the sign was on. All of the chairs were on the tables. They were messing with perhaps mats? I finally asked if they were open. I received a somewhat positive indication they were. I motioned to my wife to come in. We stood at the counter for what seemed like an additional two minutes before someone came over after they were moving chairs. ( Owner should instruct the staff to come up, welcome the guest, thank them for coming and let the customer know they will assist them shortly if they are not ready to assist them ) I saw they had cans of soda. I asked for a fountain coke as they have a lit fountain machine. They brought a can of soda. Found out they don't offer fountain drinks. $2.50 for a can of soda. That does not go far when eating a pizza that is spicy. There was no provision for a glass of water as many restaurants offer. We ordered a dessert called gulab jamun. I was surprised it was served first and cold. Our meal did not arrive till about 8-10 minutes later. Since it was served cold I would have expected it to be served with the rest of the food. Every other time it has been served hot and arrived at the end of the meal. After the food arrived, we never saw the staff again. No one asked how our meals were, did we need anything. We were the only customers. The branding is off. The sign in front says Chicago Pizza with a twist. Inside sign says Pizza Twist. A side door says Twist. They need better branding and provide better training to staff. If this is not addressed, I could see they will have problems building their business with the average customer in Fishers. Owner/ Manager needs to spend time eating at a Chick Filet and a Culver's so they can train their staff. They also need to offer fountain drinks.

We ordered a scamorza, he got a large side salad, and we got a large pizza, half bar 20 (chicken bbq) and half pepperoni. Salad was good. Scmorza, our favorite app with tomatoes, garlic and usually tons of melted gouda, was disappointing. It had a ton of tomatoes, but I couldn't taste the garlic at all, and the slice of cheese on top was so thin as to be pathetic, not what it normally is at all. So essentially it was a big bowl of chopped tomatoes from the can. (I will note we did not say anything to our servers about this.) Our large pizza arrived fairly quickly, but it was half Bar 20 and half plain cheese. At first, we thought maybe the pepperonis were under the cheese, so we pulled a slice to determine, but in fact there was no pepperoni. The one server took it back to the kitchen, then he brought it back and told us they would also make us a medium pepperoni. I'm cool with that, as I eat leftovers. Upon eating more of the Bar 20 (usually one of my favorites), really it wasn't that good because the dough was also a little raw in the middle. They brought the other medium peperoni fairly quickly as well. It looked really good and we could tell it was nice & hot with the melted cheese. Still a little disappointing that there were only 2 pepperonis per slice (see pics), it just seemed like there should be more. At least this was cooked properly and had a nice flavor. I will say this, the two servers who were working our table were both quite nice and friendly. Just the food was very mediocre this time. #ReviewsByRL

This is a hot spot for a certain kind of Carmel crowd who wants to have a lil' cheeky drink on a day that ends in Y (or two drinks ... or three. They don't judge at Pizzology.) Or so I'm told. I got boots on the ground reporting for me. But it's also a restaurant for families. And a restaurant for casual dates. And a restaurant if you just want great food. Pizzology gets wood-fired pizza right. The crust is chewy yet slightly charred and crispy in all the right places. The pizza flavor offerings are simple but also creative. They have a dozen or so chef-crafted pizzas, so you can order a pizza that has been thoughtfully created. But if you want to go rouge, then you can also create your own pizza from ingredients like peppadew peppers, corn puree (what?), smoked mozzarella, asparagus and lots more. Large pizzas feed two, maybe three people. Small pizzas will feed one person. I was with a group of people, and we ordered a variety of things. The best thing that I tasted was The Varro, which is a pizza with red sauce, pork meatballs, fresh garlic, blobs of ricotta, parmesan cheese and parsley. This is one amazing pizza! I specifically ordered this pizza for the ricotta blobs, but I left with the memory of the garlic. Woah! If you like garlic or need to ward off vampires, this is the pizza for you. Other things we got included the Margherita pizza, which was so good and simple, with lots of fresh basil. And The Bama (white Alabama barbecue sauce, chili flakes, grilled chicken, banana peppers, caramelized onions and mozzarella). The Bama is spicer than you might think, but it was very tasty. Other people at the table got salads and bread sticks, and they were very happy with them, so I feel like you can't go wrong with pretty much anything on the menu here. The wine list is decent here! You'll find some nice wines at OK prices. They also have a wide variety of cocktails, plus a small beer menu. Hours are limited, as Pizzology is only open for dinner, starting at 4 p.m. If you're visiting on a Friday or weekend, I'd call to make a reservation. This place fills up quickly!

After said massage, I was relaxed and decided that I did not want to cook dinner when we got home, so we popped in without having any context on its popularity. The place is really small. There is a bit of counter/bar seating, one large table and one smaller table in the corner inside. Outside, there are 3-4 more tables in a covered area. We reviewed the menu online, as they seemed to only have one printed menu that was being passed around from table to table. We decided on the Godzilla pizza (Pepperoni, Jalapeno, Serrano, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Grana Padano, Tomato Sauce, Pecorino, Mike's Hot Honey, Fresh Basil, Olive Oil). The pizzas only come in one size, so there's no ordering a small pie to see how you like it. It is all or nothing! We sat at the one available table inside with our beverages and waited for the pie to be made. The table was dirty and there were cobwebs in the corner, but as I read the reviews online, I began to get excited for what was to come. It didn't take very long for us to receive our pie (20 minutes tops) and we had to try some fresh out of the oven. The slices were huge, barely fitting on the plate. The crust was nice and crisp. I wasn't really a fan of the fresh jalapeno and serrano peppers (I guess I expected them to be pickled), but they were sliced paper thin. They were all over the pizza. The most generous topping, by far. There was no picking around them, so next time, I would opt to have them removed entirely or at least have them go light on the peppers. They didn't add any spice, in my opinion. My favorite topping was the ricotta. It was very creamy and added a nice balance to everything else the pie had going on. I would try them again if my husband wanted to, but they aren't at the top of my list.
