Our friends wanted to try an Indian flavored pizza and some of us wanted a gluten-free pizza. We got everything at Pizza twist. We ordered online, went and picked up and got it back home for Saturday night dinner. The flavors don't disappoint. The surprise was gluten-free pizza, which had such a nice crust, a thin base, but also still wasn't unusually heavy or bad tasting as some gluten-free options are. It also wasn't chewy. It was a nice crust which works for people who are trying to manage their weight so I think it was a win-win situation. It was good. I would reccomend if you like to try different things or like Indian food which I do It is a unique concept with "Indian" pizza. The food was hot and everything seemed to be from quality ingredients. I will certainly bring my friends that are vegan and others that would desire halal. The crust was crunchy and the right thickness. The toppings were generous. We had medium hot Chilli Corn and Manchurian chicken. The clerk made sure to quiz me on that. I could see how some might consider that hot but it was medium for most Indian restaurants that cater to most white Americans. The menu is extensive. I am glad we did the homework first as the digital menu would not have been helpful. As far as the facility, it is nice and clean. From our experience, it was awkward from a service standpoint. We arrived on a Saturday at 11:30. It was not clear they were open but the sign was on. All of the chairs were on the tables. They were messing with perhaps mats? I finally asked if they were open. I received a somewhat positive indication they were. I motioned to my wife to come in. We stood at the counter for what seemed like an additional two minutes before someone came over after they were moving chairs. ( Owner should instruct the staff to come up, welcome the guest, thank them for coming and let the customer know they will assist them shortly if they are not ready to assist them ) I saw they had cans of soda. I asked for a fountain coke as they have a lit fountain machine. They brought a can of soda. Found out they don't offer fountain drinks. $2.50 for a can of soda. That does not go far when eating a pizza that is spicy. There was no provision for a glass of water as many restaurants offer. We ordered a dessert called gulab jamun. I was surprised it was served first and cold. Our meal did not arrive till about 8-10 minutes later. Since it was served cold I would have expected it to be served with the rest of the food. Every other time it has been served hot and arrived at the end of the meal. After the food arrived, we never saw the staff again. No one asked how our meals were, did we need anything. We were the only customers. The branding is off. The sign in front says Chicago Pizza with a twist. Inside sign says Pizza Twist. A side door says Twist. They need better branding and provide better training to staff. If this is not addressed, I could see they will have problems building their business with the average customer in Fishers. Owner/ Manager needs to spend time eating at a Chick Filet and a Culver's so they can train their staff. They also need to offer fountain drinks. read more

Just phenomenal. We were visiting for a wedding and ended up eating there 3 times it was so good. We went specifically for the vegan options and they had so many... the vegan pizzas were off the charts good. The service was amazing as well, they were very helpful with explaining the menu. They even have plant based chicken as a topping option for their vegan pizzas. My favorite vegetarian pizzas they offer are the Indian Veggie and Tandoori Paneer. Their thin crust is thin, and I should note, it's not a cracker-like crust. 5 stars - Indian Veggie Pizza - (White Sauce, Cheese, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Green Pepper, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies on Request, Fresh Cilantro). The garlic white sauce is what makes this pizza sing. This place is definitely a hidden gem! My uncle recommended this place to me when I moved to Indianapolis. As a vegetarian, I loved the plentiful veggie options they have. I got the tandoori paneer pizza and I have to say, it may have been one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time. Loved the deep dish pizza fusion combo with the paneer. The pizza also just looked amazing when I opened the box (see picture). The inside definitely was empty when I went, but would not be surprised if most people get it to go. I told them to go easy, but I could've used a bit more fire on my tongue. The onions are a rustic chop, (aka huge chunks) so next time I'll do lite onion cuz I'm a huge fan. I chose the hand tossed crust and it was perfectly chewy and crispy. Next time, I'll try the thin crust. If you aren't feeling the Indian fusion vibe, no worries. We tried this place to try something new. Asked for a specialty pizza with extra cheese, the pizza was burnt to a crisp and had hardly any cheese on it. And it had so much salt on it that I had to have 3 huge glasses of water after 3 burnt pieces. Not good for anyone with a heart condition. Will not be going back. read more

We almost ordered two orders of garlic bread. Glad we didn't because it is basically a med pizza with garlic butter and cheese on it. Not what comes to mind for garlic bread. We ordered a med hand tossed with house red sauce and pepperoni and sausage. The pizza smelled great. A nice amount of cheese and toppings. We both disliked the taste of sausage so it got picked off. Did not see any drink options without sugar or artificial sweetener so I didn't get a drink. Don't think we'd be back. Everything was ehh. The food is amazing and at a great price!! The pizzas are great specially the Achari and Garlic Paneer Pizza which are so flavorful. The regular pizzas like cheese or pepperoni are also great but definitely recommend trying the fusion flavors. For the street foods we tried the Gobi Manchurian, Dahi Bhalla, and Dahi Batata Puri all of which were super tasty. The Mango Lassi is also the perfect drink to have here, and if you're looking for a sweet treat the Falooda is very unique and tasty (kinda similar to Halo-Halo). It had a lot of onions so I think I'd order it with light onions next time. We tried pizza here for the first time recently! We were interested in veggie options and unique Indian flavors like tikka masala. We ordered the Bombay with garlic sauce and the veggie tikka. They were both good! The crust was nice and the pizza was not greasy or too salty. They did a great even spread of toppings. (We did pop some slices in our air fryer to get the crust more crisp as a personal preference). The Tikka didnt have the typical tikka masala flavor you might get ordering the actual dish, so I do wish that would have packed more of a flavor punch, but it was still good. All were great! Our pizzas took an hour to make due to being a large order and we were a large party. The paneer pizzas were spicy! I was not expecting them to have that heat, but it was good!
