I'm always looking to try new pizza places. Yelp assisted me finding this one, and after reading great reviews, decided to try it! We ordered a 3 topping pizza with cheese sticks from Doordash. There was no special option to add on extra sauces, so I rolled the dice and put to add them in the special instructions. They were nice enough to do so!! The pizza was delicious and they crust was crispy. They put a ton of cheese on the pizza and breadsticks... and you can NEVER have enough cheese. Their marinara sauce is unique and different than any other one I've tasted. I was trying to figure out your secret ingredient... cumin? Rosemary? I'd been curious about Pizzaville every since I passed it on the way out to my parents' home in Putnam County. Located on the western end of Avon, Pizzaville is in a strip center with Parlor Doughnuts in the parking lot, Hotcakes Emporium a handful of storefronts down and a couple other cool storefronts. In case it's not obvious, Pizzaville specializes in pizza. They offer dine-in, carry-out, and delivery in select areas. They also cater special events. One of the things I noticed was large signage indicating a lunch buffet during the week ($11.99). There's accessible parking almost directly in front. The main entrance offers a weird ramp up to the door - despite having a ramp, I'd actually say it's not accessible because the ramp is at such a weird angle. I was able to get in, however, it took effort. It's much easier if you approach it from the parking lot rather than the sidewalk. Once you enter, you arrive at the ordering spot. The dining room is to your left. The decor is simple yet clean. As I recall, they serve Coke products. They do have Gold Peak Unsweetened Iced Tea in the fountain. They do also have some canned/bottled offerings. While I arrived on a weekend (no buffet), there was a $6.99 special that included a mini-pizza up to 3-toppings and a fountain drink. The prices can definitely go up, though I found pricing quite fair and definitely quite good. They have a handful of sides - I was tempted by breadsticks, but they are $5.99. I read a couple reviews indicating it's a pretty big serving - so, I held off this time. I ordered a mini-pizza with sausage and pepperoni along with my fountain drink. They were friendly and offered help. The mini-pizza is basically a "personal" pizza and it's on the smaller side. I was pleased with it and would easily order it again. I believe there's a side room you can reserve. There's single user bathrooms with grab bars. I can't quite go to a 5-star here. I enjoyed the meal immensely and will easily return. This is a solid 4-star experience with good quality and good value. I arrived late in the lunch hour - business was pretty light, though it was steady. I'm enjoying my journey through Hendricks and Putnam County. While it was initiated by a sad experience, it's introducing me to the communities of Avon, Danville, and Coatesville and I'm really enjoying that. If you're looking for a new pizza buffet experience, this is a solid one to try from Monday-Friday during lunch. Otherwise, they still have great specials and for those on a budget you can eat for under ten bucks by using specials. read more

Still a great place for good pizza. We've been ordering pizza here since we moved to Avon. This place is consistently meeting expectations with mini personal pizzas, family pizzas, cheesy bread/cheese sticks, and big group orders. Over the years they have expanded and remodeled to be able to accommodate a larger lunch crowd since they offer a lunch buffet. This place is a little bit off of US hwy 36 hidden behind a Wendy's and a vape shop. There is plenty of parking but it is set up badly. I think it would be a little busier if it was in a better location. The cheese bread we got was pretty tasty but I have had better. I think it was priced at 6.50 . The pizza we had was the all meats it was the 18 inch it was affordably priced at 22 dollars and change. The whole order was 34 dollars and change with drinks. The pizza was really good. I will definitely be back. There was only one person working but we still had great service. The bathroom could have used some TLC . But as a whole it was pretty clean. They have a lunch buffet during the week at lunchtime that is pretty reasonable so I might give that a try. read more

We are pizza snobs, and this place just landed on pizza go-to list. Simple decor, clean and really nice. The Manager went out of his way to talk with us, and made the visit a good relaxing experience. They just need a couch for that after pizza nap. Highly recommended! read more

Originally, we planned on eating at Subway. However, due to employee incompetence, it was closed. So, we walked next door and gazed our eyes upon a place that would change us forever. Pizzaville. We walked inside and soon found we were the only customers. However, that was okay with us because it created a relaxed atmosphere. Alongside the TV and chandilliers, this made it a 4/5 atmosphere. Now, after we walked in, we were greeted by a kind man who helped us select what size pizza we should order. Super great guy. Along with this, we got an order of breadsticks. We paid, took our seat, and we didn't have to wait long. The man came out 5 minutes later, super great guy, and brought us our food. And let me tell you, we devoured. You could say, it was amazing. 5/5 pizza and the breadsticks were decent as well. I forgot to mention, this delicious, large pizza and breadsticks, that easily fed all three of us, was only $20! Amazing value! With that value, we had some extra cash that we tipped the excellent service man with. Super great guy. Their pizza hit the spot for my family of four. Wife and I got the (insert chef's kiss) Humble pizza. Crust is chewy and crisp. Kiddos each got the smallest sized pizza. Overall , price was spot on. It really pains me to write this and give 2 stars but the pizza I was delivered was NOT the pizza I ordered. I ordered through Door Dash because Pizzaville doesn't have enough of their own drivers. I ordered a large, Pepperoni, Italian sausage with extra cheese, extra sauce and cooked light. What I got was with extra sauce for which they charged $1.99 but no extra cheese which I paid $1.50 for. It was also cooked to a well done with dark brown over all the mozzarella cheese. I called and talked to the manager who told me they did take it out early and he had looked at it. He said nothing about the lack of extra cheese or the $1.99 charge for extra sauce. The last times I ordered from here, my Humble Pies had extra sauce and regular cheese - which was more than the "extra cheese" I ordered this time and the mozzarella was lightly speckled with brown on top. He never acknowledged that the pizza wasn't what I ordered and argued with me that they pulled the pizza when it was really light and he checked it. He said they'd remake it, but their driver was backed up and it would be over an hour for delivery and I would need to return the pizza they had delivered. I didn't want to wait until 8:30 pm to eat dinner, and told to him to forget about it and hung up. The pizza wasn't bad but it was NOT what I ordered and I was overcharged nearly $4. I can't drive now, so I am limited in pizza choice. Avon Papa John's, is wretched as are Domino's, Pizza Hut, Jack's, Marco's and Two Guys. My go to was Pizzaville, but now? Well, I just got a pizza stone for the oven so I guess I'll be having to work harder for pizza if I want it done right and I can get what I pay for. Went to lunch at Pizzaville and was happy with the choice! Ordered a small personal pizza, veggie, along with a salad! Service was very good, owner very polite, answered all questions I had and started our order immediately. My husband ordered a meat lovers type pizza, which we both liked too. He got the size a bit larger, which would have served both of us. We both had extra to take home! Our experience was good, food good, employee very friendly and they deliver to within 6 miles of the shop. Convenient location right off Hwy 36 and 525 East! First visit today with wife. It's a small place but don't let that stop you from visiting this place. The owner said she was trying to acquire another spot next door and expand. Pretty simple menu and nothing fancy but you can tell it's quality and they care about what they're doing. The owner was there to take our orders and explain how things work. Wife had a Stromboli that looked really good. She pretty much ate it all so I consider that a positive. She didn't offer to share with me either. Another positive. The bread looked good and it appeared to have been grilled or put in a press for a minute. Nice and crunchy. Wife said it was garlicky too. I had the mini hot pizza and a salad bar. I could tell immediately that the salad bar was very fresh and the veggies had all been processed in house. Nothing from a bag here. Spinach and iceberg lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower etc as well as cottage cheese, macaroni salad, tomato's, huge fresh red grapes, green peppers, sunflower seeds and raisins and much more. Everything I love in a salad and it's all you can eat. The pizza was very good. I told my wife the crust had to be made fresh which the owner confirmed with me later. She also emphasized the fact that nothing they did was deep fried. I asked about the chicken wings, which I'll have to go back and try, and she said they are baked. I have no problem with baked wings as long as you get them crunchy like a deep fried wing. I don't want them mooshy. I'll report back on that in the future. The pizza was very good and with pepperoni, spicy sausage, green peppers, onions and jalapeños it was just what I had hoped. Fresh and hot and a good crunchy crust that didn't get soggy. Place was clean and free soda refills make sure you not thirsty from the hot pizza. We got an order to go for one of the kids and she said she would time it so it would be done when we were ready to leave. Fresh and hot to go. Very considerate and professional in my book. All in all I'd definitely recommend this place. Anytime I can interact with an owner is always a plus in my book. These folks are doing it right. I'll be back. read more

I love it! The reviews were great and I was desperate for good carry out, so we decided to try Pizzaville (is anyone else picturing JT singing - Bring it on down to Pizzaville?). The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food is great! The pizza crust is between a hand tossed and thin crust. Perfectly crunchy ends and just chewy enough in the middle. Good quality cheese and tangy tomato sauce. I ordered it with just mushrooms and they put on a lot! I also asked for heavy sauce. They put extra sauce on the pizza and even gave me an extra container of sauce in case I needed more. I can't decide which was better, the pizza or "breadsticks." I say "breadsticks" because they were really more like garlic bread strips. So buttery and garlicy, they were great even without sauce. I'm ashamed to say I ate nearly the entire order myself. The employees are very nice and helpful. The store is clean. I need to go back and try their lunch buffet. read more

It may come as a shock but I absolutely love this place. It's a fast food type place, but the pizza is better than some gourmet restaurants. It's one of the few places where I can eat the crust.
