First time visiting this location in person. Stopped in for a quick dinner before heading to the track. The restaurant was very clean inside, and the staff was friendly. We ordered a 2 can dine special, which includes a medium one topping pizza, full order of breadsticks and two drinks. We sat down and a nice employee brought us our plates and drinks, and asked if we wanted the breadsticks as an appetizer. We declined because we were waiting on one more. I did ask for a water which they brought. Pizza came out and was delicious. The food was enough to feed three of us (with one having water). We came by for lunch and did their lunch buffet. It was good. I personally wasn't a fan of the sauce on the pizza. It was a sweeter one than I'm used to. My fiancé really liked it. The cheese sticks were incredible. And I really liked the cinnamon sugar dessert sticks as well. read more

Went here for lunch during the week, and had the pizza buffet. Inside was clean but no special decorations that I recollect. I was just there for the buffet experience. I paid at the counter and got right to work, ended up eating 18 slices in varying flavors. Each slice was nothing great (can't expect much from a pizza buffet) but if you're looking for a filling meal, strongly recommend. Without a question this restaurant is the cleanest restaurant I've been in for while. Servers were super friendly and nice. We ordered one trip salad and some garlic cheese bread, both were good. We had a deep dish pizza, it was a deep dough pizza really. The dough of the pizza was about 1/2 inch thick with the toppings we ordered on top. Terrible! It has taken me a couple weeks to write this review because I didn't know what to say. I ordered through DoorDash pickup. I had received a coupon to get $5 off so we decided to give it a try. I ordered and paid on the app and my husband went to pick it up. When he arrived he gave my name to the lady behind the counter because that's what you do when you order pickup orders. Well they could not find the order. A guy walked up and ask the name again and then asked if it was a DoorDash order and my husband said yes. Well this guy started yelling at my husband about the way to pick up a DoorDash order. After Kyle told him he was the customer not a dasher he started back peddling, but was still rude. Kyle asked his name and he was proud to say he was the franchise owner, Donnie. Well long story short our pizza was sitting on a counter the entire time and was not hot anymore when my husband left with it. And cold when he got it home. And it was just average pizza. Pizza is King in my world and I've had my fair share of Pizza joint experiences. The flavors of this pizza was so good and delicious. I read one review and they mentioned the Deep Dish is not a true deep dish...which is true..It kinda reminded me of the Deep Dish crust you will find at Pizza Hut, but A LOT better. I ordered a full order of bread sticks and a small three topping Deep Dish pizza. Our sever was nice and took our order pretty quickly. I ordered sweet tea drink and it was OK. I ended up switching to Dr.Pepper. The bread sticks soft and delicious. The pizza had a good crust on it and topping were pepperoni, sausage, and spinach. Very good combo. Great pizza, great breadsticks, and nacho cheese with good flavor! We ordered this for a quick weeknight meal and had no complaints. We kept our pizza simple and did pepperoni and bacon as toppings. For me, the dough is most important and this dough is just what you would want...not too thin and not too doughy, but just right! The cheese has that nice pull and we enjoyed that our pizza was not too greasy! Something I was impressed with was when I called to place my order, the young lady asked for my phone number and then asked if I'd like to order the same thing I did the last time. This was a nice touch for me because this was only our second time ordering. It made it feel personable as most places just wait for you to rattle off what you want! This was my first time eating here. I actually order via Grub hub, and there was a wait time of an hour. Our food arrived a little over an hour and 30 mins. We ordered 2 personal pizza's. My wife had the veggie and I had the chicken pizza and with chicken wings and no sauce. My pizza was ok, I didn't get a wow factor. There was nothing special about it. It came with onions on it and I don't mind onions it was just so many of them. I picked off what seemed like a small onion. The wings had no flavor at all. I had to add seasoning to them and put then in the oven for a little more crisp. Just ordered pizza, regular breadsticks, pepperoni breadsticks, and a stromboli. Those were the worst breadsticks I've ever had. They were so blah, not even the sauces helped. The pepperoni breadsticks tasted old, I was afraid to eat any of them. The stromboli wasn't even toasted. They are so much better when toasted to crispy edges in the pizza oven. Like I'm not saying customer is always right but when someone coming to pay for 20 pizzas and tip on top of it you would think they would say hey, we screwed up. My god the owner literally starts accusing the customer of lying and this being far fetched to where he starts sharing how GREAT of customer service they have. We all know sauce makes the pizza and there are no complaints this way. - there is a salad bar that remind me of the old Pizza Hut buffet during my childhood. - the GF pizza is 10" and runs about $13 for 2 toppings - the staff is fairly young, maybe high schooler, but they are friendly and polite. - Cons: they don't deliver. Went here for the first time with family and had the buffet. You get pizza, bread sticks, salad bar, and drink with the buffet option. Pizza was good, definitely better than cicis pizza. My favorite was this garlic cheese pizza. Sooooo yummy. They do have Pepsi products.(sorry coke lovers) will stop by again. I have been here three times since it opened. I have been trying to give them the benefit of being new to Speedway. However, all three times it has been poor service. The first time I think they forgot I was even in a booth. They also brought the wrong sauce for the breadstix twice and did not have all of the toppings on my baked potato. The second trip the water tasted like it was from a sewer or pond! Food tasted okay on both of the first two trips. This trip tonight, the service was a tiny bit better, but I do not care for the sauce on the pizza. The sauce doesn't have much flavor. Now the positive is the breadstix! Then when I asked to get a telephone number of the owner so I could submit a comment not to allow me the opportunity to tip the waitress she gave me the store number . Unknowing this I called and she refused to give me a number to contact him telling me that she wouldn't give me any personal number for him . Me and a friend of mines decided to come here for dinner tonight since we we're in the area. We waited about 30 mins for our pizza to come which was fine considering they were a little busy . Our server was very helpful showing us the menu and going over a few things with us that we did not know. The only problem I had was when I got up to go wash my hands they had a air dryer and no paper towels which I think is gross no matter who's bathroom it is after I wash my hands I had to use my shirt to open the door. My family and I were thrilled to check out your establishment however left with a bad taste in our mouths.   Let me start by saying our server, a blonde lady in maybe her 30's she had a young girl,  I'm sorry her name avades me, was amazing.  Quick, polite,  knowledgeable,  and attentive.  We got an xl pizza, half spaghetti, cheesy garlic bread,  salad bar, 2 liters and one small beer.  I had good hope's for "Chicago Pizza" as the great state of Chicago has some of the best pizza I've had; however we were all severely disappointed - like didn't eat our food dissatisfied.  My nephews garlic cheesey bread - the bread was stale, the pieces that weren't so hard you could break a tooth on literally dissentegrated as soon as you touched them.  The cheese peeled off the top without effort (signs of poor quality cheese) and it had little, if any flavor. The pizza, onion olive bacon had barely any toppings... after digging for some time we found tiny bits of what looked like... bacon bits? Is that even real meat? Minimal onions and olives. The sauce was... different, not really any flavor - like tomato paste straight out of the can. My niece whom... really only eats spaghetti lately wasn't a fan of her half order spaghetti, same sauce as the pizza.  The beer was decent, and I appreciate you having at least one local brew.  But in conclusion we didn't eat our food, gave it away to the homeless man outside and actually had to go get food elsewhere.   Again not our server but two younger gals were talking about some not so appropriate convos behind the unstocked salad bar. read more

Disappointing!! The best pizza I had here was the first time I went. The other times were not so great,but, I kept going back because I was remembering that first time. However, I am done. I even ordered extra cheese to try to eliminate previous problems. I paid 15.15 for a pan pizza- some pieces looked like they may have had more cheese, but half didn't even look like they had regular cheese. And sauce? Tried this for the first time using door dash. Only took about 35 minutes and the food was hot and delicious! The breadsticks were amazing and came with 2 sauces which were also good. We have ordered from this location several times however our most recent visit on 3/25 was a complete disappointment. After placing the order online I arrived at the restaurant only to be told that they hadn't received my order, even though I showed them the confirmation email. After checking for several minutes someone finally told me that they had it and it would be ready shortly. After sitting in the dining room and watching three employees take large amounts of food for themselves to sit and eat, one employee prepping the salad bar (without gloves), and several other employees walk around and not assist anyone, I went to the counter to check on my order. It was ready, however no one said anything to me and then when I checked the pizza it was made incorrectly. When I asked to talk to the manager, she argued with me that is was made correctly, even though I showed her the receipt I had where it was clearly marked how to make it. They remade the pizza correctly and did give us the one that was made wrong too but it was a horrible experience. As a former restaurant manager, they should be disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, care for customers, and example set by management. We will not be returning to this location again! read more

If I could give this shitty place 0 stars that would still be too good! The 1 and only time I ordered from them was when I placed an order for 3 chicken pizzas. I told them no pork!! Please make sure you do not add pork!! When we arrived home later with the pizzas, they were all pork. Although this happened last October, I remember it like it happened a second ago being that my husband due to medical reasons can't have pork. I called and spoke to someone who claimed they were a manager, but to me he acted as if he had no freaking clue as to what was going on. His attitude stunk like the shit they serve. This said, I didn't give 2 shits about their $5 credit since they suck to high Heaven....and... knowing full well I would never go back!!! Probably would rate it a 2.5, if that option was available. Not a real Chicago deep dish. In Indy, you'll have to go to UNO's or Giordanos for that. Their deep dish is more of a Pan pizza, like what you can get from Pizza Hut. It's not horrible, the crust is nice and fluffy and the sauce is good, but it's just not Chicago deep dish. The service was really poor when we went in on Sunday at 7:30. Not busy, maybe 3 other tables, that got their food before us. Server gave us the pizza, asked if we wanted anything else. The kids wanted ranch, she said okay, I'll bring 2 cups back... and then she never brought them back, she completely forgot. Then when she brought us the check, we asked for a box, and she never brought that to us either. It was really strange, because it wasn't like she was overwhelmed with work. It was almost like she purposely was doing it. Either she has short term memory loss, or just didn't like us. She wasn't being out right rude to us, so I don't think it was the latter, unless she's super passive aggressive. The whole experience was strange... Needless to say, there's really no reason to go back. Perhaps if the service was better we'd get their classic crust pizza again, but the whole experience was just "meh". Delivery from other chains would be cheaper and faster. Also I love air conditioning, but it was beyond cold in there. I've never complained about it being too cold, except in a movie theater. Located in the new small strip-mall just off of Crawfordsville Road and 465 heading towards Speedway. Nice to have a new lunch spot that offers good service and a clean eating environment. Yes they are new but both individuals working today went out of their way to see if I was satisfied more than once, delivered a carry out menu to my table after I asked if they had one and gave other patrons good service as well. The cashier helped a customer carry items to his table and delivers Togo cups to another table eating in while single handy took orders, filled the salad bar, and making pizzas. The salad bar ( its a great value they offer one trip or unlimited ) the one trip was under 5.00 and offered fresh ingredients for salads and three other salads macaroni, cottage cheese and potato. They also have a really great deal on their lunch pizza/salad buffet. I love the deep dish pizza and you are sure to get full quick. The only reason they go a 4 was when you dine in in the evening you sit yourself. Unless the servers are paying really good attention you can easily get missed.
