While I've never actually been to the store front, I do want to rave about their catering/delivery services! We frequently order from here for work events and they food is always on-time, set-up for us, and gets great reviews from the guests. The cookies and brownies especially are a favorite (and the vegetarian options too!). There was no wait in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. The female staff member at the window was efficient and pleasant. Only a handful of restaurants still offer baked potatoes... Hubster goes for the grilled chicken options & others. I placed an order and it was made wrong. I spoke to a manager about it was supposed to get replaced. So I reordered my food and explained my situation to the Male manager.Told him I thought I was left a VIP card. Manager went in the office and came out saying there wasn't one for me then explain that they get a lot of people trying to get free food at their location so he needed to check into it. I described the other manager to him and I said that I knew he was there that day so he wanted to go check one more time in the office to see if there was a VIP card. Not sure I'll be visiting this location anytime soon. Well to start they didn't give us any pickles with our sandwich which is OK but they will be asked it's almost 10 minutes for them to come back. Then we asked for one to go container when they brought it to the table the inside was wet. I took it back to the counter. I swapped it out and they gave me another one that was also wet. This location is huge! In addition to 2 dining rooms and a patio, they also have 2 glasses in rooms you can reserve by contacting the manager. I went inside to order right at 10:30 when they opened in a Thursday. I was the only customer but they still greeted me right away and I got my order quick. Looked like they also had a drive-thru so you have multiple options for ordering. They also had a cute IndyCar display right outside the front door since this location is near the Speedway. First, I want to say I have the best bestie ! She took me on an outing today that landed us at McAlister's Deli ! Neither of us had ever been, so it was a new experience for us both ! We both got the pick 2 deal. I got a cup of chili and half of a horseradish, roast beef, and cheddar sandwich ! I also got a sweet peach tea to top it off. This was the perrrrfect meal ! I really wanna like this place but I just can't. First off.. Waiting a line and hearing an employee drop the N word ..(I am a person of color btw)..unprofessional. Secondly,the gentleman who took my order just could not get it right. Even after I told him exactly... He added oil and vinegar to something that made no sense. Thirdly, I ask for a sandwich And told the gentleman when I ordered. I wanted everything except for bread, condiments and all. The first time they gave me the sandwich as listed with the bread.. Then I had to wait another ten minutes just to get them to fix it and had To go back and ask for the rest of it. This took way too long for me to get my food. I ran over here to grab something to eat while my dog was at the emergency vet. I forget what restaurant was here before but this is very nicely decorated. The girl taking my order was not listening to me at all. I specifically asked for the pick 2 either the club no cheese. She then asked what side. Uhhh you don't get a side. She says oh you wanted the pick 2. My food is done. My iced tea is no where around. I realize I wasn't charged for it. I offer to pay but the person just apologized and gave it to me. Today I stopped to get lunch at this location. The service was fast and the food was tasty. However, the great personality and helpfulness of a staff member made this experience. After going to get my pick up order (after I ate my meal inside), I thanked Phyllis for the great experience and her help, assuming she was the manger. Phyllis was fantastic! She told me that she was a new employee and actually not the manager. This wonderful woman has a leadership demeanor and customer service excellence that the company should celebrate. Have come here many times. Not expecting perfection, just a decent sandwich and salad. I understand where I'm going so I don't believe I'm getting filet Migon or anything. But today, the sandwich look like it had been wrapped by a toddler and tasted "off." My daughter and I got the same thing and agreed it wasn't right. We did sir and chat after we fi ished our meal. They didn't mind and didn't asknus to leave which was nice. Woukd visit again though they are limited on vegetarian options. We like to order from McCalisters... we like their food... and they deliver in our area for lunch -- BUT THEY SCREW UP THE DELIVERY ORDER EVERY TIME. There is really nothing worse than an office full of people... making an order spending more than $100 -- $20 or more of which is their "convenience fee, delivery fee" and then the tip -- and someone doesn't get their food... and the rest of the people eat in front of the others. McCalister's never makes it right by delivering the correct items... they say oh you can bring your receipt in and get your food... or get a credit for another time etc.... All not convenient at all... no refund of the "convenience delivery fees" --- and then there is the one person going hungry or thirsty because they don't want to really eat half of someone else's lunch. You would think for a $100 lunch for 4 or 5 people... it's not filet mignon... they would try to get it right once. Again today... forgot someone's drink and side. Sure wish we had more options in this area... we would definitely kick this location to the curb! read more

We love McAlister's because of their healthy options and we came across this location that's newly built and very clean. They are friendly and quick, too! I like to get the McAlisters club wrap, no mayo though because like I mentioned above we appreciate the healthy options they have and I always get the side of fruit or steamed broccoli. Both are good but the fruit is a slight up charge. My husband loves the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich and he also gets fruit or broccoli. We have tried the Mac and cheese and it's okay but not great. I am Mac and Cheese's biggest fan so I am pretty picky about it. read more

Yum Yum Yum!.. I just picked up 2 BLT's since their so delicious with the Herb Mayo and a side of potato salad. I'll want another for dinner I'm a regular. Their customer service is so.... Great!. The 2 male managers are so... professional. James and I forgot the other ones name but while James was on the register the other manager took was outside going to each car to check and bring out their orders which made the line wrapped around the whole building disappear! Now that's great customer service when you care enough to get your customers on lunch in and out so they'll have time to eat. They've always had good customer service. I just happened to pass by the Speedway area Saturday(11/23) late morning around 11ish. That's when I discovered McAlister's restaurant, and I've been saying for a few years there needs to be a McAlister's in the area. Since, the area has been growing from 2015-2019 Ross, T. J. Max, and Five Below in the area. Well, this McAlister's is bigger than the ones I'm used to going to. The first thing I noticed was that it's very spacious, so far everyone was pleasant, professional, kept coming by the tables checking on customers, and there are plenty of outlets at new restaurant tables. For, lunch I had the same thing as always when I go to McAlister's just spud with their cheddar jack cheese, bacon, sour cream, and butter on the giant spud. It was so delicious, hot & fresh even the last bite was still fresh and hot. Oh! I had one chocolate chip cookie along with the regular lemonade. I must say when the Indy 500 comes back next year it'll bring McAlister's at Speedway location BIG business since it's so spacious, in great booming location, and it's very close to the Indy famous tracks.
