The new Steak and Cheese sub is the bomb! Have probably tried all of their subs over the years and the new one is the best. Plenty of parking, restaurant was clean. Used the app to order and sandwiches were ready by the time I arrived at the Brownsburg location. Did not interact with staff as they have a carry out section and store was busy with customers. I consider Firehouse a good value for the money even though it's slightly more in cost than their competitors. The steak and cheese was prepared accurately including my customized changes. The beef, cheese, and peppers is a trifecta of fresh flavors. read more

Haven't been to Firehouse since before the pandemic. I stopped in and got my usual which is a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on white bread. The sandwich was good and filling. I was a little disappointed that they've done away with the sauce bottles that they used to have. Now they only have their sauce and you have to get a full bottle. It's a great sauce but I really didn't want a whole bottle. I don't know if I'd dine here again but can say you definitely get your money's worth as they don't skimp on the meat. read more

It's been a few years since I went here. I don't really remember much about it. Not memorable or bad but wasn't impressed enough to go back.

I'm pretty easy to please and rarely share an opinion unless it was stellar experience or a complete dud. Unfortunately, this take out trip was pretty bad. First, they were out of meatballs. Bummer..but okay I'll order something else. I get the hook and ladder with a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was terrible--very soupy and no flavor (also no breadcrumbs). The sandwich was pretty good until I pulled out a long piece of hair (not my hair color). Ugh. Staff weren't very friendly or motivated either. I don't think we'll be going back. read more

On Sunday at 1:40 we ordered 5 combo meals for delivery within five miles from the store. The store ordered was NOT DELIVERED for over an hour and half. That was absolutely terrible service. And we were still charged full price for everything and a delivery fee. How can Jimmy John's promote Super Fast in their motto and take more than an hour to deliver sub sandwiches. read more

Dowrion Leffty stupendous! took my friend victor and we had the combos. victor loves his mac and cheese! The consistency and quantity was perfect! the bread on top was just a bonus LOL. Food is always delicious. I do have a problem with their timing, though. Waiting in the store always takes a while, which is fine. I get it. But I've learned to order through their app, and it is almost never ready when they state it will be. I usually end up waiting anyways. So this was my first time here. I ordered a tuna sandwich and they had to check to see if they had tuna. The guy came out and said he could scrape enough together. There was one other table of 4 people. The restaurant was pretty dirty. It took about 15 minutes to get our food. It was ok but not $18 ok. They cut my tuna sandwich w a knife that was previously used on a bbq sandwich. Not sure if this was just a bad experience or if it is always like this. read more

This location is going downhill fast. For years I visited the Brownsburg location and it was great. The manager knew everyone by name and was very friendly. That manager is no longer there and today it's dirty, damages are never repaired and the service is awful. Today I placed an order and waited 25-30 minutes. During this time not a single sandwich was made despite a full restaurant. I needed to get back to work and ask for my money back. Jamie, your manager, was rude and said that I had to wait. When she finally processed the refund it was for much less than what I paid. read more

I havent been here in a while and never been to this location. The physiucal location is nice and very big. They have one of those awesome computerized soda fountains (sorry...blanked on the name). I had this months special which was the pulled poork and slaw on a Kings hawaiian roll. It was a decent size and the taste was meh. Not bad but nothing I would go back for. Food was excellent! First time I've ever been there, but also the last. The manager was really rude and called the group I was with ignorant and a bunch of bums. When we called back to complain, the manager who made these comments was very rude on the phone and when we asked to speak to the manager she said was the manager, then when asking to speak to the district manager, she hung up on us. One of the best sandwich places in the area. My favorite is the New York steamer. They have kids meals too and they can get a cookie or chips and it comes with a drink. I like their sweet tea. They have the Coke machine with multiple drink choices. There are 2 TV's to watch while eating. Give them a try! read more

After taking WAY to much time & frustration getting passed around from worker to worker, they said no, they can't unlock the tables or let us take chairs or a table outside to eat. After being a long time Penn Station fan, I have forever made the switch to Firehouse. My kids love the atmosphere and the food. We're always greeted with a smile and a hello. Everyone is friendly throughout our stay, even after my kids make a mess of the floor. Best place to get a sub (hot or cold) in Brownsburg!!! read more

This place was sloppy. The Coca-Cola freestyle machine was empty. No one made any attempt to fill it. There were no paper towels in the bathroom. Three of our four sandwiches were made wrong. This is not my first time here and won't be my last but today's visit was definitely the worst. The tables through out the restaurant were all dirty, the staff was slow. Yes they had a good size Togo order, 5 sandwiches, before we ordered but that is not an excuse to get our order wrong. They young lady borderline rude and looked at us like we were crazy when we asked for one sandwich in our order to have mustard and veggies out on it like we had ordered. The food is great, but after this last trip I simply cannot recommend this restaurant or continue to give it my business. A gentleman and his family came in, asking if they could use the metal tables locked up outside to eat (since they had a dog with them). The cashier asked the manager, who in an annoying vocal fry halfheartedly said no. The gentleman then asked if it was okay if he took out a small table that was inside of the restaurant instead, assuring the employees he would return it after. Again, this was met with a halfhearted "no." After pleading his case one more time, the gentleman, in a huff, called the manager useless and began walking out (he had not yet ordered). Having worked years in customer service, I can soundly say, this is where this incident should have ended. But, alas, no. The manager and both employees moved in front of the cash register, followed the man out the door, and began SCREAMING EPITHETS and curses at the gentleman who was now leaving. Amongst the animalistic behavior was dares to fight them, telling the gentleman to "be a better f*&*$$# father to his kid," and slamming of the door multiple times, all to the aghast of the handful of us seated inside.
