We went at night to get dinner after a long day. I believe Alison took our order, she asked a lot of questions making sure we got exactly what we wanted including ketchup and salt or any ordering else! The ordering process was great with her. We order 2 fish and some burgers. The kids meal wasn't too great, the burger was dry overall which would be terrible to give to a kid in general. But the fish was really good. So the food was hit or miss at this location. But the service is usually really good. Drive thought was quick and speedy even for being 10 at night! read more

Ive gotten either a Fish sandwich or cheeseburger with fries. An oreo/cookies n creme milkshake. Very good food. You pay more for a classier setting. Food service should always be in gloves behind the counter. End of story. In the pecking order of burger joints, you gotta go Shake Shack, Culvers, then McDonalds, as cost for better quality plays a factor and role in the quality of food and setting. I love Culver's! Their butter burgers are fantastic and the cheese curds are really really good. This time we only got desserts and their frozen custard is excellent. So smooth with lots of Mix ins. We got heath and Reese's peanut butter cups. Creamy and smooth a great dessert for the night. The place is clean and always busy. The employees are nice and move quickly to keep the line going. Excited to finally have this location open up near my house. Even though the line was really long when we went (I think it was like their third day open) we got through pretty quick. Culver's burgers always hit the spot whenever I'm craving a burger. This time I had a single butterburger and fries but the chicken tenders and onion rings are also delicious. I also decided to try the "flavor of the day" which was chocolate Heath crunch. It was good but I prefer just the plain vanilla custard which is also amazing in a root beer float. The service was quick as can be expected for cooking to order and they were friendly enough. I gave this location at 465 and Emerson about a year to get their battle rhythm. I stopped by today about 4 o'clock and ordered 3 butter baskets with fries and drinks. Before this location was built closer to my home (New Palestine), I used to travel down to County line Road location where you get EXCELLENT service and quality food with fresh vegetables that are cool and crisp and everything is made to order. Beech Grove handed me three hamburgers that were TIGHTLY wrapped in paper and the buns were totally crushed and smashed...the vegetables were hot and limp/mushy like this burger had been made and left sitting up under a heat lamp somewhere. I was the only one in the drive-through line and it only took them about three minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got up to the pick up window that tells me they didn't make that burger fresh. Looked and taste nothing like Culver's. Looked more like a Burger King burger made in a bad area/location. If you are use to receiving excellent food from Culver's do not stop at this location!!! It will pale in comparison...they need corporate training. read more

I had ordered a crispy chicken cashew salad through the drive through and the young ladies had attitudes and slammed the drive through window after I paid. I went inside and explained I was given the wrong salad. The manager even said, yes that is a side salad. I waited several minutes for a reorder and while waiting had 6 teenagers staring at me and whispering at the front counter while the manager also stood at the front counter. The manager handed me back this salad with fried chicken and cashews tossed on top. Literally in the same tiny container. Instead of wasting my breath I just left. I will NOT be going back to this Culver's. Which is too bad for that company because my fiance and I were going there once a week after grocery shopping. Tonight's visit was a bit disturbing. It's the second time in two weeks they are out of large cups for large sodas. So, they give you a medium cup for price of large. Usually they are very busy with cars wrapped around the building. After you order, you pay at window and pull forward, sometimes around the building toward the street, to wait for your food. Tonight the drive-thru was empty, so, I just pulled past the window, so the person who brought my food out would not have to walk so far. And yes, if more cars would have come up behind me, I'm smart and courteous enough to know to pull forward more. Then the employee who had just delivered the last order on foot, coming from around the building, gets upset with me and tells me to pull all the way around the building to the trash can. Lol. Have they had so much trouble with drive-thru patrons not pulling forward when they should, without being told to, that now it's just Culver's By-law for the customers even if the drive-thru is dead? read more
