You order and pay at the kiosk and wait for them to bring it out to you. Our food took about 8 to 10 minutes. It looks clean inside, is brightly lit and the staff are very friendly and polite. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai which was quite delicious, one of the better versions in town. I counted 8 large shrimp covered by both thin and medium wide noodles which was odd and made it a little heavier but it worked for me on a certain level. The flavors were spot on Thai with that delicious mix of sweet, sour and salty. My only suggestion would be to get a little more scrambled egg and bean sprouts to lighten the heaviness of the rice noodles. My main sticking point is that they apparently don't offer lunch portions. The portions are dinner sized @ $17.99 but it's just far too much food for me and I'm not a fan of leftovers. Add a mini Pepsi @ $2.50 and tax and I had a nearly $21 lunch at a strip mall carryout? Ouch!
