I went back the next day for the fresh sugarcane juice and ordered the beef and cheese again. Same result. The juice was clean, lightly sweet, and refreshing, and the pastels were just as good as the first time. It's a small, no-frills spot. Clean, simple, nothing fancy. I didn't dine in, just picked up both times, but service was efficient and smooth. The flavors took me right back to Brazil. Consistent quality, no shortcuts. I'll be back.

My favorite is the buen gusto which is ground beef but also had olives and egg and raisins in it. It sounds weird but SO good. I always take everything to go since they only have 2-3 small tables.
