I decided on the mushroom risotto as a first course which was outstanding--perfectly creamy risotto topped either mushrooms and a delicate touch of annato oil that brought everything together beautifully. For my main course again, many options that I could've went with, but decided on the eggs Benedict with pork belly, and it was absolutely delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful. The country, potatoes, sautéed with onions and red peppers, were so tasty, and the side salad with dressing was light and refreshing. I also loved that there were several protein options you could've chose from to go on top of the English muffin beneath the poached eggs. We were too full to enjoy dessert there, but we took it home--an apple cheesecake dress with caramel sauce, and that same homemade whipped cream . Then followed that with the bone marrow which had a tasteful amount of chimichurri sauce and a side of crunchy salt to use for your liking. It was delicious! We were temped to next get the octopus but needed room for the "bar only specials" which is a brilliant idea very unique. It was a wagu blend cheese burger with arugula and a delicious black garlic spread and perfectly cooked fries. Perfect for sharing! A dinner isn't complete without an espresso martini!
