There's so much customization involved in making your burger, and all of the toppings and sauces sound amazing. I normally get some combo of goat cheese (so tangy and creamy and perfect in burgers), coleslaw, hot cherry peppers, grilled pineapple, sauteed mushrooms, jalapeños and/or tomato. My go-to sauces are Little B's BBQ sauce (which has a little chipotle for a nice kick), Jamaican jerk sauce, and roasted garlic mayo. I always get the brioche bun even though it has a tendency to fall apart, resulting in a deteriorating burger that looks really sad after two to three bites. The wings are tasty and the skin is nice and crispy. The maple habanero wings could've used more sauce, but the Jamaican jerk wings were spicy and flavorful. I'm a faithful fan through and through. Now bring some of that customization to more burger joints in NYC!

We politely asked if the manager might be able to accommodate us given the situation, but the answer was a flat "no." After that, we waited another 12 minutes for our server to return--she never did. At that point, we decided to leave. To the staff at this location: you need to do better. A bit of training--perhaps from your Hartsdale or Forest Hills teams--would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

Here's where a bit of a disconnect arose: Rochelle did not want pico de gallo but the server should have instructed her to add a different ingredient to prevent dryness. The brisket was cooked perfectly with a slight char mixed with guacamole but could have used a kick and cilantro. The soft taco was flavorless. My pulled pork taco was delicious: Mango salsa with pineapple chunks, pork was also slightly roasted and guacamole gave it a delicious flavor. I also thought cilantro should have been added. The hand cut fries were good not great, but portion was generous. There was live music: a flutist who played with prerecorded music. There is a bar as well to purchase drinks.
