It was such a treat to be able to order anything on the menu without worrying, and honestly, there were so many things I wanted to try that I'll definitely be back. I started with a classic margarita, which was delicious!! not overly sweet, just the way I like it. The cocktail menu was also huge, so there's something for everyone. For appetizers, we shared the guacamole, which was a generous portion for two people, the stuffed dates, which were the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the hand-rolled mozzarella sticks. Those mozzarella sticks were hands down my favorite dish of the night! For my entrée, I had the pulled pork quesadilla, and my husband ordered the three tacos. The ambiance was another highlight, such a cute spot with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. I would absolutely recommend Popojitos, even if you just go to order a bunch of appetizers and cocktails. I already can't wait to go back because there are still so many dishes on the menu I want to try!

The ability to be able to eat together and NOT have to worry about ingredients was truly a gift! We were able to enjoy your delicious food and relax together. The entire process for ordering the food - working with Josh and the team - was also top notch. We really appreciated the follow up calls to confirm the order and clarify specifically how items would be packed and separated. We also want to call out to the cooks in the kitchen - the food was excellent and we received many compliments. You have a few new customers definitely coming your way! Lastly we want to thank your owners and managers. We are so grateful that you are vested in a fully gluten free restaurant that understands the importance of food sensitivities. It's important to our community and you are setting the foundation for the future of food service. Keep up the good work!

Tacos are basically bare bones in the sense it's a protein, some chopped onions and cilantro. They can give you sauces on request as well. They do have a loyal following in the neighborhood which tells you that the locals like the food. Nachos ingredients were not speckled on top of the chips but more in dollops to the side but for jalapeños. Maybe I missed it, but not so much cheese.
