Music a little too loud but that's a personal preference. Booths and chairs comfy Service was great The corn was amazing. Smothered in Mexican crema and spice and cooked perfectly The wings were wong's and like wings at any restaurant but the buffalo sauce and side of dipping sauce was amazing. The tacos were pretty good. Pretty pretty good. The ingredients were plentiful and cooked just right with the perfect splash of seasoning. The flan was amazing--I mean delicious in taste with complex flavors including coconut. The burrito

This place was really good. They had really good tacos and a lot of variety in a Mexican menu. The menu itself was very interesting because it was an iPad so it was very interactive and fun to see all the pictures and videos that they uploaded iPad. The service was super quick fast and fun. They had some items on the menu that had a special entrance such as a fire, but it was very fun to watch. I would definitely come back here. The food was very good restaurant was very enjoyable overall.

Another legendary night Chris is an amazing bartender. I came in to celebrate a great night and all I got was A+ service. The margaritas were fire, the food wasn't on fire, but still fire. My taste buds, more electrified, so I'll call it an electric fire. Overall, a fire experience. Some of the dishes come on fire so it makes for good family fun.

Hate to rate a new business low but this is my first time and I will be returning and hopefully have a better experience. First off, it's super exciting that there is a new place on Garth road with some liveliness to it. The bar: the bar is fantastic and the drinks are really good and considering Jackie B's is the only other bar type place on that block, this is much better. The bar is a 5/5 and the margaritas are excellent and taste super fresh and natural. The food: so my review may seem unfair as I only ordered the Nachos specifically the Tipsy Nachos for 2 which included tortilla chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, cheese, corn, jalapeños, and choice of protein in which I ordered the pulled chicken. It is served in a very cool way, cast iron pan and they remove a can and dump it into the pan in front of you. All this is great the problem I had was the nachos came out super cold to the point that the cheese was already hard and hard to pull the nachos apart. Also the flavor of the chicken was very underwhelming. Bland chicken on top of the nachos and it would've been nice to have some sour cream (next time I'd ask for it). The service: the service was good and their new outdoor patio is cute. Also enjoyed the iPad menu, it's easy to scroll through and you can see photos of all the food you are ordering. I would 100% not discredit this place and I would definitely return I just dislike when food is served cold but I will be back and try more things. Even if I did not love the food the bar is worth visiting if you're in this area with friends.

This location on Garth Road constantly changes businesses but I have hope for this one! Came here with some friends during Happy Hour on a Friday night. (Note: you can only get the Happy Hour deals when sitting at the bar.) The menu options are endless and with $8 margaritas, how can you go wrong? Wait staff is super friendly and the food comes out quick. Definitely will be my go to for a drink after work!

Was so excited to hear Tipsy Taco was coming to the area! They did not disappointed with a revamped look to the space, a repositioned and highlighted bar, and a fun and interesting menu. So great to have another (rare) option open passed 10pm. I stopped in for their first Friday night open with some friends for a birthday. The place was lively, energetic and the staff handled the crowd like veterans. We enjoyed the Guacamole, Empanadas, Carnitas Tacos, and a number of the flavored margaritas. All excellent and would order again. We also shamed the birthday boy with a fire covered pineapple volcano cocktail that was actually quite delicious. Welcome to the area, Tipsy Taco!

The restaurant has a typical sports bar vibe, with TVs and sports memorabilia on the walls. It was quite loud. The host was kind enough to sit us in a corner so we had room for the stroller we had with us. They have an awesome brunch menu! They also have a full cocktail menu (with very pretty images), but we did not partake this time around. The avocado toast was just okay. I was excited because they seemed to have a unique preparation with dukka and chimichurri. The chimichurri was quite tasty. The bread was nice and hearty and the dressing on the side salad was pleasantly tangy. However, the avocado was not at all fresh. It was slightly brown and tasted like guacamole left in the fridge for a day or two. My husband got the chicken sandwich and was pleased with the taste, portion size, and accompanying fries. My lemonade was on the sweet side. I prefer a bit more of a fresh citrus taste so I asked for some lemon wedges and that helped. Our waiter was friendly.

I've never had hair service that felt like a warm hug. So here's my salon background: nowhere near this, I can tell you that. I've been going to the same little shop in Chinatown in the city since I was a broke college kid for ten years. Paying $30 plus tip just to get the job done, just for a semblance of put together hair. Well... I'm a grown up now and it's time for an upgrade, time for new things to try. And comparing Hair Saloon and my little reliable shop... the phrase I would use is you get what you pay for. The quality Brianna and Danielle exposed to me to is something I would never turn my back on now that I've had a taste of it. When I walked into the salon, which shares a little building with a nail salon next door, my nervous little self was greeted with warm smiles and welcomes. I was given a little tour of the cafe/bar side, and then the section where the actual magic begins. Seeing as how they've open during the height of COVID, they're still very infection control friendly! The chairs in the cutting/stying section are more than generously six feet apart, and the chairs by the washing station are separated by clear screens. 10/10 for cleanliness because you see these other businesses and since late 2021, you know hygiene has definitely been thrown out the window. You know you're dishing out a little more $ when there's massage chairs during the hair wash. In my head I was just wow'd because Chinatown could never lol. Brianna was great during the wash. One thing I have to commend them for is the communication step-by-step. She asked me my preferences in shampoo, and I usually opt for products that offer volume, so she introduced me to R&Co, which was pretty much *the* brand that was used on me throughout my appointment. I really appreciated how she explained the different types of shampoo they used and who would benefit from what. The shampoo, the hair serum, and hair spray I'm pretty sold on because I'm that person who's always looking for the next best thing when it comes to hair and face products. Now Danielle. You are the GOAT. Thank you for showing me what it's like to be well taken care of as a client. There is something in that customer service of yours that feels so warm and it's like, of course the business would be 5 stars on here! You're like the big sister of hair, telling me what works and what doesn't. I told you this during the service, but you are absolutely absolutely absolutely the master of your craft! :) Dear future customers, the way Danielle can utilize and manipulate round brushes? It's honest to God like being in the audience of a magic show lol Hair Saloon fulfilled everything I was looking for a new salon: trendy, modern, close to home, young and kind stylists who are willing to collaborate with you for a fresh take on your appearance, and I didn't ask for this but it's a welcome bullet point: drinks!!! :) Cannot wait to be back!

We had our baby with us and they were kind enough to switch us to a table that was a little quieter. To start, we had the zucchini fries. These were light and airy. I also enjoyed the general tso's cauliflower, which were batter fried and coated with a sweet sauce. My family also ordered the fried calamari and ate every bite. For my main, I had the vegetable pasta. This was a unique dish. The pasta was similar to wontons and filled with veggies. It was then topped with additional veggies and a light cream sauce. It was hearty and tasty. The restaurant had lots of specials for the evening and my family enjoyed the surf and turf, scallops, and Chilean sea bass. They provide complimentary seasoned olives, parmesan cheese, and warm bread for the table, all of which were a delicious start to the meal. Service was great. The only negative was the music was quite loud and they turned it up even louder towards the end of the meal. I understand the venue turns into a night club after 10pm or so, but I feel they should keep the music at conversation level while folks are still dining. Overall though, it was a good meal!
