I also wish they had more bagel options available when I went, and I'm personally not a fan of applying my own cream cheese -- part of the bagel experience for me is having it done for you. It also seems like the only add-on option now is cream cheese, which is a little disappointing if you're hoping for a full sandwich or variety. On the plus side, there's parking right outside, which is always appreciated. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not great either. We've also had the opera cake here for a birthday and the coffee + crunch did not disappoint.
