Then followed that with the bone marrow which had a tasteful amount of chimichurri sauce and a side of crunchy salt to use for your liking. It was delicious! We were temped to next get the octopus but needed room for the "bar only specials" which is a brilliant idea very unique. It was a wagu blend cheese burger with arugula and a delicious black garlic spread and perfectly cooked fries. Perfect for sharing! A dinner isn't complete without an espresso martini! They have live music a lot, and the performers are pretty good. Want to see a bunch of old white people dancing? This is your spot. I chose to get a golden raisin muffin because the scone had nuts in it. The muffin is $6.50 which is what you expect from fancy places. It tasted really delicious and much better than supermarket and bakery muffins. This was a nice once in a lifetime stop, but it is not somewhere to return. I understand it is a farm and has to be further removed from society, but the time constraints are too much. Also, there is no guarantee what will be served, and you need to be able and willing to eat anything.
