During one of the last games however, we asked if the sound could be switched to the soccer match like it had been before. The server refused to lower the music and would only let us hear the TV's own speakers, which were impossible to hear over the loud music. It felt like customer experience was no longer a priority. Yesterday was the final straw. I came in with a friend, and the server was sitting at the front scrolling through her phone. She didn't acknowledged us until the bartender noticed we were trying to get someone's attention. I've supported this restaurant for over a decade, so it's disappointing to see the level of service decline like this. Is there new management? It's a true locals spot that those in the neighborhood patronize as while there I saw a bunch of them getting their day drinking on during early afternoon. It's an old school working mans bar with a bit of a worn look but in a good way.
