Love this place - perfect setup This is the kind of place that people say to themselves, "how did I find this place?" A house smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. You walk into this wonderful dimly lit spot and nuzzle up the bar where all of the patrons are having a good time. Pretty loud friendly group all interacting together and with the bar staff. Everyone made is feel like we've been regulars for years. Now add into this beautiful dated working mans bar that it serves amazing food. Looks like two specialties are seafood and burgers. We had a big lobster roll and a great cod sandwich. Delicious, prepared quickly, fresh, and decently priced. Throw in tubs of ice cold beers behind the bar and you have a real winner. Kelly's please never change. Great spot. Thanks

By the sea, by the beautiful sea. Kelly's Sea Level is not on the water but with the nice tent covered outdoor dining patio who cares. The "sea" refers to their many Sea Level food options. The outdoor patio had 5 tables set up as fours but could easily fit 6 people. There was one table with umbrella outside the front door entrance. News of a good lobster roll here has made it a destination I had to visit. The all "meat" Connecticut Lobster Roll at $27.95 in warm butter on a new England buttered roll is by far the best I've had in Westchester County. Nice big chunks of lobster dressed in butter, not drenched so that the toasted roll stayed in tack. The item and price are listed on the printed menu. None of that BS, Market price crap so many restaurants add to the menu for Lobster rolls. I can't wait to return for the Maine Lobster roll (cold with mayo and old bay seasoning). My first time won't be my last, lots of reasonably priced appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts I want to go back to. Bloody Mary's, meatloaf sandwich with gravy and melted Swiss plus take out Carrot Cake made for a very nice Father's Day lunch celebration. All desserts were $6 or less. Where are you going for that? I've paid upwards of $12 for Carrot cake that was inferior to the slices we took home. I don't know if it's made in house but either way it was a nice slice and good.

Kelly's Sea Level is a great little spot! An Irish-style pub, essentially in the basement of an older home of a mostly residential area in Rye. It took a little while for food to come, but when it did arrive everything was hot and delicious! Burgers were good but next time I'm going for the lobster roll! Great outdoor seating area, bar, and limited dining room seating. This is great place to come whether it's a warm spring day or snowy winter night. Side note: Everyone was super friendly in the restaurant. It's definitely a neighborhood place; several fellow patrons initiated conversations with us. It was great!

Dirty dingy dive bar with bad food. The air conditioning barely works. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We went heavy on appetizers; shishito peppers (not for the faint of heart), Pastrami egg rolls (everyone's fave), Crispy artichokes and Hummus (awesome pita! Mom's favorite). The Shrimp & Lobster Mac and cheese was a standout. Loved by all. Chicken Shawarma was fine. Pot of Mussels was very good (not the "moules" you'd find in Brussels, but they stand on their own merits.) Lovely evening.

Ordered: Crispy artichokes ($15)- these were fried and tasty with a creamy yogurt sauce. Nothing crazy or exotic flavor wise, but enjoyable. Polenta bites ($12)- I really enjoyed these! They were a little salty, a little smoky (bacon) and a little sweet (honey). I will say that I strongly recommend Village Social either update their menu or change the toppings, as these polenta bites were topped with crispy bacon but the menu did not indicate this. Vegetarians in our group didn't realize this dish wasn't vegetarian. Chicken Milanese ($28)- the portion was very generous! It came with a large chicken breast and I requested to change the salad on top to Caesar. I appreciated their willingness to modify the order. All in all, I'd recommend checking out Village Social the next time you're looking for a dinner spot in the area.

Love the food! Love the service!…read more Ron our waiter was so friendly and accommodating!! The restaurant looks like a beautiful house with an outdoor porch where you have the option to dine on if you'd like. The inside you have a beautiful bar area to the left and a dining area to the right with a fire place giving a comfy upscale feel. The prices are a little on the pricier side so something to note. I recommend the shrimp tacos and Parmesan fries! You have the option to host events there too as I was witness to a couple during my time there. The only con is the parking situation. I've only ever been during the day for lunch and there are never any parking spots. I always spend a good 10-15 minutes circling around for one to open up. They do have a small dedicated lot nearby, but very limited spots and tight area. Plan accordingly.

Seats were hard as heck wood and mighty uncomfortable The food was--overall, mehhh First the potato skins were minuscule, Lilliputian and almost not even big enough to be considered bite sized The Caesar salad was...hmmmm, Ho-hum with fresh and crisp greens, ample if not generous Parmesan and tasty albeit stingy portion chicken. I tried the steak tacos and this was a fumble. Bland steak, miserly portions and soggy soft shell. The raviolis were a tad undercooked but really tasty. The sauce had a hair too much red wine but the taste as still very good and the portion rather admirable. I'd order it again. The Apple blossom desert was amazing. Dough was slightly and pleasantly sweet and the apple was caramelized and tender. So.... Food was a solid 3-4 The service a gentleman's C in or 3 The comfort and ambiance a 2

We had unsweetened iced teas, and the kids' seltzer came in a kid-sized cup. After ordering, we were served cornbread sticks, which were really good and a hit with my son. Elwood also brought crayons and paper for him, which was a thoughtful touch. We started with the gator nuggets and frickles. The gator nuggets were our favorite appetizer. The frickles were good, but the batter was fairly thick, which made the pickle flavor a little subtle. For my entrée, I had the fried chicken with collard greens and mac and cheese. The chicken was nicely crispy and came with four pieces, though it was a little overcooked for my taste. The collard greens were on the sweet side, and the mac and cheese could have used a bit more flavor. The highlight of our visit was the service. Elwood was friendly, attentive, and struck the perfect balance of checking in without being overbearing. Overall, the food was a bit mixed for us, but the excellent service, family-friendly touches, and pleasant outdoor seating made for an enjoyable experience. We'll be back to try some of the other menu items.

Lucky for us, the hostess got us a table within 5 minutes due to our small party size. She was great to accommodate us like that. We were seated in the area that looks like it's outdoor seating during the warmer months. The sound does not carry well in that area. Although we were seated across from each other, it was difficult to have a conversation. The service was attentive and timely but the staff were definitely busy! The food was good. I liked the Greek salad but it had too much tang to the dressing. It was overpowering. The fish tacos were good. The kebabs were a little tough but tasty. The dipping sauce helped. We had some drinks too. They had some unique cocktails that my husband enjoyed. It's a great place to go for vibes. Very loud. Food is good. Not sure if I would go again.
