Came in with my family for a Easter weekend lunch on Saturday. We were instantly greeted by our friendly server reese, who took great care of us throughout our meal. The food was amazing, and I'd especially recommend the hurricane chicken sandwich and their rotisserie chicken. We decided to try out a new spot, and we were blown away by the cozy atmosphere, amazing food, and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back for a meal sometime soon. read more

And follow up to see what we though- ex- 'Did you like the chips or fries better'? (both quite good). Food was good too. Semi kicking myself b/c the breakfast/brush options looked so good. But I opted for the MPP PITA and had a bite of the ROTISSERIE CHICKEN CLUB. Again both solid but buyer's remorse after seeing the breakfast dishes. The restaurant is cozy w/ a real neighborhood vibe. Our time here started off really well but didn't end so great. We were some of the only people at the restaurant for an early Saturday night dinner. There are younger wait staff, who were awkwardly endearing. There were some inconsistencies with what beer was on the shelf and on the menu, but that's not a big deal. It took a very long time for our food to come out. And unfortunately, when we needed to order an alternative meal for my daughter, it took a crazy amount of time for that dish to come out. Eventually, our waiter and (I believe) the manager came to apologize - something about having only one fryer - but I wish they had offered something while we waited or had come over earlier. The restaurant was still only three tables full, so I really don't understand the delay and lack of attention. The sandwiches we ordered were too heavy on the bread and just kind of average in terms of taste. I really liked the fried cauliflower, and my daughter liked her grilled cheese. Definitely a cute place, but I don't plan to rush back. read more

Cozy neighborhood brunch / breakfast place. Casual dining and a fan of the chef. Buttermilk battered chicken recipe and dish leaves you wanting more. Every bite offers moist warm and freshness. If you are a fan of batter - order these! The pancakes are crepe like and tasty, served with a organic or locally sourced jam. The Shakshuka was fresh, cherry tomatoes, nicely cooked eggs, and the sauce was topped with a pesto. Ashamed to say.. it was all gone! The Philly cheesesteak is a prime cut of beef, and the caramelizadme onions are folded into the cheese creating a layer of sweetness over the tasty roll which makes the sandwich a must for my next trip. It's a small gathering place, and come prepared for the cool weather, the smell of wood burning and warmth to accompany wonderfully plated dishes. Milton Point catered the food for a dinner party we had for 20 a couple of weeks ago. The food arrived on time, beautifully presented and enough to feed many more, the portions were very generous. The menu from which we selected the meal was creative and everything was delicious. We received lots of compliments from our guests. Briana was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and she made good suggestions for the menu. The family and I stopped by here for lunch. We were in the area visiting the children's museum near Rye Playland. After searching for a place, this one looked promising and the reviews made the decision easy. When we pulled up, we parked in their lot and noticed that they had outdoor seating, a couple of picnic tables alongside their building. The weather wasn't the greatest so we decided to dine in. The staff was very attentive. They were all young, very pleasant and genuinely cares that we had a good experience. After we sat, a few more tables came in and we could see that the young man that was acting as server was getting a little overwhelmed so we just remained patient and tried to not add to his burden. The food was good. We really enjoyed it. The portion sizes were a bit small but we were satisfied with our meals. Hubby and I shared our sandos. I had the classic burger with bacon and he had the Philly phromage le steak (hehe). Mini me got a hotdog with really good chips on the side. I also tried their leek and potato soup which tasted wonderful but was not as creamy and thick as I would have liked. I would definitely come back if in the area. Table was cleared and when we asked if we could just seat ourselves after wondering why they didn't seat us for five minutes, we were totally ignored by two employees. Came here on a Sunday and sat outside at the picnic tables. We had been once before and enjoyed the food so had expectations of a similar experience on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. The waiter took our order and almost 30 minutes passed before we had our coffees and drinks. Another 30 minutes passed with no food so I went inside to see what was happening. Apparently the order never went through and our food was delayed. We spent nearly 2 hours waiting for waffles and eggs that ended up coming out cold. Even though I originally liked this place, the service was so bad and I would not return. read more

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! I found it on yelp upon visiting Rye as I'm looking to buy a house in the area. We arrived at 8:30am because the yelp and google listings said they were open but upon arriving we realized on the door they open at 9am. The girl at the front was SO NICE!! She let us in and talked with us for a while during their morning set up. She was SO nice and helped us decide what to order. Normally, places push you off and make you wait outside but she was so welcoming. As soon as we got closer to 9am she told the guys to start our order so we could get on our way. The food was INSANE. I got a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, cheese, avocado, tomato and some Mayo etc. I was blown away. And I'm gluten free and they made this monster on gluten free bread. It was awesome. Definitely one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a while. The place is super cute and has outside and inside seating. They even have a bunch of wines and beer if you're looking to do a brunch style experience. Highly highly recommend this place. We recently bought their Pork Rib Half Dinner (serves 2) and it was delicious! The ribs were succulent and flavoursome, so tender that they were literally falling off the bone. The dry rub complemented the meat wonderfully; the ground spices were not overpowering, plus there was an additional hint of honey to round off the flavouring. A smoky edge just added to its overall appeal. It was a generous slab of ribs, great for two hungry appetites. We had some leftovers, which were still good after reheating the next day. The Pork Rib Half Dinner came with an arugula Side Salad (along with a light creamy lemon infused dressing), a hearty side of seasonal Roasted Vegetables (zucchini, carrots, fennel, sweet cherry tomatoes) as well as a tub of velvety Mashed Potatoes. Quality, freshness and taste wise, they have managed to hit the sweet spot! So I got the blackbean burger with a salad. My boyfriend got another sandwich that was $18. The sandwich was a soggy mess, and the fries were cold. The blackbean burger was incredibly bland. Drinks took a million years to get to the table. And they were very watered down. I would not recommend. read more

Recently had the MPP wings and pork sliders at a catered get together. The wings were great, but the sliders were amazing. Not sure how they made them so decedent and flavorful. My husband and I ate at MPP Friday night... we were so excited when we left. It was quaint, comfortable, great service and the food was EXCELLENT! He had a Summah Salad with grilled shimp, I had the same salad with grilled chicken, and we wanted to try the ribs so we ordered that too. My husband said they were the best ribs he's ever had. Everything, including the wine, was really, really good. We highly recommend this unique and wonderful little spot. Forget about wait times and noisy downtown Rye restaurants... I am usually not one to post on online platforms, but my experience at this location on Thursday was extremely uncomfortable. I believe it is important for other customers and upper management to be aware of what I witnessed. While waiting for my chicken tacos (which were a complete joke, by the way), the wait was unreasonably long. During this time, I overheard what seemed to be a manager discussing the extreme drug use of the owner or someone in upper management with other male and female employees. They expressed fear about what might happen next. At one point, the dark-haired female who appeared to be the manager received a phone call and loudly stated, "Call me when you are not intoxicated." The food was terrible, and the conversation was highly inappropriate. I genuinely feel for the staff. They appeared overwhelmed, and miserable and were putting on a facade for the customers' sake. I wish them the best, but I strongly advise staying away from this place at all costs! read more

I got the prosciutto press sandwich and it's $17 for the smallest possible sandwich. This place is so unbelievably overpriced it's not worth even trying. Food would probably taste wonderful if the average person was willing to spend the absurd amount of money charged for it. read more

I've been to Milton Point Provisions a few times now and it's evident they are working with high quality ingredients and high standards. I've worked in the city for years and MPP reminds me of the sort of food you'd find from a Danny Meyer place or other leading restauranteurs in NYC. How great to have a place like this in Rye, when you want something above and beyond your standard suburb options. Monty, the owner, seems like a great guy as well - very accommodating.
