Excellent brunch buffet! Amazing fresh seafood of shrimp, lobster, oysters, salmon and salmon crudo. There is an omelette station, full breakfast station, fruits, salads, pastries, bagels and desserts. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly served with au jus and choice of sauces. The quality of food and excellent service was well worth the $78.

Portions are small and pricy. Service and ambiance are very good. Hard to recommend when you are still hungry after dinner

It took a long time just to get menus and even longer for them to take our order. Throughout most of the meal, no one checked on us--only toward the very end did anyone come by. For an appetizer, we ordered the guacamole and chips, and the chips came out cold. We actually had to ask them to heat them up, which shouldn't be necessary at a restaurant like this. For our entrées, the experience didn't improve. The chicken was slimy, and the grilled lamb was bland and lacked any real flavor. We couldn't even finish our meals. The seating made things worse. We were placed in a corner right next to what appeared to be a service station. Staff were constantly coming in and out, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy any sense of privacy--especially on a special occasion. What was most concerning was the cleanliness. The wall directly behind our table was visibly dirty, with streaks that looked like spilled drinks that had never been cleaned. For a restaurant at this level, that's simply unacceptable. They did bring out small complimentary muffins/cupcakes for our anniversary, which was a nice gesture, but unfortunately they were dry and underwhelming. The biggest issue came at the end of the meal. We had a gift card (with receipt and order number), but they couldn't locate it in their system. The assistant general manager assured us it would be resolved in a few days and asked us to pay another way in the meantime. After multiple follow-ups over the course of more than two and a half weeks--calls and emails--we still have not received any resolution or refund. Communication has been inconsistent at best and nonexistent at worst. I've been here a few times before and each visit has gotten progressively worse. I really wanted to like this place, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

By the time we were ready to start ordering, a few seats opened up and our sweet waiter took care of cleaning the area first before we switched over to the bar. The overall ambiance of this restaurant was family friendly with a holiday feel. We ordered cocktails, which were delicious! Our appetizers (sticky wings = 10/10, omg the sauce!; shrimp bao buns, and some meatballs) kept us more than full enough that we decided to hold off on ordering anything else for the evening. Before we left, our original waiter asked how everything was and some of the exciting things that take place at this restaurant. I'm very big on customer service and I really appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and genuine everyone was throughout the night, even with there being so much people there. I will definitely come back again!

Got there early ahead of our reservation to get drinks at the bar. I ordered a dirty vodka martini and my husband got a gin martini. They got the order wrong and gave us both dirty martinis. I was briefly excited by them asking if I wanted blue cheese olives but even those were dry since you can see them on the bar pre-skewered, sitting in a container, not in brine. We finished our drinks and then moved to a table. We were not given water when seated. Placed an order for another round of drinks then (smartly) made the decision to order a mix of apps first before our entrees. Placed an order for another round of drinks, got the gnocchi, dumplings & wings. Food hit our table before our drinks arrived and we had to ask for water. Now onto the actual food - sadly, nothing good to say about it: - Sticky Gochujang Wings: well fried wing but WAY too much vinegar in the sauce not at all a Gochujang flavor - Sweet Chili Dumplings: Panda Express sauce a cloyingly sweet. Would expect more from a place like this. Also the filling of the dumpling tasted like it had curry seasoning? Curry + sweet chili are not flavors that mix - at least not in this dish. - Gnocchi: The sauce was broken/so grainy and gritty and the gnocchi itself SO DENSE. After this bad show, it was a no-brainer that we were gonna take our night and appetites elsewhere. So disappointing. Feels like they have a lot of service issues. Staff felt new even though they've been open for a year or so now. Unless some big changes happen, I have no interest in coming back.

Went to the Bedford Post Inn after seeing them advertise their "Sunday Pancakes" (as in, Sunday in…read moreBrooklyn) on social media. I had never been to Sunday in Brooklyn but upon reviewing menus from the Bedford Post Barn, several menu items seem to be taken directly from that very popular restaurant and with the same NYC prices. Upon entering there is a medium sized dining area with inviting tables along with counter seating along their coffee bar-- while I went during the winter, it looks like the outdoor space would've been a beautiful place to sit as well during more temperate months. With reservations I was always promptly seated, and service was friendly enough and orders were taken in a timely manner. After going to the Bedford Post Barn twice, I can say that the food is good quality, tasty, yet still on the pricier side-- everything is about 4 dollars more than what you would get at a comparable American restaurant of the same quality in Westchester, though I'm sure these prices are inconsequential for their target clientele in Bedford. The Sunday pancakes were decadent with a great caramel flavor from the maple praline and a thick, rich cake-like texture. The BEC sandwich was actually wonderful, the texture of the egg is great and the hash brown adds a great crunch, but kind of small for $20 and having no side. The club sandwich was generous with turkey but skimped a little of the dijonnaise sauce (TBF I think if I asked for more I am sure they would have accommodated me) the The french fries are amazing-- great crunch and well seasoned. The café drinks were also very high quality. The food, ambiance and service made for a really nice brunch experience if you are looking for something a little more elevated for breakfast in terms of ambiance moreso than any ingenuity with the menu. While the Sunday Pancakes are unique, for the rest of the menu they have the basics done well and presented well here.
