    Eggs benedict

Food is okay compared to the price Ambiance is nice of course Service was all right. Things were a little slow considering that we ordered acai bowls the first day. 2nd day was fine and I ordered the eggs benedict, which wasn't too bad too. Overall, the place is okay if you're not trying to not leave the hotel

Delicious! The crab cakes were fresh and full of flavor. The night before, I went to a popular restaurant known for their crab cakes and my food was tasty. But guess what?! The crab cakes at Bistro 300 were TEN TIMES better due to the presentation and the flavor. I was shocked! And the crab cakes were half the price. Excellent quality. I also got the crab flat bread and it was phenomenal. Delicious food and excellent service. The ambiance was decent but the food made up for that.

This place was interesting. Came for our free breakfast with our status. But I honestly would not have come here if it wasn't included. You order your food at the front, Tip was included in the bill already. They give you a number and you sit wherever you want. They deliver the food to you when it's ready. I ordered blueberry pancakes, but got chocolate chip pancakes instead. Due to our lack of time, i decided to just stick with it. But I was honestly very surprised, the package texture was really nice and fluffy. I didn't enjoy the chocolate chips as much but if it had been blueberries I think i would have really enjoyed it. The steak omelet was very simple. Not a lot of flavor and needed a lot of Tobasco sauce. But overall, ok. The croissant was really bad... stay away from it. Super stale. it says they make it there....I pretty sure they don't. The staff gave us generous pours of champagne in our mimosa and vodka in the bloody mary. Staff members were very nice and most were wearing masks. But they really got to work on their food quality if they're charging this much for the food.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency on Light St. We ate Brea at their Bistro 300 Restaurant. We ordered some coffee for starters. Black coffee, excellent! Our server/waitress came right away , she recommended the Crab Benny and Omelette. Our food came out fast and beautiful! Food tasted excellent! Service was great! I highly recommend this restaurant. I want to try their dinner too!

Amazing chicken and waffles and eggs benedict

Eggs Benedict was excellent, but the chicken and waffles were spot on. It was a good portion and well seasoned. The Bellini that my wife received was well flavored with light peach taste. My ice coffee with almond milk was excellent!

Wow! Some of the best hotel food ever. Seriously, I had no problem dining here 3 out of the 4 nights I was here. I had breakfast one morning, pretty good! I didn't enjoy the chicken sausage links but the eggs and hashbrowns were yummy. The coffee was pretty good too! Very strong and had a nutty flavor to it. That was about $20. Not too bad for breakfast. They also offer a buffet for breakfast which I didn't get to try. The dinner was so good! One night I had the crab cake sandwich, which is not on the dinner menu, it was fantastic! The remoulade sauce with it was a perfect addition. The fries, perfect. I also had the macaroni and cheese with my Yelp check in offer. It was verrrry cheesy and tasty, but not the best macaroni. My last night I had the burger. Which is not on the dinner menu, it's on the late night menu. Cooked to perfection and so juicy! I so enjoyed sitting in the bar area while I ate too. Some pretty good people watching too! If you notice, most of what I ordered was not on the menu. The staff went above and beyond every, single, time! Service was impeccable! Really. I also enjoyed the skinny margarita's. Very strong and only $10 bucks. The only negative, one of the bartenders blew her nose several times and did not wash them before returning to make drinks. I mean, I was floored. That night I didn't order anything additional after I saw that. That's not a good look or good hygiene practices. So I took off one star for that.

What a diamond in the rough! Wanted to get a late breakfast and strolled downstairs from my room at the Hyatt Regency to Bistro 300. Yelp offered a free appetizer with the purchase of a regular priced meal, so that was yelptastic! The seating area was modern and the place was empty since it was the midday. I didn't mind that since I wanted some alone time. I ordered the spinach and Brie cheese omelet with fresh fruit and for the free appetizer, I ordered the crab cakes. The omelet was amazingly good. Fluffy and cooked perfectly. When you cut into the omelet, the Brie cheese just oozes out like liquified mana flowing down from the heavens above! Very delicious and the spinach is a nice addition to give you that healthy factor. Lol. The crab cakes stole the show though. The breading was the right amount, not too much and but just enough. Soft, yet firm. When I cut into it, huge pieces of real crab meat were displayed and it was like a little kid breaking a piñata and seeing the candy spill out. The crab was seasoned well and just tasted good. It was accompanied with guacamole and it was a nice pairing. Definitely complimented the crab cakes. These crab cakes were very delicious and the next time I'm in Baltimore, I'm gonna visit Bistro 33 for their crab cakes. I hope they don't change the recipe. This paragraph represents my update: Just returned from overseas and we stayed at the Hyatt Inner Harbor again. Chris at the front desk is amazing and made are brief stay memorable. His service, and awesome attitude was best! Hit up Bistro 300 bar on the third floor for some drinks and grub. Had the New York cooked medium with broccolini and the steak was cooked perfectly. The broccolini was crisp but not a soft or soggy and the meal was a huge hit. The bartender, who was a beautiful Filipina (forgot her name), poured our drinks perfectly and never let us sit with an empty glass. Will definitely return to this hotel!

Walked in to grab something light to eat. The only option; serviceable but unremarkable buffet. Thirty eight dollars. No other option.

Given my experience with DC and other parts of MD, I was determined to contact them ahead of time and make sure I would have a spot for brunch. But after some contact on IG, they said it's just walk-ins and I would most likely get a table with no effort or wait. I was concerned... but they were right! So we got settled immediately and started ordering. Our gracious server asked for drinks, which have a bottomless option during brunch. We could pick from mimosas, crushes, sangria and bloody marys. I tried everything but the bloody marys, and while they were good, whew there was a lot of ice in the mimosa... I'm not used to ice there, so it threw me off but it was still good! The REAL highlight was the food... the item I got changed my life: Crab. Cake. Eggrolls. They came with this amazing sweet chili sauce and were so filling and delicious! I also got chicken & waffle sliders to go that had a nice kick and the waffle texture was great! My cousin enjoyed his food as well. Also, shout out to the bagel wall that's on the way to the bathroom. It had great options and all the fixings! If I wasn't full I would've gotten one myself. I will return here for brunch.

A respectably curated menu carries dishes that are inventively accessorized and beautifully plated, but the quality was somewhat hit or miss, and seems to aim for a level of upscale ambition that comes close but doesn't always quite match the intent in execution. I ordered the duck breast upon our server's recommendation and was happy with that choice, along with the creamy deviled crab. Others at my table seemed to enjoy their steak frites and the market fish special (walleye). The "artisanal" breads & spreads platter arrived on a lovely tea tray, but was far from luxe, I'm afraid, consisting of butter, yellow mustard, commercial-grade olive tapenade, thin jam, and an uninspired selection of dry breads. The Duchess of Bedford would roll over in her grave. Service was kind but rather slow, but if you're here to enjoy the view, you might appreciate the unharriedness. But this really is a gorgeous location for a meal or sunset cocktails. Topside's proximity to Meyerhoff Symphony Hall (home of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra) and the Lyric - both about a half mile away - also makes this an attractive pre-concert/theater spot to grab a bite or cocktail. Furthermore, it is located right by the Walters Art Museum and the George Peabody Library of the Peabody Institute, both worth visiting if you're killing time in the area.
