The restaurant itself was really clean despite the lunch rush just having gone through. So we were really impressed with the tables being kept up after the lunch rush and the chairs were comfortable as well. The prices are fair especially with how good the food is. Even our family friend who is notoriously picky was impressed by the food. One downside was that it was difficult to understand the lady behind the counter however we were able to order by pointing to what we wanted. One of the meals we got we aren't sure exactly what it was, as we pointed to something someone else had gotten. Our friend got the chicken quesadilla and she said it was really good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the guacamole. It was a bit thin and bland. We went based on a recommendation of a coworker who said they had three tacos for $9.99 as part of a meal and they said they were so good and it was a really great value which is why we went there. We definitely weren't disappointed and plan on returning.

I ordered the chicken sandwich with the medium heat level. I personally didn't find it overly spicy, so it's a good choice if you enjoy some heat without it becoming overwhelming. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and made for a satisfying sandwich. The fries were just as nice and crispy, and their hangry sauce (rich, buttery, a hint of vinegar and pepper) paired well with my sandwich and fries. One thing I appreciated was how quickly the food came out. Even during a busy time, the service was efficient, making it an easy place to stop when you're looking for a quick meal.

He just smiled. At the time, I had no clue what he meant...until I watched them making my Spicy Soy Garlic Sando. That's when it hit me. This thing wasn't a sandwich--it was a full-body workout disguised as lunch! It was HUGE! Thick, fresh, juicy chicken with an incredible spicy soy garlic flavor that had just the right amount of heat. Every bite was crispy, messy, and absolutely worth it. And those waffle fries? Perfectly seasoned, hot, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and impossible to stop eating. Big shoutout to Sean, the assistant manager, for being professional and genuinely friendly. He came by to check on me and made sure everything was good, which says a lot about the customer service. The restaurant was also spotless, spacious, and had a great atmosphere. If you're hungry, don't come here playing around. Come with an appetite...and maybe stretch beforehand because that sandwich is no joke! I'll definitely be back.

I didn't until my wife and I were looking for some…read morebecause crushed/pellet/pillow ice was a specific ingredient my mom needed for a dessert she was preparing to serve to many people. My wife and I went to the Food Lion and Family Fare on Westchester before my wife suggested Sonic. Growing up in Statesboro, Georgia, she used to go to Sonic just to buy their ice to chew and eat. We rolled up to the single drive-thru lane of this Sonic on South Main in High Point on a quiet Sunday around 11:40am. There was only one car ahead of us. I asked the carhop if they sold crushed ice and she said they sold "pillow ice." It wasn't the first time I heard this kind of ice described as pillow ice. It's desired for its soft and chewable texture. It's not as hard and bad for your teeth as regular ice cubes or cubes that have been crushed. If I recall correctly, the carhop said we could buy a 10-pound bag of pillow ice or buy ice by the cup. We ended up purchasing three large cups for $1.60 after tax ($0.50 per cup before tax). The name that printed on our receipt for the carhop/cashier was Kristian. She was very polite and well-spoken, definitely one of the most eloquent drive-thru employees I've ever interacted with. Thank you, Kristian. I noticed this Sonic has a dining room, so dine-in is available (and was open) at this location. A five-digit restroom code was printed at the bottom of the receipt. The receipt also said this Sonic is "now open until 4am Mon-Sat." The sign outside said 3am instead of 4am. This is the only Sonic in High Point. The next-closest one is in Thomasville.

The12 spots stretch from Jacksonville NC in the east to Hendersonville in the west! And there appear to be plans to expand into Greensboro, and perhaps Burlington. I like that these are company run operations, it can make quality controls matters easier to administer and monitor. Perhaps the biggest contributor to inconsistent quality at fast food chains is the quality control mandates are not vigorously enforced. The only major chain that I'm aware of that does insist standards be met is Jersey Mike's, and they have even suspended franchisee agreements of non- compliant stores. This is a very nice location, bright and shiny with easy access to drive thru or parking. I ordered two hot dogs, one with mustard and sauerkraut and one with mustard, chili, and onions. I don't order the combo here because I don't care for the FF. As usual the hot dogs were excellent, and I am becoming quite fond of the sauerkraut dog - the kraut has a nice bite to it. All in all this was a very good spot, perhaps the best Dairi-o I've visited.

You can pretty much add what you want on your sandwich. Everything is cooked fresh to order, and you can tell. I don't know what it is, but watching her crack that egg on the grill was oddly satisfying. It was like the beginning of something delicious, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The steak was tender, the hash browns added the perfect crunch, the egg was cooked just right, and the cheese pulled everything together. That toasted bagel? It held up like a champ. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out hot and fresh. I spent a few minutes staring at the menu, and now I already know what I'm coming back for... that stuffed French toast has my name written all over it. I just couldn't cheat on the bagel this time. A lot more here than just bagels and bagel sandwiches, you can get full breakfast platters and there is a sizable dine-in area if you want to eat in and connect with someone. Also nice, it's all counter service, so no waitstaff to tip. For my visit, I just got a egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, and I secured a BEC bagel for someone else to bring back. My bagel was pretty good overall, just not my favorite in the area. By the time I got there, most of the flavors had been cleaned out. The cream cheese was creamy, but I would have liked more scallions. The BEC eater thought there was solid too, but nothing spectacular. I would come back here though, seems like a solid all around breakfast joint.
