This place is incredible! Old school country cooking! You can get eggs & pancakes or you can get meatloaf and mashed potatoes! They have it all. The place has been there for 50 years so that speaks for its self. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. The atmosphere felt like I was in the south with the decorations and southern hospitality. I was very impressed with the quality of the food everything was FRESH right from the farms. All the vegetables and other produce. The biscuits we're maybe the best I've ever had. Everything we ordered was well seasoned and the portions were nice southern portions. I will definitely be a regular customer here!

Found this place while driving around. We stopped for breakfast. The wait wasn't too bad considering it was a weekend. They have a nice waiting area with plenty of sitting space. The food was good and didn't take too long. I had some eggs Benedict and I asked for house potatoes instead of hashbrowns. Best decision of the day! Those potatoes are cooked perfectly and had some sort of peppers that just made them just like home.

Service was great, they were super busy but the food came out fast and it was easy to get full fast!! The ambiance was interesting with the barn theme. The biscuits were delicious and I will come back again and again.the food was so good I didn't even have time to take pictures! The food was gone in 30 secs or less.

An amazing spot to have breakfast Neighborhood atmosphere, very friendly. Clean. Excellent value. I ordered the Biscuit Special. My hashbrowns were crispy. My sausage links were flavorful. Biscuits taste homemade. The pico de gallo was a perfect addition. Esther's service was top notch. We will definitely be back!

All of the food was good but nothing to write home about. We came on a busy Sunday morning and they were still able to get us right in and the service was great. Portion sizes were very large!

My honey and I went for breakfast... It's alright, nothing major on taste. We were seated right away and our server was great with checking on us. Needs a deep cleaning as there is dust getting built up on the pipes on the wall next to our booth. A/C seemed to have not been working as a huge fan was blowing warm air in the dining area. Probably not a good idea when the dining room needs to be dusted! Good guest service but won't be back anytime soon.

With several locations in Phoenix, this one was closest so we made our way and didn't have any trouble parking in their complimentary lot. Ambiance (5/5): I loved the vibe. Think of it as a pub with a lot of character. There's wallpaper on the walls which you don't expect at an English pub. But it works. There's seating at the bar, high tops, and tables/booths. They also have two pool tables. Cool decor abounds, including some cool pictures a flag of the area in England where pasties were invented. Service (4.5/5): While they weren't packed while we were there, there were a good number of people hanging out. Our waiter did a good job of taking care of us. He checked in with us regularly and closed us out efficiently when we were ready to make a move. He also repeated our orders to make sure they were right, which is always a nice touch. Drinks (4.5/5): While they have a full bar, when I'm at a pub, I'm thinking about beer. They have a good beer list consisting of both European beers and craft brews. I went with a Bavik pils. Their beers are reasonably priced too, which is always a big plus in my book. Given that they're a pub, I wish they had a larger menu, but outside of that, exactly what I was looking for. Food (4.5/5): If you're like me, you probably have never had a pasty. Or heard of them. If that's the case, you're in for a treat. Think of pasties as essentially British empanadas. They were invented in England and the menu gives you a nice history of how they came about. Most of the menu consists of these delectable pies. You have 30 or so of them to choose from (including vegetarian options). Outside of that, you have some appetizers and desserts for the most part. I went with the meat and cheese pasty which has sausage, beef, and cheese and is served with your choice of one of three dipping sauces. I went with the red wine gravy which was the perfect compliment to the pasty. The pasties were baked just right, flavorful, and a unique experience. They're a little pricey for the portion size, but still pretty filling. If you're feeling more adventurous, they have non-traditional pasties too like the Cubano, Tikka Masala, etc. They even have a dessert pasty with apples and cinnamon which is served a la mode with ice cream. I preferred the savory option as the pasty was a tad overcooked. But overall, an awesome meal. Cornish Pasty, I'll definitely be back. Stay pasty, my friends.

In lay man's terms, it's effectively a giant hot pocket but the filling is ultra rich, savory and filling. I tried the og - which historically is beef, potatoes and root vegetables and it was definitely thick and filling - the red wine gravy is a must on it as it's a little dry otherwise. My wife tried the Guinness stew one and that was the winner in my book - umami rich, ultra savory tender beef stew with good vegetal notes. They have tons of other combinations that looked interesting - bangers and mash and shepherds pie to name a few. This place screams British pub and glad I got to try some of this piece of history!

Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant -- just one other customer -- and wasn't greeted. The AC was off with only a few floor fans running, making the space feel suffocating. After waiting 30 minutes for my spring rolls (in an almost empty restaurant), they arrived with no peanut sauce and zero apology from the staff. By this point I was flushed, short of breath, and feeling faint from the heat and poor air circulation. I politely let the male server know I was overheating and felt like I might faint. His response? He told me the AC was on and to "drink more water" -- in a rude, dismissive tone -- then walked away to greet a new customer. I packed up my spring rolls to go and paid without a word. He didn't seem surprised. It felt like this was a pattern he was used to. After leaving I checked other reviews -- long wait times, poor atmosphere, and rude staff are recurring themes. I'm adding my experience to save others the trip. Don't waste your time or money here.

There is even a lunch special menu Mon-Fri 11-2:30pm and has a good selection of bento boxes! I've gotten their beef teriyaki bento box and it came with rice, salad, 2 piece California rolls, and 2 pc fried gyozas. Pricing is $13-20 The beef teriyaki is pretty tender, flavorful, and not too salty. The salad is underwhelming and didn't have fresh greens. The fried gyozas were decent, nothing special. The California rolls were ok, not bad. I would say it's 7/10. The bibimbap was very fresh and delicious but a little pricey ($18.95). The bulgogi was marinated very well and rice was super crispy inside the hot stone bowl. Seafood tofu soup was pretty good and not too overly salty. It was very flavorful and the tofu was very soft.
