The name of the restaurant really drives an attraction for business here. They don't have any indoor seating and a couple tables outside to sit down. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, because that's the only real way to do a biscuit sandwich. There definitely is a good amount of bacon in it which is great. The sandwich overall is quite large as well, as the biscuit is more so a flatter squarish biscuit. It's definitely a fairly average biscuit, still good, but dense, not very fluffy.

Biscuit Bitch was a good time. Was about a 45 minute wait for food so we ordered then walked around and came back close to that time. Food was out right about 35 minutes. We took it to eat down by the water instead of the couple tables they have on the sidewalk. I got a hot link sausage and a sausage biscuit sandwich then my wife got a sausage one as well. Everything was really good I couldn't finish the second one. I do wish I tried something with gravy but the hot link was my favorite. Nice cook on the link with a little char. Biscuit was buttery and soft while not falling apart. Definitely would be back! Staff was super fun and the schtick was perfect.

I wanted to go at 8:30am on a Sunday before having a day in downtown Seattle. After reading a bunch of reviews talking about the wait, I decided to order online while I was on the bus about 15mins away. Once I got to the restaurant, the sign said it would be a 30min wait, so I walked around the market for a bit. They text you when your order is ready. There are only a couple tables on the sidewalk which were full so I took my gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and walked down to the picnic tables at Pike Place to eat. The biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious! The grits were just ok. I think I'd get one with bacon and jalapeños for extra flavor next time! One order is definitely plenty to share between two people unless you're starving.

We were staying at the Inn at the Market so I googled breakfast sandwiches near me. And I landed on Biscuit Bitch. When you walk up to the front door you are greeted with 'What's up bitches, what can I get for you?' This affectionate schtick works because everyone waiting on food was in a good mood. It is a walk up, order, grab your food, and move on kinda place. They do have four small bistro tables with eight chairs on the sidewalk, if you want to 'dine in'. The coffee was delish and freshly made and the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was flaky and fabulous. Guess where I'm eating tomorrow morning????

I love almost everything about Biscuit Bitch. We were there on a busy Saturday morning in July. The wait for our food took over an hour. It's nice that they will text you when it's done, so you don't need to hang around. There's plenty to see and do in the area. I don't recommend coming here if you're starving though, as I imagine there's almost always a wait. The service here is hilarious in a good way. They yell a lot and swear, but it's all really funny. Also, be aware that there is practically nowhere to sit except on the the sidewalk or at one of their three tables. You will want to take your food elsewhere. I had a bacon egg biscuit with a side of cheesy grits and a cup of coffee. The biscuit sandwich was excellent with a fried egg and thin, crispy bacon. The bitch sauce and the cheese is what makes this so special. The cheesy grits were also really good and very cheesy. I struggle to give this five stars as I don't know if it's worth it if you have to wait over an hour like I did, but if I only had to wait 30 minutes I may have felt different.

The famous biscuit bitch It was super bomb but very heavy, seatings were outside very limited, what a cool little spot to try, delicious, the biscuits were huge, with lots of toppings on top, I enjoyed it very much, place was funny that's what attracted me here to check em out! You do encounter some homeless people but they were chill, liquor store next door to have a drink combo with these biscuits

Not a bad spot to grab breakfast before walking the market. We ordered online and by the time we arrived our food was about 5 minutes away from being done. I will say it seemed difficult for people to understand how to order and with people randomly crowding the sidewalk people got confused where the line was or how to order. We really enjoyed the service though, the staff were very sweet and sassy. We grabbed a seasonal coffee and the pumpkin really came through. The biscuit was warm, the egg fluffy, and the sausage spicy. It was a solid sandwich, not mind blowing, but well priced.

During my recent trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try Biscuit Bitch. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods, so this spot was high on my list. I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL. Maybe he could tell I wasn't a local.

Heather T.

I absolutely love the frequency in which the word Bitch is used here. We were staying across the street at the Oxford. So this location was super convenient. We knew to order online and wait a bit before going to get our food. Wait time was 30 minutes and they have a sign posted out front telling you how long it will be. Portion sizes are decent. The food was really delicious, biscuits top notch. I think the pricing is fair. There isn't a lot of opportunity to interact with staff, but I did think the person who handed me my order was super friendly and quick! Will definitely be back! Love the entire vibe of this place!

I saw the reviews for this cheeky named spot on Yelp and knew I had to give it a try during my Seattle trip and it did not disappoint! I ordered the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and it was so delicious! The food itself was so comforting and the flavors worked so well together! The grits in it really made the meal for me. This is a small spot where you order at the front and wait for your name to be called. Because this is a popular spot, wait times can be a bit long. You can either take your food to go or there are a few tables out on the side walk in front of the store to enjoy your food. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would come back in the future!

The biscuit was a bit on the dryer side but the taste was good, portion was on the bigger side and especially for the price. My boyfriend tried the biscuit with bacon and cheese and a gravy. I believe it was about $15 or so? He spent about 22 total with a drink too. Service is friendly, the vibes here are basically the same treatment for everybody, if you get what I mean.

Linh P.

We walked over to biscuit bitch & scanned their QR code to order. It took about 15-20 min to get our order, so we walked around the area while we waited for the text. We got their bacon egg sausage biscuit and it was delicious! The biscuit was not dry at all & had good flavor. The only thing I think it is missing, which is personal preference, is some honey!

How can you go wrong with a restaurant called Biscuit Bitch??? They hired the right people to run that ship...from the guy taking orders to the cooks who make the delicious breakfast to the gal with an incredible set of lungs connecting patrons with their meal...such a great spot. There's no indoor seating so be prepared to find a spot to eat your food (we went down to the fish market patio...it was perfect). We went early Sunday morning and waited about 15 mins for our food. I can imagine that the line can get very long later in the morning. If you like biscuits and gravy, this is your spot and be prepared to hear some really colorful language spoken with love and joy.

Ask the Community - Biscuit Bitch

Do they have decaf espresso?

yes

Do these biscuits contain dairy other than butter?

yes. milk

Is there a way to see the wait BEFORE I order online, without actually being at the restaurant? I would like to order before I leave my hotel, and time it so its ready around the time I get there.

No, the establishment is not that high tech but definitely worth the wait in more ways than one. All of my experience with BB has been a consistent 15-30 minute wait based on the day. I would suggest you order and time it around 20/25 minutes out.…

Is this location open for dine in?

As of two weeks no. There are tables to sit at on the outside.

Do your biscuits contain egg? Asking for allergy reason.

I asked and they do- they can disassemble the sandwich if you ask them too. Someone said that they have gluten free biscuits but it's first come first serve so when they run out for the day that there's no more. But there is an upcharge on the menu…

Is this Vegan friendly?

Yes

Planning my annual Seattle trip for October. Is biscuit bitch still open during the pandemic?

Yes, it is! You just order online and they'll call your name out. There's little 2-person tables right outside you can sit at, too.

Is this place even open? I came here twice before 11 and they were closed.

Yes, only CLOSED December 24th-Jan 1, Easter Sunday, Seattle Pride Sunday and Thanksgiving Day

Vegan biscuits available?

Yes

Why are the prices higher for a vegetarian version?

Completely vegan so ingredients take more effort to produce and are not typical.

Do we need reservation for breakfast?

No reservations, but get there early and prepare to wait in line. Definitely worth the wait!

Breakfast all day?

Does Bey slay all day? Yes. The answer is, yes.

Is it closed all week?

Yes, their website says closed from 12/24 to 1/1

It was your typical average latte. I did like how strong it was and it came with a kitty paw! (Barista said he was inspired by his cats that morning lol). I tried both sweet and savory dutch babies, and even though I'm a savory person, I liked the sweet one better. It was creamy and bread was soft! The fruits added the perfect texture and sweetness to it. The savory was okay, keep in mind this is also my first time trying a dutch baby, but I would have liked it to have more veggies maybe? I think I was expecting more of it but it was mid to me. The breakfast plate wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Just your basic breakfast plate. The place is super cute and a bit small! The amount of food was insane even our server said it was a lot of food! The first course alone could have been a meal. Pita bread with six different spreads just look at the picture! I expected maybe three or four. They explained everything, and I retained almost none of it. All I know is that everything tasted really good! This also came with a very generous portion of Greek salad. That was just round one. Next came the salmon and chicken kebabs, with generous chunks of protein served sizzling. They poured liquid over them at the table to make them sizzle even more, which was a neat touch. Both were very good, and the caramelized onions were great. The spreads from the first course also made excellent toppers for the salmon and chicken. By the third course, we were already getting full, but out came the leg of lamb. I had pictured us having to tackle something bone-in, so I appreciated that it arrived nicely sliced. Tender, cooked perfectly, and very little fat. It came with generous portions of small, partly mashed potatoes and some really good greens. I'm not entirely sure what the greens were, but we enjoyed them! For the fourth course, we chose a blackberry ginger sorbet that wasn't listed on the menu. I also ordered a Prosecco to enjoy with dinner. We ended up taking home three boxes because there was simply no way we could finish everything. Such an amazing Seattle Restaurant Week deal! Service was fantastic, and the pacing was nice. My friend and I stayed a little afterward to chat, and we never felt rushed, even though the restaurant was very busy. Great ambiance and a really enjoyable evening. Our servers were also extremely nice and polite and quite accommodating to our big dinner party. I really liked the ambience of the restaurant: dimly lit, elegant and cozy with an open kitchen towards the back side. Ordered a lot of different items amongst all of us: Mushroom Skewers (was quite tasty) Saganaki (not a big fan of this.. I didn't like the sweet and cheese together) grilled octopus (I am not a big fan of octopus, but tried what my colleague ordered, and I quite liked it) Doughnuts with mascarpone and Jam (star of the night) Coconut cream pie (also amazing) There was another dessert, I don't recall the name of it but it was peach with chocolate mascarpone (didn't like this one as much as the other two) Overall, had a great time at Lola despite the wait time hiccup, the service, food, ambience were top-notch!

To be fair, it was SUPER busy; like at least 100 people in the dining room. I had one of their seasonal specials, the peaches and cream Swedish pancakes. It was a generous portion included with a trip to the berry bar. The berry bar was very fresh and well maintained as far as cleanliness. It was also in a prime location, near the tables but not too close and not in the way of the walking path. The peaches were juicy and sweet and the cream cheese frosting was a decadent topping.
