This is a great breakfast restaurant, specializing in biscuits. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, it was outstanding, and their Gritty Scrambled Cheesy is the best grits (garlic grits), I have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for breakfast.

We came to this area cause it had seating, while the pikes is more a pick up and order. I was recommended this place by my bff. Def worth it! I love that the servings are huge, so share if you don't eat much! I got the biscuit and gravy with pork, and my sis got the hotlinks. Biscuits are fluffy! Super delicious and the gravy is so flavorful! I enjoyed every bite with the bacon crispiness that provided texture! I will def come again, but share a plate cause I had to take it to go not finishing it

When I heard Biscuit Bitch was a must when visiting Seattle, I didn't expect it to be this delicious! The wait for the food took a bit but I didn't mind because everything came out super fresh. Their biscuits are the best I've had. They have a slight crunch on the outside before you bite into a soft, buttery inside. Their gravy worked well with the scrambled eggs and the biscuit. I would come back for the biscuits alone because they were just that good! There is limited seating at this spot though and it's rather small inside. Luckily, my family came in an hour before closing so there were plenty of spots.

I have been craving biscuit bitch since I last visited in 2018. All the food is amazing. The wait is worth it. Staff is amazing and deserve all the awards. I got a Cheesy Pork and Bitch to go and it's so big it'll also be tomorrow's breakfast. There was a 40 minute wait for food but it's the USA v Australia game today so it's to be expected. Staff were amazing at facilitating food pick and and wait times.

Besides the biscuit meals being the star of the show, the vibe and attitude at this place are what take it over the top! I absolutely love this place and the staff at both locations are incredible. Whenever I'm in Seattle, I alway stop by here to eat breakfast!

We visited Biscuit Bitch on the final morning of our weekend getaway, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. After losing track of time, we realized--at 12:55 PM--that they closed at 1:00 PM on Sundays. In a last-minute leap of faith, my fiancé and I placed a Square pickup order, hoping we wouldn't have to leave Seattle without finally trying their famous biscuit sandwiches. To our surprise and immense gratitude, the team kindly honored the order and had it ready within five minutes. While I would never recommend cutting it that close, I truly appreciated the generosity, professionalism, and grace they showed in that moment. The biscuits were absolutely worth it, and the exceptional customer service made the experience even more memorable. A wonderful ending to our trip--thank you for going above and beyond! We got the hot link and sausage!

came at around 7:40a and they were very lively! just a heads up if you're an introverted, shy person, or not a morning perskn they are very enthusiastic & nice. we got the bitchwitch (sausage & bacon) both were very good w the sauce it has inside. we put some of the gravy on top too and it was super good. 5/5 for both because who else in the area serves really tasty biscuits sandwiches. i'm also not a huge biscuit fan in general, but here i've become the biscuit bitch no comments for the grits they were really tasty but it was my first time trying grits so i can't compare

Wonderful spot!! Great vibes, it was a bit busy but did not take too long to order and get food with all things considered. Employees were very friendly and efficient. We got the bacon, egg, and cheese and the Canadian sandwiches. Both were delightful, and the biscuits were perfect. We also got the dirty pumpkin and iced orange mocha, both soooo tasty!! And the orange juice was very refreshing. Would definitely recommend :)

The sandwich was good. We had the bacon biscuit sandwich meal. The sauce they use was really good. It costs extra for hot sauce (not a big deal) The grits were just okay. Needed salt but good texture! The service was good. You order at the window and then they call out your name. There were a couple of tables and chairs outside but not a lot. It's busy so expect a little bit of a wait!

It's always fun to drop by this place The biscuits are great, and the service is entertaining as much as ianything. If you get here early you will be fine. There isn't much inside in the way of dining space, but they do have some seats outside. If you manage to come later, you will regularly find yourself in line. This time, like all the other times, I go through the wait Im like (which moves quickly) and then wait a bit for the food. I love spicy food and the Hot Messy B is a good take on a spicy biscuit and gravy. My daughter enjoyed her Canadian biscuit, which. Is a PB&J . She loved it. No bathrooms, no parking. Still recommend for food and laughs.

I'm so glad I made time to get this on our last day in Seattle 10/10 recommend. I didn't realize this location was only a 12 minute walk from our hotel

Ambiance is super cool. Small place with a long line, find your own table. Come early to shorten your wait. The Biscuits are fantastic! Fluffy and yummy! My bacon was crispy and good. Very tasty biscuit sandwich. If you want a traditional sit down kinda place you should reconsider but I think the vibe is cool and the food is great!

Is the sausage pork? Is any of the meat without pork other then morningside veggie?

Last I know is they have the Veggie sausage or Shiitake mushroom gravy. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know what's in their bitch sauce?

It is a mayo ketchup base! It's creamy and tangy.

How is the parking? Is there street parking, private lot, paid lot, etc.?

Street parking, but spaces open pretty quickly.

Whats the line/wait like on a Sunday morning?

If you go early enough, it won't be bad. But if you wait until 11-12ish then it'll be out the door and to the corner. Maybe 30 just to get the order in. And then you have to contend with finding a table (if you're dining in) because seating is…

    Do they allow dogs?

dogs are allowed! (i work there, so i know ?)

Do you stand with your Christian neighbor?

Of course we do! We stand for human rights and dignity, and the freedom to worship (or not) as you please without discrimination. Biscuit Bitch is for inclusion of all races, ethnicities, religions, genders and sexual orientations.

Is the restaurant Seattle only and are there any plans to open a shop down further south?

The pork chop was tender, and went well with the homemade vinegar & garlic sauce. The long lumpia shanghai was GBD, and also went well with the sauce. The longanisa had a texture that reminded me of childhood, and the Ilocos sausage (that is less fatty), was a nice contrast. Lastly, the savory corned beef was a good way to finish the big portion of garlic rice. I def needed a nap after this meal. Regarding the ambiance, its a small, casual place that holds 50. You order at the front, and your food is brought to you quickly. There were a lot of Flip clients, but there were also a fair number of non-Flip clients. Many of the clients looked like regulars. Then we shared 4 dishes: sardine tartine, dal soup, an heirloom tomato and cucumber salad and the halibut entree. Literally everything was delicious. I lived the flavors of the dal soup--cumin, coriander, mustard seed. The tomatoes were super fresh on top of a creamy marscapone. I enjoyed the hot coffee with a bit of cream. It was good; my only comment is that I wasn't offered a refill at any point, and we were there for over an hour. To be fair, it was SUPER busy; like at least 100 people in the dining room. I had one of their seasonal specials, the peaches and cream Swedish pancakes. It was a generous portion included with a trip to the berry bar. The berry bar was very fresh and well maintained as far as cleanliness. It was also in a prime location, near the tables but not too close and not in the way of the walking path. The peaches were juicy and sweet and the cream cheese frosting was a decadent topping. I added some berries which made it extra special. I liked the caramel shards, but they were a little on the thick side for my liking and were a bit tough to eat. However, I really enjoyed the dish overall! I also got a side of peppered bacon which was well-cooked, crispy, and extra peppery. My friend got the classic French toast and a side of potatoes. She loved the French toast with the included berry bar trip! However, the potatoes were cut into HUGE pieces which were difficult to eat even though they were cooked through.
