Tried Birdcall for the 1st time, it was definitely meh. The chicken had no flavor or seasoning, and the fries remind me of McDonald's. Definitely prefer chick Fila, or Monroe's. read more

I was not a fan. I got two sandwiches and both were meh. Nashville Hot was OK, but the pickles were kind of bland. Sauce was nothing special and super salty. Pimento sandwich was dry and just wasn't anything different from any chicken sandwich anywhere else in town. The tots were good and the ranch was amazing. For over $20, I expected better. It was also odd to be charged for a sauce. It wasn't that the price was excessive, but the container was small, half filled and should just be included. Everything was served hot, which is nice, given how busy they were. I liked the music and vibe, but I'm surprised I wasn't charged extra for that, too. :) read more

Just alright not worth the price at all. The chicken was salty and just tasted like not good meat but fries and shake were okay.

We had a great first experience at Birdcall, thanks to Sierra who helped us figure out our order. Sandwich lettuce wrap option was awesome and sauces were delicious. Tables were clean and environment was relaxed. Will be coming back!! read more

I was excited to try this place. But very disappointed. Awkward self kiosks at the front, but there was someone there to help if needed. Kiosks are very close to the door so customers quickly fill the area and go outside the door. You also have to swipe your credit card before you even begin. The chicken sandwich was $6.95. If you wanted a drink it was in another additional $2.95. If you wanted fries to add to that it was $3.50 more. If you want any sort of sauce, the basic mayonnaise starts at $.50 and goes up to several dollars. By the time you're done ordering you're talking about $15 and that's even before tax. The sandwich is overly breaded to compensate for a small breast and was very dry. You can't stomach the chicken breast without any sauce on it. I gave this location two chances same results. Sorry I'll stick to Chick-fil-A. read more

I've only had their Nashville sandwich and tater tots. I love the sandwich, but whenever I go there. It appears there's a kitchen full of employees, walking, talking and working, but for some reason the service is always slow. When you finally get to the window, after loooong wait in car line, 5-10 minutes to get my order. I'm confused why it takes a room full of employees so long to produce a sandwich with 2 ingredients and tots. But the spicy Nashville sandwich with sweet pickles good, spicy and sweet. read more

It was great I could exchange the grilled chicken patty with the bread one and pick with sandwich I wanted, but the sandwich with an order of tater tots was more than $14. I asked for some ketchup with a tater tots it was not in the bag when I got home. It was good but not great a little pricey for what it was! read more

I was so excited to try this place! Was ready for an incredible chicken sandwich. Picked up through the drive through. I got the original, hubby the deluxe. Both got fries and split coleslaw. The chicken sandwich was so thin! They beat that poor breast so small there was nothing to parts of it but breading, which wasn't really seasoned well. The coleslaw was beyond dry! It was like eating cabbage and carrots finely diced, again zero flavor. The fries were the best part, crispy and hot, so it gets a 2 instead of a one! I'm bummed, not a fan of raising canes or chick Fi La and was hoping for an awesome chicken sandwich! I can't imagine what the strips or nuggets are like! I guess if you want real chicken, you need to go somewhere that serves full fried chicken dinners, they do it better! Good luck!!! read more

Quite possibly the best chicken sandy in the valley. Branding is super cool and the window pickup system was fun to watch.

Food is really good. It's like a gourmet version of a chick fil a sandwich. Their drive through is quick and very helpful. Hate that their sauces are extra but that's just inflation these days. I don't like their fries, they are on the greasier side but everything else is very good. read more

I had lunch here today during their soft opening and everything was excellent. I had the Rancher sandwich, the tater tots, and the cookies and cream shake. it was all delicious. the staff were very courteous and cleaned the tables promptly. the only thing I didn't like was that you have to swipe a credit card just to order, regardless of you plan to pay by credit or cash. New restaurant. I was excited to try it. But never got past the ordering. Customer service is everything to me. Friendly and efficient is all I hope to get. Did not get it at Birdcall. First, the POS system ask to swipe card before you even order. I would rather order then pay. That's just how it works. Why change the system. It's like tipping before you even get service. It's all about the owners at this point. Then I expressed to the counter person that I didn't like it, after she addressed me with hello (which at least she welcomed me a little). But then she just looked annoyed. Like she didn't care if I was there or not. I said, you really don't care do you? Her response, no. Not the friendly efficient place I would want to spend money at. Still really bummed since we eat out almost 2x a day. Really wanted a new spot each week at least. Off to Pei Wei next store which is awesome the 6 times we go there a month. It's right next door.
