My wife family wanted to come here for breakfast before we headed back home to Los Angeles. When we came, we were lucky to find parking because this place got busy. We had to wait like maybe ten minutes to be seated since we were a big party. My wife got the Mexican Omelette which I shared with her since I was holding our baby. I thought the omelette plate was decent. My wife like it more than I did. The custom service here was great, they were attentive to us. This restaurant has outdoor seating as well if you want to sit outside.

Came here this morning with my husband and my daughter and everything was great. The food was excellent, everything tasted fresh and well made. Our server Paola was amazing, very attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Honestly all the staff were great, anyone who walked by checked on us and asked if we needed anything, which I really appreciated. The owner was there and that stood out to me. He was present, walking around, making sure everything was running smooth, and just had a really welcoming energy. You don't always see that, and it made the experience feel even better. The restaurant itself was clean, and I have to mention the bathroom because that matters to me. Usually I have to hold my daughter up because bathrooms can be so dirty, but this one was very clean and well kept. This is only my second time coming here and I honestly can't believe I haven't been more. Definitely recommend and I will absolutely be back.

TL;DR: - overpriced American breakfast for okay pancakes, eggs, and sausages. the only thing worthwhile is their unlimited hot black coffee. parking: - it's a medium sized parking lot that is shared with other establishments behind new downtown Fremont. We found parking easily though during weekday lunch. wait time: - zero ambiance: - this location has updated furnishings and is clearly well maintained. service: - prompt and attentive food: [ Worth It] - unlimited hot black coffee: it was bold and didn't taste overly diluted. [Not Worth It] - pancakes, eggs, and sausages: overinflated prices for what should be easy recipes. even though the 2 pancakes were huge they were dense, eggs were oily, and the sausages were mediocre.

Food was good - ample servings. I got the Hash brown Skillet, with a cinnamon pancake instead of toast. Service was a bit slow - it was a busy holiday Monday at lunchtime, so it was understandable. Food came out staggered, but that was okay too. It's a local, larger breakfast diner style restaurant, good for groups and kids. I'd come back - breakfast for two including a coffee and an orange juice was about $58.

Join the club also comes with a cup of soup. It's good does the job. Meat a little too well done they didn't ask how I wanted it so speak up

The food is solid; some of the best brunch food in the Fremont area alongside Breeze Cafe, Skilletz, and my beloved Lazy Dog. I gotta say though, there's always a wait, and because we're such a big party, we end up waiting for an incredibly long time because they only have like 2 big tables. The staff is unable to push tables together to accomodate our party of 10...we always need to wait for people to vacate the large tables in the back. For that reason, we're always raging hungry be the time we get to the table, and it's not fun anymore. Other than that, the service is just fine even though the restaurant is always crowded, especially during weekend brunch time. It seems like it's always a loud and lovely time We would put Bill's in our regular rotation, but because of the ridiculous wait time, it is not, and I gotta take a couple stars off. Maybe if they get tables that are easily moved together or apart, we will reconsider.

It's been four years since my last review for Bill's Cafe and it is STILL five stars!

"The Usual" is what it's called on menu - substituted toast for pancake!

It's great food & they come out with your food FAST! You almost don't even wait 10min - even when it's packed! Servers are great & attentive as great food & service. It's a great "country style" breakfast with country potatoes that you can tell are 'in-house' . I'd come back again. I got "The Usual" is what it's called on menu. Substituted toast for a pancake!

The food was really good, I got the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and they were so yummy and filling 10/10. My friend got the Lox Bagel and was left wanting a little more - it's a pricy item on the menus and it is saved with eggs and hash browns. The eggs and hash browns looked standard - the bagel came out after about 5 minutes so she had to eat those first while she waited. When the bagel and cream cheese finally came out, she was able to enjoy the lox. It came with lettuce instead of capers which is what I've seen to be standard when it comes to higher end west coast diners. The diner was full but the wait time wasn't too bad, we checked in ahead of time online, checked in once we got to the restaurant, and we were seated not too long after. Very family friendly, very dog friendly outside.

Ok, this place was really good! The food was great! We had a party of 6 and all of us enjoyed our meals. I had the eggs Benedict and WOW! Great! The staff was great, refills, napkins anything we needed they were on top of it. Parking was full packed when we left so maybe get there early, we got there at 8am on a Sat. When I drive by, there is always a line and now I know why!

Bills Café is a classic breakfast spot that never disappoints, especially if you're looking for quick service and hearty diner-style comfort food. We visited around 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday -- prime time -- and the place was buzzing with energy. Despite how busy it was, the staff handled everything smoothly, and couples or solo diners can luck out with first-come, first-served bar seating. Service was impressively fast and friendly. Bills Café remains one of my go-to breakfast places for its consistency and convenience. The menu features all the diner staples done right -- from chicken fried steak (a personal favorite) to their new lemon blueberry pancakes, which were a pleasant surprise and full of flavor. Food came out hot and cooked to order, and of course, the coffee never stopped flowing -- just as any great diner should be.

Went to Bill's Café in Fremont Downtown for Sunday brunch and had a great experience! Even though we anticipated a long wait around noon, we were seated within 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and in generous portions. We tried: * 2 Egg Veggie Skillet with asparagus, green onion, avocado, peppers, jack cheese, house potatoes, and toast -- hearty and delicious. * Veggie Benedict with hash browns -- perfectly cooked and very satisfying. * Mini Pancakes with maple syrup -- fluffy and a great sweet addition. Everything tasted amazing, and the house-made salsa stood out -- super fresh and packed with flavor. Service was exceptional: fast, attentive, and the servers were genuinely sweet. The café itself is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating, and very clean. The bill came to about $60 for three dishes, which felt fair given the quality, quantity, and overall experience. Definitely recommend Bill's Café for a relaxed, tasty brunch in Fremont!

Great restaurant with a mom & pop feel. Stopped by for breakfast on our way to Monterey. We had to add ourselves to the waitlist upon arrival. We waited for about 20-30 minutes before we were seated. Service was great. Kid you not, we received our food like 5 mins after ordering. I appreciate that they have a half size menu for those who prefer smaller portions. I didn't get a photo my food but I did get one of the mimosa flight which was amazing. I had the Bills Original (OJ), blushing and pineapple peach.

Crab Cakes Benedict & steak ranchero omelette

Solid affordable food, good vibe, fast friendly service. No homeless peeps here like Danny's. Crab cake benedict fantastic, so rich & scrumptious. Steak ranchero omelette pretty good. Side of avacado was buttery. Coffee was just ok but its bottomless.

The restaurant itself is in a nice plaza with plenty of parking, the restaurant is clean and looks like they had bar seating as well. On their special menu they had their strawberry matcha which I'm already a fan of, but this strawberry matcha is my favorite in all the area so far. The avocado toast was also very good, the red onion on top paired well with the avocado and cherry tomato, the fact it came with 2 eggs as well also justifies it as a meal in itself. I also ordered the half order or at this restaurant "fun" size I think Is what it said on the menu, of the tres leches French toast. It's also my favorite French toast because it's not overly sweet like some other tres leches' that I've had, the strawberries tasted very fresh too. The side sausage and bacon were good also however, the side link sausage it's not as greasy or salty as other places which I enjoyed a lot, because although it seems like hearty food it didn't feel heavy at all. A staff member greeted me when I came in and let me know I could order at the cash register when I was ready. I ordered a large frozen caramel latte and they made it immediately. It was delicious -- if you like sweet drinks, you will not be disappointed. It was actually almost too sweet for me, and I'm the type to ask for extra caramel in my caramel lattes. The drink was well blended and the large size is 24 oz, so good portion there. The paper menu needs to be updated though, because it listed the drink price as $6.15 but I was charged $6.50. In addition to frozen (frappe) coffee drinks, they have fruit freeze drinks and juices. I was there at lunchtime during a weekday and there were people dining in. The only ding here is I actually asked for a flat white and the person working that day said it was the same thing as a cappucino. The cappucino was so good I was fine but I do like more coffee taste than milk which is why I asked for a flat white. Pancakes: Very well made with apple and whip cream topping, the kids ate way more of this than we thought they would. Yogurt: With granola, blood oranges, and pomegranate.
