I ordered two Sunnyside of eggs with bacon and some salmon. Roll pancakes, which were all amazing. The best part was the service, especially Luisa. The attention Luisa gave to everything I needed was amazing! The ambiance was good, ideal for a families or solo diners like myself Coffee was gooood

If you enjoy a hearty American breakfasts or brunches, this is a perfect place for you to checkout. Our overseas friends were craving to dig in large waffles and omelettes( as in the movies). So we swing by Bill's Cafe for a brunch. Bill's is a traditional restaurant with long serving history in Bay Area. The first thing you would notice was the freshly brewed coffee that they poured into your mug. And the foods just rolling in shortly after placing the order. Needless to say, the freshness and efficiency just facilitated the taste buds. We all had the Meat Lovers omelettes, hash browns, and pancakes (exchange w/ toasts). The quality was amazing. In the end, a takeout doggy bag as usual. Our friends were content and were pleased with the restaurant's services and hospitality.

Great experience. To put yourself on the waitlist they have a QR code that you scan. This opens up the toast app and allows you to check in showing wait time and parties in front of you. We waited only about five minutes. Inside was cute with a home style feeling and a strong pitch roof causing inside Tonga e a unique ceiling shape . Seating available outside and inside and pet friendly. Service was pretty quick. Our server. Julie was fantastic. Extremely friendly fast and knew the menu and suggested items on the menu as well. Food was large portions. Had enough to take home. Food was also delicious and filling. The mimosas were served in a fish bowl style. Definitely will come again .

My wife family wanted to come here for breakfast before we headed back home to Los Angeles. When we came, we were lucky to find parking because this place got busy. We had to wait like maybe ten minutes to be seated since we were a big party. My wife got the Mexican Omelette which I shared with her since I was holding our baby. I thought the omelette plate was decent. My wife like it more than I did. The custom service here was great, they were attentive to us. This restaurant has outdoor seating as well if you want to sit outside.

This location has a good flow of patrons coming through. I went around brunch time during the work week and it had a constant flow of people while I was there. I went alone to read and enjoy some food and the service was really nice. Very attentive, but they also kept me to myself when I was reading. Looked like it was even the manager that was coming by to refill peoples coffee and water. He noticed I didn't get my toast and immediately had them come by and drop it off. At first I was nervous about how the cornbeef hash was going to taste because of how it looks, but it tasted just the way I like. It came with a large amount of hashbrowns. I might ask them next time to make the hashbrowns more crispy though. Either way, this is a great local stop for brunch.

Food is always good here, never disappoints. Came on a Tuesday around 11am & was pretty busy due to graduation season but we didnt mind. We didnt have to wait too long for our food and it was delicious. I ordered the mini california omelet and asked to add bacon since its a vegetarian dish. They do have plenty of sitting, maybe in need of more staff for busy days but we were glad to see the manager helping on the floor.

So, I tried this diner for the first time, and honestly, it was pretty good. The orange juice was amazing--freshly squeezed, which was a nice surprise. I had an omelette and hash browns; the food was pretty good, but I did feel like the omelette needed a bit more seasoning. Still, it wasn't bad at all. The staff was really friendly, though they did forget to check up on us, which was a bit odd since we were basically the first ones there on a weekday. But overall, the ambiance was nice, and I'd still go back!

Pancakes, and Link Sausage & Eggs

TL;DR: - overpriced American breakfast for okay pancakes, eggs, and sausages. the only thing worthwhile is their unlimited hot black coffee. parking: - it's a medium sized parking lot that is shared with other establishments behind new downtown Fremont. We found parking easily though during weekday lunch. wait time: - zero ambiance: - this location has updated furnishings and is clearly well maintained. service: - prompt and attentive food: [ Worth It] - unlimited hot black coffee: it was bold and didn't taste overly diluted. [Not Worth It] - pancakes, eggs, and sausages: overinflated prices for what should be easy recipes. even though the 2 pancakes were huge they were dense, eggs were oily, and the sausages were mediocre.

Came here this morning with my husband and my daughter and everything was great. The food was excellent, everything tasted fresh and well made. Our server Paola was amazing, very attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Honestly all the staff were great, anyone who walked by checked on us and asked if we needed anything, which I really appreciated. The owner was there and that stood out to me. He was present, walking around, making sure everything was running smooth, and just had a really welcoming energy. You don't always see that, and it made the experience feel even better. The restaurant itself was clean, and I have to mention the bathroom because that matters to me. Usually I have to hold my daughter up because bathrooms can be so dirty, but this one was very clean and well kept. This is only my second time coming here and I honestly can't believe I haven't been more. Definitely recommend and I will absolutely be back.

    Hash Brown Skillet

Food was good - ample servings. I got the Hash brown Skillet, with a cinnamon pancake instead of toast. Service was a bit slow - it was a busy holiday Monday at lunchtime, so it was understandable. Food came out staggered, but that was okay too. It's a local, larger breakfast diner style restaurant, good for groups and kids. I'd come back - breakfast for two including a coffee and an orange juice was about $58.

Crab cake Benedict and house potatoes. Got here just after opening, as with most restaurants, so most staff is still getting organized. Chose to sit at the counter, I was a solo. Those sitting at tables were served well. The only defect was the music it was too loud. Every thing clean, decor it's a coffee shop.

Had a breakfast date this morning at Bill's Café and overall it was a great experience. We were seated right away, offered coffee, and brought water immediately. We did have a bit of a wait before our server came by, so we asked a few staff members for assistance. A gentleman named Daniel stepped in, went to find our server, and when he couldn't locate them, he kindly took our order himself. Daniel checked on us several times throughout breakfast and gave truly excellent service. The food also came out pretty quickly, and the French toast was amazing as always. Huge thank you again to Daniel for helping make our breakfast date such a pleasant start to the day!

Join the club also comes with a cup of soup. It's good does the job. Meat a little too well done they didn't ask how I wanted it so speak up
    Annie A.

The food is solid; some of the best brunch food in the Fremont area alongside Breeze Cafe, Skilletz, and my beloved Lazy Dog. I gotta say though, there's always a wait, and because we're such a big party, we end up waiting for an incredibly long time because they only have like 2 big tables. The staff is unable to push tables together to accomodate our party of 10...we always need to wait for people to vacate the large tables in the back. For that reason, we're always raging hungry be the time we get to the table, and it's not fun anymore. Other than that, the service is just fine even though the restaurant is always crowded, especially during weekend brunch time. It seems like it's always a loud and lovely time We would put Bill's in our regular rotation, but because of the ridiculous wait time, it is not, and I gotta take a couple stars off. Maybe if they get tables that are easily moved together or apart, we will reconsider.

It doesn't hurt to smile!…read more Firstly, I'm happy to say that the food and portions are amazing over here. If you want to eat at a place that has good quality and a big enough portion to either share or take home for leftovers then this is the place to go. There were some notable things that we stumbled across in our dining experience. I had noticed that one of the utensils wasn't washed properly so there was a dried up piece of vegetable or something stuck on it. Also I requested my burger to be cooked medium but when I received my order, it was more so well done with no pink in the middle. One of the two pork chop was cooked great, while the other was a little dry and chewy. Regardless, these were things that didn't warrant calling over a server. The thing that mainly put a stain for our restaurant outing at Skillet'z was the service. Upon walking in we were not greeted with a friendly welcoming and when seated they quickly walked away. The lady who took our order did not even look like she wanted to be there, granted I understand that nobody really enjoys having to go to work but if you need to interact with customers, maybe this isn't the occupation for you. While we were eating there was not a single time that anyone came up to us to ask us how we were doing, if we needed anything, or how the food was. There was a moment where it was someone's birthday at another table and I don't think I've ever heard a more unenthusiastic and monotone announcement for a birthday and a lame excuse for a birthday song. They're not going to bother with dropping off a check/bill for the meal so you need to go up to the counter to pay for the food. Once you step up to the counter keep in mind that more than likely you will encounter a rude interaction and a feeling that you were inconveniencing them. Overall I'll more than likely eat from here again, primarily for the food. But maybe next time we'll consider just taking out to go.

A Place I Keep Coming Back To…read more I've been to Texas Roadhouse many times over the years--I just never remembered to take photos until this visit. For me, Texas Roadhouse isn't about finding the most expensive or most luxurious steak. It's about getting together with family or friends, enjoying a cold beer, sharing great appetizers, and having a relaxed meal without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a classic American steakhouse. It's lively, energetic, and always feels welcoming. I also love the open kitchen and the hand-cut steak display when you walk in. Watching the staff prepare fresh steaks adds to the whole experience. One thing I miss is the old bucket of complimentary peanuts. They now come in individual bags, which is definitely cleaner and more hygienic, but I do miss that old-school Texas Roadhouse tradition. The warm fresh-baked rolls with cinnamon butter are still incredible. Honestly, I could probably eat an entire basket before my entrée arrives. My must-order items every single visit: Steak The steaks are consistently good. Are they premium steakhouse quality? No. But they're cooked well, seasoned properly, and offer excellent value for the price. That's exactly why I keep coming back. Cactus Blossom (The Giant Onion Appetizer) This is an absolute MUST. It's surprisingly difficult to find restaurants that serve an onion appetizer this size anymore. Most places either offer onion rings or a much smaller blooming onion. Texas Roadhouse's Cactus Blossom is enormous, beautifully presented, and fried to a perfect golden crisp. Every petal stays crunchy while the onion inside remains sweet and tender. Pair it with their signature dipping sauce, and it's the perfect appetizer to share over drinks. If you're visiting for the first time, don't skip it. It has become one of the signature dishes that keeps me ordering it every visit. Fried Catfish Another item I highly recommend. Crispy on the outside, moist and flaky inside, and surprisingly light. It goes perfectly with a cold beer and good conversation. Loaded Baked Potato Simple but done right--loaded with sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and butter. Comfort food at its best. One thing that deserves special recognition is the service. Every visit, the servers have been friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Drinks are refilled before you even have to ask, and they frequently check in without being intrusive. Great service makes a huge difference, and the staff here consistently delivers. They're absolutely the kind of servers who deserve a generous tip. At the end of the day, Texas Roadhouse isn't trying to compete with high-end steakhouses--and that's perfectly fine. It knows exactly what it is: a fun, casual American steakhouse where people gather to enjoy good food, cold beer, and great company. The steak is consistently good, the portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommended.

The country fried potatoes were outstanding--crispy and golden on the outside, yet soft and almost creamy on the inside. They're the kind of breakfast potatoes that are so good you end up finishing every last bite. The staff is warm and friendly, making the place feel like a neighborhood institution rather than just another breakfast spot. One thing I also love is the building itself. Country Way is housed in a wonderfully preserved vintage A-frame that feels like a trip back to a different era. Instead of chasing trendy, it embraces its history, and that charm is part of the experience. If you judge a breakfast restaurant by how well it executes the classics, Country Way absolutely nails it. Sometimes simple food, done exceptionally well, is the hardest thing to find

The live music and improvisation definitely made for a great vibe, and the restaurant itself has ample seating. However, while the atmosphere was a hit, the food left a bit to be desired for the price. The ordering process is straightforward. You order at the counter, pay, and take a buzzer to your table until your food is ready for pickup. Here is what we ordered: Chicken Fajitas Pizza (14 inch Sourdough Crust) This is a thin crust pizza featuring chicken, baby heirloom tomatoes, chile pasilla, red onions, and mozzarella, topped with cilantro. The housemade sourdough crust was nice, and the heirloom tomatoes tasted very fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken and toppings felt very sparse. It ended up feeling mostly like a cheese pizza. Given that this is priced as a premium pizza rather than standard fast food, I expected a lot more toppings. Sweet and Fire Wings (Flavor Number 2) The portion size was good, and the sauce definitely brought a nice kick of heat. This comes with ranch sauce. However, most of the chicken pieces were on the dry side. They were just alright, and I probably would not order them again. The Highlights and Extra Details Self-Serve Sauces: They have housemade sauces available for self-service. We tried the cilantro sauce and the orange sauce. The cilantro sauce was excellent and paired really well with both the pizza and the wings. Drinks: They have a selection of draft beers available if you want a drink with your meal. Parking: Finding a spot is very easy since there are plenty of parking spaces around the building. Bottom Line: A big shoutout to the musician who brought us through the door. While the music and atmosphere were wonderful, the food itself did not quite feel worth the money due to the dry wings and sparse toppings on the pizza.
