Huge clearance section
Ethan M.

Brought my bikes in today to swap pedals and get some new brake pads. The service was very quick and complete. The store is also very large and the clearance section downstairs is staggering! I also got 15% off for checking in on here! Great shop!

I've been taken my bike to this place to get it serviced and and fixed for the last year. Everything was going well until I got a new headset put in. I picked it up and the paint chip wasn't mentioned and the service manager Adam told me it was a common occurrence for angle headsets to do this. To me it looks like the mechanic tightened the headset press too hard and put a lot of stress on the head tube. I don't have the tool to do this but from what I've seen online that's the result from negligence. If you take it to this place to get work done just be aware that this might happen to your bike.

Specialized SL Vado 5.0 EQ

Chris Fyke is simply the Best! I was kind of reluctant to spend $5k on a new bike, but Chris (who is not a salesperson, but an educator!) was so helpful & answered my one million questions! Not only did he educate me, but he was able to get me the exact bike I wanted and the right bike for my cycling needs as I get older. I ended buying a Specialized Vado ebike that I absolutely Love. Bike riding is Fun again!!!

Bike Source is stacked! With bikes! And accessories! Enough with the exclamations though. This store is pretty big - 2 stories with multiple sections on each floor. And this isn't a discriminatory shop. You want a mountain bike? Sure. Road racer? Why not? Beach cruiser? You won't get any funny looks here. On the other hand you may be giving some funny looks because the staff here gets a little confused about selling stuff. Perhaps it's because they are a new store. I'm not sure. And I want to be clear that they know plenty about bikes. It's just working the computers that seemed to give them pause.

What an amazing store. I would not go to any other place to purchase a bike or to get bike services!

If there is a bike place that would help fix a Walker for someone who has a walker that needs repair extra badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Brakes are gone!!! And the FRONT WHEELS REALLY NEED REPAIR?

Hi Carol. We'd be happy to take a look at your walker. If the brakes are bicycle style, we should be able to fix them. The wheels may be a little trickier as they're not typically bicycle style, but we'd be happy to give it a shot.

When I picked up the bike it was already to go and I was informed of general upkeep that Bike Source offers.

Explained what the problem was, and was so helpful and nice! This is my 2nd time coming here leaving with a great experience.

I know it's…read morenot the best area but I was hoping to grab an employee to take a look at the bike and see what quick options I had. I am not sure which employee it was but he approached me and I asked if he could walk outside with me to take a look at the flat. Annoyed by the request, he asks me to bring the bike inside to take a look. While I know this may be the way to inspect a bike, I am carrying my two year old son, so I am not going to ask someone to watch him, nor let him roam, while I unhook the trailer and wheel my e-bike into the store. Anyways, he does come outside and seems to quickly turn more annoyed that I do not know the size of my tires or what the exact issue is. He curtly says I'd have to leave my bike with him as he can't do anything about it right now, plus he sprinkles in a mention of a $40 charge for work on an e-bike not purchased there. I clearly didn't have the means to leave my bike right then and there so I said nevermind, and asked if they had any suggestions for a quick fix in the meantime. "Nope" was the response I got. Great...thanks... By the way, there is a quick fix. Slime or FlatOut are pretty cheap products at ACE or Walmart to fix even a flat e-bike fat tire. I'd be shocked to find out this employee wasn't aware of that product. Even if it is just a temporary solution or not. Regardless of the lack of welcoming feeling, I thank you for making me look this up myself so that I could save money and won't need to return to this shop again.

Golden Triangle, Southwest

I heard about this store over a year ago, but as I wasn't interested in triathlons, I never stopped…read morein. Fast forward to this year and suddenly I am training for a triathlon and needed all sorts of gear. Tris require triple the gear, so lots of $$ go out for this sport. As I was nearing my date for my triathlon, I knew I needed to get a trisuit to practice in for my triathlon. I'd looked online and had an idea of prices, as well as tried some on at REI and Runner's Roost. However, trisuits are made for stick thin women, of which I am not, so I was in need of larger sizes. A sales person at Athleta sent me to TriBella, as she noted they had a great selection. I drove to TriBella and realized it was just across the street from my favorite, Rooster & Moon. Found parking and wandered inside. On that Saturday, they'd just hosted their own sprint triathlon and they opened a little later, but they were open. I found the sale/clearance rack (which means I'm in heaven) and found lots of sizes. Everything on the clearance rack was 50% off, which included running, swim, cycle gear and trisuits and tri kits. I tried on several suits and found one that I really liked. Decided to buy it along with a pair of workout shorts and some other stuff. The service was super friendly and helpful. I've since gone back a few more times, purchased a second tri kit, signed up for their mailing list to attend other events, as well as browse about. In addition to workout wear for all three disciplines, they are a full-service bike shop and sell different bars, gus, gels, etc. Basically anything you need to swim, bike or run, it can be found at TriBella. Which means, I'm in heaven. :-)

I recently moved to Denver and have been searching for wide road cycling shoes. After doing some…read moreresearch, I decided that Lake cycling shoes could be a good option. While browsing the Lake Cycling website, I was directed, based on my zip code, to Tri Bella as a recommended retailer. When I arrived, the front door didn't open, so I had to use a side entrance, which led directly into the mechanic area. I stood there unsure if I should walk further in or wait. After a while, one of the mechanics (a tall guy) asked what I needed. I explained I was looking for wide road cycling shoes, and he suggested the Lake brand. I said that sounded great and asked if I could see some in person. He told me they didn't have any in stock but could order them. I explained that I preferred to try them on before purchasing especially since I could easily order them online myself, and the Lake website already provides detailed information. At that point, another mechanic, who had been listening to the conversation, chimed in and said, "Maybe Lake shoes are not for you." That comment, combined with the confusing entrance and overall unwelcoming experience, made for a very poor first impression. As someone who owns several bikes and is passionate about cycling, I expected a more helpful and professional approach. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning.
