We didn't have a great experience here. Perhaps we were influenced by the heat. It was an unseasonably warm day in early spring and the warehouse was very hot. This is a large warehouse with lots of inventory, but the actual selection did not seem that great. Prices are definitely on the high end. There only seemed to be one salesperson who was attempting to work with multiple customers. We left pretty quickly due to a combination of discomfort, pricing, and a lack of attention. Someone looking for deluxe eBike options might have been more interested. read more

I absolutely love this store. I didn't know much about e-bikes and had did some research online. But I am a hands on kind of person and needed to see, ride and compare bikes. The Ebikes USA team was informative and patient. I did go to a couple other stores and these guys were the best. I stopped by there three different times and rode a total of nine different bikes to see what worked for me. The area that Ebikes USA is located is so conducive to riding (located by the Platte River) I could get a good feel what each bike had to offer. I ended up purchasing a Euphree Stellar Falcon Step Thru. Don't forget to ask about the Colorado e-bike tax credit only available at certain stores. I road the bike home 12+ miles along the Platte. What a fun experience. This bike is perfect for me. I can get a good workout without help, get me through intersections fast, help me when I am getting a bit tired, or let's get adventurous and ride on a dirt trail. Thank you Ebikes! I booked a service appointment here, and a few days before the scheduled date needed to re-schedule. I called and left a voicemail and sent a text message (the 2 communication methods listed on the web site) asking if it was possible to reschedule. This was more than 2 weeks ago and I have still not received a call or message back to reschedule, but they did take my $50 deposit I made for the appointment. My ebike was by far my favorite purchase of 2023! I was in the market last fall and the ebike shop closest to me was out of the model I was interested in. They referred me to their friends at eBikes USA. I was pretty set on the Aventon Level 2 so took that for a spin first. I worked with Sam and he was super patient and willing to show us more, but I really liked this one! I also bought a Thule basket which they mounted for me and Kyrptonite lock there. When the bike was going to be too big to fit in my car, they offered to deliver it to our house (about 25 min away) for a fee, but we just came back the next day with our car cleared out. I am so impressed with eBikes USA on W Byers in Denver! I have not been interested in purchasing an ebike for my 13 year old, but finally agreed, as long as we ensure we do it in the safest manner possible by following the local and state laws. As soon as I walked into the showroom and talked to the team I knew I was in the right place. They spent the time walking me through the different classes and what would be appropriate for my son (at 13 he should only have a Class 1 or Class 2). They helped us choose a bike, do a test drive, and helped my son understand how to care for it, and how to be a responsible owner. Regardless of my confidence I still I shopped around by going to 4 other stores and researching online before moving forward (it was surprising how the people working at other stores knew so little about their products in comparison to the eBikes USA team). All I can say is if you are interested in purchasing an ebike this is the place I would go! I will continue to return to in the future for future purchases, but they also do the maintenance, so when and if we need help we know where to go (and they provide delivery service)! read more

I went into this store over a month ago to check out a Aventon Pace bike that I was thinking of buying, the salesperson said the last one was sold the previous day.. He said that they were getting a shipment into their warehouse and the bikes would probably be in the store in about two weeks. Fast forward two weeks, i call and I'm told there in the warehouse and have to be assembled, and road tested... Fast forward two more weeks, i call and the joker that answers the phone has no clue, I tell him the story about the warehouse etc. and he says he doesn't know if they have any, or if they were all sold, doesn't offer to check with anyone else in the store, I hang up.... My adult daughter and I first went to eBikes not knowing a thing about electric bikes but very interesting in learning. Sam, knowing that we would NOT be buying anything, at least that day, was happy to talk to us and explain how they worked and helped us narrow down what kind of bike we would want. He gave us a quote. A few weeks later, my daughter, my husband and I went back to take a closer, more interested look. That day, Mark was there. My daughter took a test run on the bike we were interested in. He explained more about the bike, and we decided to buy it. We have received the bike and now our daughter will learn to 'drive' it. Since it's wintery and cold, it may be a while before she's proficient enough to carry her small toddler on the back, but we feel assured that eBikes and their staff will be there to walk us through any questions or problems. I went to E-Bikes because Ebikesreviews said they were a good place to buy an electric bike. They Couldn't have been more wrong. I I've went there about four times to try out different E-bikes. I wanted to try out the New Aventon Level.2 bike. After I tried it out I asked to try out the Aventon Pace 500. Unbeknownst to me I was given a Pace 350. When I asked to try the Pace 500 the owner told me 'No more rides, go try it out a another E-Bike store' I don't know about you but this is not the kind of attitude good customer service is built on. The owner is from the Middle East, and I've dealt with people from the Middle East when I lived back east at 47th St. photo in New York. Their attitude is simply buy it! we don't want you checking things out. I was hoping to avoid that out here in Colorado but it seems I can't. My advice is to stay away from E-bikes USA. read more

Chris, the service manager has the worst customer service I have come across. I have had many E bikes that needed serviced throughout the years and have never had such bad customer service. I had an appointment set up with the service center for over a week. They were suppose to run a diagnostic on it and did not tell me that the only way they do this is to try new parts to see if they fix the problem. What he didn't tell me is that they don't have any parts at the store, for the Super 73 to actually test on the bike. They call me 3 hours later to come pick the bike up because they can't run a diagnostic on it. Why did you have me load up my bike if you are unable to do a diagnotic on it? This business keeps good stock despite a very hot ebike market and difficult availability, and are very knowledgeable regarding upcoming trends and relevant technology developments. Zac has custom built his own minibike with top tier (strictly road legal) parts, ask him about it if you're interested. Cool folks and a great spot. The service center is excellent, their biggest issue is appointment overload, so get your service scheduled asap. Only complaint is the up charge on new bikes by a few hundred dollars. I didnt mind so much, as the bike I purchased has spotty warranty service from the manufacturer and ebikesusa promised to uphold the warranty service through their local service center. I just bought an Aventon Sinch.2 from e-Bikes USA. It was a great experience from start to finish, with multiple employees working to ensure the bike fit, I had the accessories I'd need to make the bike a viable car replacement, install the various upgrades, ensure that I could take a test drive, and even threw in a helmet for free. I also had a coupon (I recommend signing up for Aventon's newsletters as they're currently running a promo for $200 off their models at this store until 8/31) which was honored, meaning it was as sensible to buy the bike here from the store as it would have been to order directly. I still got to keep the 2 year warranty, but not worry about the assembly at all. We bought two bikes here last fall on a Saturday and they were doing service on bikes, so we assumed they serviced bikes on Saturdays. We needed service this past Saturday due to a flat tire and were informed that they don't do service on Saturdays, just sales. So apparently you're not important enough to have service on Saturday unless you're buying a new bike. We found another shop in town that would service our bike on a Saturday, in addition they had another person in from e-bikes USA that was told the same thing.
