Half half - Pulled Pork + Brisket Sandwich

Friendly service. Great quality food. Reasonable price. Recommend! (No Dinning in, tables outside)

Philly Cheese Steak

A year after living around the corner we finally made it here. We were confused at first on how to order but once we figured it out I ordered a pull pork sandwich and he got the Philly cheese steak. We took a bite of each others. The Philly was much more flavorful and he was happy. The pulled pork was good, but a bit dry. A lot of people have said it was the best they have ever had but for me not the case. We ate there at the picnic tables and watched the gas station and looked at the cigarette butts in the grass. We both said we would come back to try other menu items, but probably for take out.

The lady was pretty nice, greeted with a sincere smile. Only saw 2 people working and they were about to close in less than 30 mins. Tried their ultimate brisket combo. Was very delicious and cheap too. Highly recomend this place to stop by and grab a great meal quick!!! Will come back again

Oh my, Oh my! What a wonderfully full belly we have! The family and I had a huge hankering for a big 'ol juicy burger the other day and we thought of Big T's. We had driven by it a number of times, but hadn't made it there yet. I can say, we are certainly glad we made it this time and will most definitely be back! They have a very large menu of deliciously sounding faire, and I've read many great reviews about their BBQ ... but this time was all about the burgers. That's what our body was wanting, so that's what we gave it! I had the Triple Cheeseburger, my wife had the Double Chesseburger, and our son had the Singer Burger. They were amazing! Thick and juicy patties, cheese, fresh ingredients and toppings (loving the goop!), and a tasty bun. As for sides, we went with a large order of Fries and a larger order of Onion Rings. Both tasty completely hand made (as in hand-cut fries) and were great! Topped off with a couple of Cokes and we were set. Like I said above, we'll be back again for more -- looking forward to digging into the BBQ - ribs, brisket, and more!

Generous portion sizes, friendly staff, and pretty decent grub! Wish they had cornbread and macaroni, but still good.

I had the Pesto Caprese pizza and it was amazing! The balsamic glaze added just the right amount of sweetness to bring together the different flavors. My husband had the NY steak and said it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive and told us how all the ingredients were locally sourced, which is very good to hear because we like to support local businesses. Lastly, the building is quite beautiful with the exposed brick interior walls. I'm not familiar with the local history so I'm curious as to what this building was originally? We will definitely come back and also check out the market next time.

So Bad It Was Almost Comical…read more My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our drive from Oregon to Seattle. The parking lot was completely full, so after circling around and eventually finding street parking, we figured the place must be popular. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the high point of the experience. The main restaurant was fairly full, so we were seated in a large, dark bar area in the back. And then... nothing happened. For more than 30 minutes. Eventually, a waiter appeared and took our order. Then another 30+ minutes passed before the food arrived. Somehow, even our iced tea didn't make it to the table until the food did. All told, we spent roughly an hour sitting at an empty table without so much as a beverage, and about 90 minutes from the time we arrived until we actually had food in front of us. At that point, the whole experience was becoming almost comical. We ordered a cod burger with fries, a Caesar salad, onion rings and an iced tea. The cod burger was okay. Nothing memorable, but edible. The Caesar salad was actually good. The fries, however, arrived cold, soggy and thoroughly greasy -- quite an accomplishment considering how long we waited for them. The onion rings apparently embarked on a separate journey altogether, because they never arrived. By then, we'd lost the will to ask about them and just gave up. The grand total for one cod burger with cold fries, a small Caesar salad and an iced tea? $40.00! We mentioned the long wait, forgotten food and other problems to our waiter. He was sympathetic and explained that they were short staffed, which we understand can make things difficult. But being short staffed doesn't make a 90-minute lunch, no drinks for an hour, cold soggy fries and forgotten food any less disappointing -- especially at those prices. By the end, we weren't even angry. The whole thing had crossed over into comedy. Needless to say, on future drives between Oregon and Seattle, we'll be finding a different midway lunch stop.

So glad we discovered this cute destination restaurant and market! The smoker is onsite and all ingredients sourced from local farm or markets in the area. The owner Frank was very friendly gave some great suggestions even checked on us with drink refills. Such great service so rare anymore. We had the most amazing 3 cheese mac and cheese with Brisket the small was big enough! I'm so glad I up'd my salmon kiesh meal to also include the side of the salmon chowder. It was definitely the best chowder I've ever had, complete with flaked smoked salmon on top of a creamy and hearty salmon w/ potato soup. We were so full after our meal I would not normally order dessert. However, he did recommend that we may want to try his wifes amazing homemade carrot cake with the cream cheese icing (which I prefer over an overly sugary one) I am so glad we ordered a slice to go. I ended up having that for breakfast the next morning with coffee and it was out of this world so moist with crunchy nuts on the cream cheese icing. Yum! The cafe is located in downtown Chehalis, which is a cute town. They are completing updates to their 100yr old building. They have an upstairs loft with video games and a dozen tables connected to an artesian market downstairs, think gourmet foods, mead, craft items, fancy bloody mary mix, and they also sell smoked salmon, smoked cheeses in their cooler. I will definitely be back when heading thru Chehalis. What a find!

I love cafés, especially finding the local ones, and I was really looking forward to eating here…read morebut I was sadly disappointed. We ordered 2 rice bowls (hot honey and teriyaki chicken). Both were bland tasting. The hot honey sauce didn't taste like hot honey at all (more like Frank's sauce). The coleslaw didn't go with the rest of the dish at all. It just wasn't the right combination. We also waited a while for our order (approx. 20 mins). Not sure what the hold up was despite the place being empty when we dined in. The server was nice, though, and there is plenty of space for large groups. Outdoor seating available too. Overall, I likely won't be back.

I was starving and looking for something I could eat on the go, being a vegetarian seriously limits my options there, so I decided to be brave and try this spot since it was close to where I was. So glad I did!! It's a funky spot, lots of seating, super friendly staff, very clean. Bonus. They told me to expect 20 minutes for my sandwich but it was ready in under ten minutes, double bonus! The sandwich. Omg. Slightly ground and blackened chickpeas, super fresh arugula, super fresh tomato, an amazing sauce served on the softest ciabatta bread I've ever had. It was amazing - absolute perfection. And it was all wrapped up nice and neat for easy, on the road eating. Served with a bottle of water and bag of Tim's chips. This all made me very happy - give them a shot for sure if you're in the area.

We stopped by around 1pm-ish on a Wednesday and we were greeted warmly then told to choose where we would like to sit. Once we sat down, we were presented with menus, utensils and waters. We were given ample time to look through the menu as they are an Asian fusion restaurant but definitely more Vietnamese heavy menu with banh mis, pho, bun bo hue, vermicelli noodles, and rice plates. But they do have phad thai, a kimchi salad, fried rices, Chinese dishes and lo meins as well. With recent chilly weather and always in the mood for bun bo hue, I went with that and an order of spring rolls with pork and shrimp while my boyfriend got their General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. The restaurant is bigger than it looks outside. Plenty of seating for all party sizes. They have condiments, chopsticks and soup spoons at the table. They were playing soft music that fit the mood. I love the cozy feeling that the place invokes, almost feels like you're in someone's living room. The service here was friendly from both the lady and man working. They would frequently fill our waters and check in on us. The lady even complimented my pronunciation and asked if I was Vietnamese. The food arrived not too long after the order. My spring rolls arrived warm but that just means they just made it and it was packed with the listed ingredients with a yummy peanut sauce. I was a bit disappointed that the bun bo hue didn't come with the usual toppings like pork's blood, hock and beef shank. I got meatballs, steak and brisket with my order and if I had known that I would have gotten a combo pho instead. She also did ask me which noodles I preferred and I missed the first option, and so I got it with pho noodles but it was nice to know you can have an option. However, the broth was flavorful and savory. My boyfriend's General Tso's was great: good crunch and plenty of meat with a delicious sauce. I definitely would love to try their other dishes.

The owners work there and are so cute and sweet! I had the pho tai and to my delight they serve nuoc beo!!! (pronounced nook-bail, which is the skimmed pho fat with green onions soaked in it - SO GOOD AND ADDICTIVE. if a pho place does it i know the pho will be good.) the pho is more southern style - sweeter, darker broth. but so so good!! they give a GENEROUS amount of meat and noodles. the pho was so good i got it twice in one day, lol. my husband got the grilled chicken, level 3 spicy. and gosh was it spicy! they make their own chili oil and paste and you can definitely taste the unique twist on the chicken. it's so deliciously spicy, it hits your tongue then lingers. def recommend if you're a true spicy fan - otherwise stick to level 1/2. they warned him when we ordered the chicken lol. will be a regular spot for us now, and will tell all our friends.
