I asked my dr to call in an order for the office and I'll pick up and treat them. They chose the Q factory I asked for help out because I had a couple strokes and heart attack. I was parked out front, he made huffing and under his breath remarks. He asked the other workers and they laughed, I told them never mind, I'll make it. He brought the stack of container, slammed them down and told me good luck on your own since I had a had attitude. ‍ Omg, I was shocked that people could be so cruel and inhumane to someone buying from their business. I left in tears because, as a disabled elderly woman, I felt alone, no help. I seen a guy that was eating there and it happen to be my sons friend, he ran over and grabbed the boxes and helped me out. He seen the whole thing. He apologized for people's cruelty. Party of five on Sunday, Cinco de Mayo. There was a party reservation happening inside. The people who arrived right before us saw there was a party inside and said nope and left, much to the sadness of their kid. "But whyyyyyyyyy do they have to have a party TODAY!" He was very upset poor kid. We head in anyway and there was a strong line. Very loud could hardly hear each other talk. Three of us ordered variations of the chicken cheese dilla, I got the junk yard dog and one of us got the BBQ brisket dilla. Price was great, around $60 for 5 quesadillas and 5 sodas. After waiting for 25 minutes we went up to the counter to see where our food was. After being ignored for another 5 minutes we were like hello? The one guy apologized and said "sorry we are very busy today" and then the other guy was like, "wait what's your name?" And when I tell him, this guy is like "Oh these have been sitting here for awhile." Therefore they were no longer hot. We did not know we were supposed to hunt down our food as we watched others be brought to the tables so that was disappointing. Taste reviews were mixed. My daughter liked her chicken cheese, my boyfriend hated his. I thought the junk yard was mid. The sausage was good but the tortilla was too crispy for me. Maybe had I received it when it was hot. Went here on our way out of town and was not disappointed. My paper was burnt a little but the food was fine. Lady was nice at the window. We asked for sour cream and they each gave us two. This place was a real hit! The Quesadilla Factory... as the name implies specializes in quesadillas. It is easy enough to make these at home but after a day trip in the car having restaurant food... somebody else's food is an extra treat! Especially during these times where I have found a new appreciation for restaurants during the covid times. There isn't really a specific quesadilla I can pin down and suggest to try. The menu is specializes in a build your own theme which you can make it all kinds of ways with the options provided. If you haven't been here before they guide you through the menu to build what you want, bake it and your quesadilla is ready! We got ours to go and the place was mostly shut down... like their arcade games were all turned off and parts of the dining area seemed closed off but you can still dine in if you want. The quesadillas themselves were delicious and the ingredients that we added to two different ones were fresh and enjoyable. Definitely a good stop to make on the way home! read more

The stuffings are so skimpy that you can only take about a bite and a half before you just reach empty tortilla that is now basically tortilla chips. Stopped in here during a recent visit to town. My wife is a quesadilla fan, so I figured it was worth a shot, right? Who doesn't like building their own quesadilla? The space is odd, funky, eclectic, weird, confusing and otherwise bizarre. As a first time visitor, walking in the door I wasn't sure at all how this worked. Was I supposed to seat myself? Was it table service? Was it order-at-the-counter? It literally took us a little bit to figure out where to go. After placing our order (at the counter, for those who may be a first time visitor) we took a seat at a table. I will say, as a foodservice design professional (yes, I design commercial kitchens, restaurants and serveries for a living) I will say, the seating layout was awkward. It has that feel of a funky bar, not really a restaurant. There's a large arcade separated from the seating area by a short wall. The layout and design made me feel like I was in what used to be one of those trendy Country line-dancing bars from the early 2000s when that craze took over. You could almost visualize the "dance floor" area, where the stage was, the peanuts on the floor, all of that. It really felt like someone tried to transform this former honky-tonk into something that might survive a new market. So the food, because that's what we were here for, right? We both ordered, get this, a quesadilla! It is the name-sake, so that's what I focused on. My wife chose to build her own (actually, I built it for her because she gets overwhelmed with this stuff). I built her a chicken quesadilla on tomato basil with mozzarella with a side of guac. Yes, it was simple, but that's what she likes. For mine I decided to go with something funky so I ordered up a chicken-parm on garlic herb with mozzarella and mushrooms and a side of marinara sauce. We both enjoyed the tortillas, very crispy and flaky. We never get this level of crispy, flaky tortilla when making this at home, so that was a plus. Everything tasted fine, just not really anything to write home about. It was solid, but not above and beyond, you know? Everything came in disposable wares, the quesadillas in a small pizza box and the side sauces in small plastic containers. We kind of laughed at how small the side sauces were. Once done eating our lunch we were again a bit confused by the space. Do we buss our own tables? Does a staff member buss them after we leave? Is there a garbage counter like most fast food restaurants? How does this work? After a bit of searching we spotted a garbage can over by the order counter that was meant for you to buss your own table into. But the placement of it was very hidden from where we were. We literally had to get up and move away from our table to even notice it. Same for the garbage cans placed at the front door. While convenient for being "on your way out", not convenient to actually notice from our table. So again there was that moment of "What do we do here, how dos this work?" In closing: Would we eat here again? Probably, if we were in the area. Would we go out of our way to go here? No, probably not. I feel like it wasn't anything special. While the concept seemed really cool to me at first, the overall result was lack-lustre. The space could use some help. It's confusing at first, the lack of quality signage showing new diners where to go to order upon walking in the door, a lack of signage explaining how to buss your table and where to buss your table, the feeling of a half-hearted renovated former hunky-tonk, it's just all very confusing. To me, if you're gonna create a concept of "Quesadilla Factory" then the space should actually invoke some sort of connection to "creating something", use some factory decor, play up the idea. But standing in the middle of the room you're left looking for a sawdust dance floor, a country-western band, a cold beer and a place to hang your cowboy hat. It's a nice concept, I just feel like it was poorly executed. But yeah, the food is okay. read more

This place is amazing! They have lots of different quesadillas. The servings are huge so you can feed a large family pretty cheap and all try different ones. The inside of Quesadilla factory is interesting. Half divey restaurant, half arcade. I am sure the booths are either second hand or they have owned them long enough have to reupholster them. I mention this because they feel odd to sit on. Anyway, this joint commits the ultimate cardinal sin in what I feel is the basic quesadilla recipe. It should be 1: Buttered tortilla, 2: Cheese. 3: Grill it. After you have those 3 factors, then do what you want with the recipe but Quesadilla Factory bakes theirs... It would be like me opening up a grilled cheese restaurant and baking all the sandwiches. For what it is, they have a lot of options and the food isn't ghastly but I felt the entire time I was eating mine that this is what I might eat if I was so poor that I could not afford butter for my tortillas. read more

This place is RANDOM to say the least and has no signage currently, but is worth a trip. I found out about this spot a few months ago as I a had a meeting down the street, I was nervous to try it, but now every time I am in town, I go visit this place with whoever is in my car. The space reminds you slightly of a Chuck E Cheese restaurant and is great for kids and us adults as well. You walk in and you get to customize your quesadilla with all the fun toppings and sides. For $60, you have access to the party area, everyone in your party gets all Quesadillas for $6, and you have unlimited use of a pool table and air hockey table. Was pleasantly surprised to stumble on to this place while searching for teriyaki for dinner. Teriyaki was closed so we took a chance and I'm glad we did. Initial impressions.... We ate at the Quesadilla factory for lunch after finding it on Yelp. The Yelpers were right again steering us to a place that has a neat concept and delicious quesadillas! You pull up to this very nondescript strip mall and think oh no will this be any good? Armed with good reviews you head in hopeful. Inside it looks like brewery meets nightclub meets arcade. The pictures posted already are spot on except there is no couch now in the dining area but a few booths were added. No one greets you but locals know to head to the right to order. The food and drinks.... The menu also pictured already has many choices. There is a quesadilla menu and a wrap menu. Not a Mexican restaurant just a place filling a specific niche. The way it works.... You pick a dilla You pick a tortilla flavor You pick your favorite cheese You fill it up with toppings like lettuce, onion, olives, mushrooms etc You pick seasonings You pick a sauce ( all sauces come in small Packages) to top with. Pick optional cost more add ins like Extra sauce, cheese or meat, add beans And rice inside a dilla, add rice only inside Wait There are bottled 24 oz Pepsi soft drinks and Aquafina for $1.50 each. So as for $2.00. There are homemade sweet treats and chips of all kinds too. Paper towel rolls are on stands on every table to clean up as the dillas are juicy and sometimes drip so lean over. Quesadillas are served in pizza style boxes whether for here or to go. Then your food is served. The texture of the different toppings with gooey melted cheese and the crunch of the tortilla cut into pizza looking portions make for delicious bites. My personal favorite was the flat taco but the CBB, the junkyard dog and pizza were all delicious. Yummy morsels that keep you reaching for another piece. The atmosphere.... There is a movie playing on the tv screen and bar music playing in the background. No bar though. As you wait, because there is a wait if people overwhelm the two employees at the same time, you can ask your friends trivial pursuit questions that are on the tables in card holders. You can also play pool or arcade games in the sunk in arcade. Fun for all ages. The Kids especially love it. The location... It is quite a bit off fwy but good spot to spend time and have lunch. Parking is easy out front. The only downside.... The bathroom was so dirty. Not just a little but stained rings in each toilet from not being cleaned often enough. This may be due to it being a nightclub some nights but the owners need to clean in for the day business because it makes you wonder. So minus a star. A plus is there are etch-a-sketches in each stall in the bathroom. Men's bathroom was ok. The results.... Food 5 stars Bathroom 2 stars Overall 4 stars I will come back for the food as it is sooo good and hope the bathrooms are cleaner. If they are it is a five star place. read more
