After searching I found it. The best nachos in Centralia. Beneath the layer of refried beans was a symphony of carne asada and mass of toppings. This is your best bang for your buck. I'm guessing either there was a charge from a previous order (although I didn't see an itemized item that was spiking the total) or there was an inadvertent gratuity added. I ordered from this place through door dash. It is perhaps the worst Mexican food I've ever had. I took two bites and threw the entire meal away. I ordered a taco salad and cheese enchiladas. The taco salad shell was mushy and falling apart because they put so much wet meat in it. It pretty much was a pile of wet cold meat in a soggy shell. The cheese in the enchiladas tasted very strange - I think it was rancid. I had read the previous bad reviews and thought it couldn't be as bad as they say - but it was. Food is good. The serving sizes are huge! I've only order to go or through the drive thru but service has been good there. The drive thru is open 24/7 which is pretty cool. It is hard to understand them through the speaker so it's good to know what you want. Their breakfast burritos are so good and size wise is breakfast and lunch for me. The inside isn't anything special; it's been clean when I've gone in. The lighting is good and you can see into the kitchen which is something I like. One thing I don't like if you want to do Apple Pay through the drive thru they have to take your phone and walk it to the register for inside orders. This causes a problem as your phone is unlocked and completely accessible. Not to mention in the hands of someone else. Not to say they would I have no reason to believe they would do anything but that's not good. read more

Best burritos we've found in Centralia. We really enjoy the breakfast ones and the Shrimp is lovely! Large portions sometimes take more than one attack to polish them off. We've only used the drive-thru so far so no clue on the interior but we've heard it's clean. It's nice to have an optional drive-thru other than the nationwide chains. I've heard great reviews on this New Mexican fast food restaurant from friends and family. Excited to try it out in our way home from a hike, my husband and I ordered 'The Monster Burrito' with steak. Having received the burrito, it lives up to its name as a monster burrito. It was ginormous. My husband and I had just finished a 4 mile hike near Olympia, so we were absolutely famished to try this food. Biting into the burrito, I got a mouth full of stringy, tasteless, chewy steak covered in grease. Being as incredibly hungry as I was, I continued eating even though it tasted like something I would feed to my dogs. Continuing on throughout the burrito, it was 99% steak. Normally, I wouldn't complain. Yet, this steak was the most atrocious meat I have ever had the mistake of devouring. When I say, 'tasteless', I literally mean it tasted like nothing. It didn't even taste like steak or meat in general. It could have passed for a vegan mock meat (retching quietly), if I'm being completely honest. Moving on to the veggies in this burrito... they seemed to have ran away and hidden, cowering from the horrific steak somewhere else, but not in my burrito. This burrito was supposed to be steak, beans, rice, lettuce, guac, sour cream, and cheese. Alas, the lettuce and guac seemed to have dissolved. Maybe the steak is some sort of alien meat alternative and it absorbed the lettuce and guac... One may never know. The cheese was cold and hard, even the tiny amount that was put into the burrito, and the sour cream was all the way at the bottom crevices, maybe a tsp in amount. Furthermore, the tortilla itself was crunchy around the edges and tasted as if it had been left out for a few days. Everyone's favorite, right?? I leave my tortillas out on purpose for days to get this stale, dry, crunchy effect (face palms). I'm honestly ashamed of myself. I was so hungry after my hike (we forgot snacks and I didn't eat lunch like an idget), that I actually ate the entirety of this burrito. I know, it's shameful, but my hunger was too much for my tastebuds and stomach to turn down. Embarrassing, may the Lord forgive me. Now, continuing on to the aftermath of this burrito... it has been quite a long while since food has kept me awake at night due to the pain going on inside my stomach. It was almost like period cramps with vengeance from satan himself. Although, I do believe satan would have been kinder. Then, after about 6 hours of the food decaying inside my body, my body decided to than eject it back out from wence it came and then to where it rightfully belonged, the lovely porcelain throne. Which I then had to clean out after my purge due to the horrific scene that had taken place. All in all, please look elsewhere. The mighty taco bell has better taste and quality (GASP), then this place does. Also cheaper prices Although, I have learned my lesson. I will never hike again without eating prior and taking snacks. Welp! I tried you again, Aliberto's.. this time I ordered the sopes. These sopes order is generously big, topped with carnes asada, pico and I think sour cream. That's all fine. The sope (shell) itself was a disgusting, soggy mess which makes me think these things have been sitting for a while. I've given the place a second and third try. The taste was pretty good. Comparable to Muchas Gracias down south. My only 2 big problems were 1: enchiladas didn't have melted cheese in them. Which is pretty important for cheese enchiladas. 2: my chili relleno burrito had the stem in it. I don't know if that's traditional Mexican style but, I know for a fact that when I cook, I usually remove the stems off of peppers. Having spent time in Arizona and for those who have know about the "Berto" restaurants... Filibertos, Alibertos and etc. Giant yummy burritos, horchata and all the other yummy stuff. We were looking for a good Mexican restaurant on the way up to Seattle from Oregon. I will start by saying that the food was delicious. Chips were freshly deep fried and very crunchy. Burritos and tacos were very tasty and the meat was excellent. The price was very reasonable, and i did not feel like i overpaid for the food.
