One of those off the beaten path GEMS. We tried a lot from the menu and all of it was incredible - onion rings, chili cheese fries, brisket sandwich, ribs, and beans. We travel this route all the time and this will be our go to spot from now on! read more

Shut up and take my money! The food is always delicious. My only issue is the days it's closed. #1 with breaded mushrooms is definitely the best in the county. Has outdoor seating for nice weather and a drive up window for anyone on the go. If you're craving something bbq I recommend coming here. read more

Stopped by 8-15-2026 looking for a place on our way home. Found this in Yelp. Oh my goodness!! Had a double cheeseburger with tots and a coke. The burger was HUGE! So delicious! The tots were cooked the way I like, hot and crispy. MMM MMM. The wife had a pulled pork sandwich with tots and a Diet Coke. She loved her sandwich and she likes her tots same as me, hot and crispy. A little out of the way in Centrailia, but definitely worth the drive. 10/10!! read more

Love the food and the service, but its super frustrating that the hours online are wrong, and they close randomly even within their new hours posted at the drive thru. And you cant call ahead to make sure they are open because they either dont pick up, or you end up sitting on hold until the line disconnects. Again, I love Big Ts, the food is some of the best bbq around! But these things make choosing Big Ts hard. Especially when we live a 20 minute drive away and there is never any way of knowing if they are actually open. read more

A decent phone system would make a world of difference when it comes to answering basic questions about the business, its hours, and generating business. You are missing business by not picking up the phone .I find it hard to believe that you are at max capacity and have so much. Business that you can ignore the phone calls. read more

A year after living around the corner we finally made it here. We were confused at first on how to order but once we figured it out I ordered a pull pork sandwich and he got the Philly cheese steak. We took a bite of each others. The Philly was much more flavorful and he was happy. The pulled pork was good, but a bit dry. A lot of people have said it was the best they have ever had but for me not the case. We ate there at the picnic tables and watched the gas station and looked at the cigarette butts in the grass. We both said we would come back to try other menu items, but probably for take out. read more

This place is a true hidden gem! The service was kind and fast. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Last but certainly not least, the burger was incredible! I haven't had one this good since leaving Texas. Can't wait for our next road trip so we can stop by again! read more

Great if you have extra time..... We stopped in here for lunch and although there was only one car in front of us, it took over 20 minutes to get our food. The food was worth the wait imo. I had the wrangler burger which was cooked to perfection. The bbq sauce was one of the best sauces I have had. Fries were delicious as was the fry sauce. They serve cans of pop instead of iced fountain drinks. The meal was very good but service was too slow for this to be more than an occasional stop. I think there was just one person working tbh. Prices were in the high end. 28.00 for two burgers, two small fries, and 2 cans of soda. read more

The lady was pretty nice, greeted with a sincere smile. Only saw 2 people working and they were about to close in less than 30 mins. Tried their ultimate brisket combo. Was very delicious and cheap too. Highly recomend this place to stop by and grab a great meal quick!!! Will come back again read more

Great first time experience! We didn't realize it was just a drive thru, but irregardless great little restaurant. The gal that took our order was very pleasant. I was a little overwhelmed with the burger choices - so many to choose from (not complaining ). We ended up getting the smash burger combo meal and a pound of brisket. The burger was literally the biggest burger I've seen. You can definitely share this one. The flavor combo was unreal and nothing short of incredible. It hit the spot! Fries were alright, nothing to get excited about. The brisket came shredded with a delicious bbq sauce drizzled on it. We were assuming it would have came in slabs but once again not complaining that it was shredded. Great smoke flavor! You definitely get your moneys worth here. I can't believe we have been in the area for a year and have yet to try this place out. We've clearly been missing out. We plan on coming back to try the ribs out soon! Thank you for the great service and food! (Sorry no photos, we were too eager to eat, next time!) read more

OH MY! Go here! We had our cheat day and stopped here on our way to Pacific County from Tacoma. Ordered the clam basket, bacon cheeseburger, smoked meatloaf sandwich, coleslaw, onion rings, and fries. ALL we delicious. You can smell the smoke from the smoker used to cook the meatloaf. Just amazing! I'm recommending to friends and family. Great job! And service was great! Cleanliness was excellent. Many selections of canned sodas, offering sugar-free which was appreciated! Thank you!!! read more

Big T BBQ - #1 - Burgers Near Me - Centralia, Washington

Oh my, Oh my! What a wonderfully full belly we have! The family and I had a huge hankering for a big 'ol juicy burger the other day and we thought of Big T's. We had driven by it a number of times, but hadn't made it there yet. I can say, we are certainly glad we made it this time and will most definitely be back! They have a very large menu of deliciously sounding faire, and I've read many great reviews about their BBQ ... but this time was all about the burgers. That's what our body was wanting, so that's what we gave it! I had the Triple Cheeseburger, my wife had the Double Chesseburger, and our son had the Singer Burger. They were amazing! Thick and juicy patties, cheese, fresh ingredients and toppings (loving the goop!), and a tasty bun. As for sides, we went with a large order of Fries and a larger order of Onion Rings. Both tasty completely hand made (as in hand-cut fries) and were great! Topped off with a couple of Cokes and we were set. Like I said above, we'll be back again for more -- looking forward to digging into the BBQ - ribs, brisket, and more! read more

First off, the girl in the drive thru window was amazing. Her customer service was great. That helps a lot when ordering at a place for the first time. The food was DELICIOUS! The smoked brisket was really good. Not to dry, lots of flavor. The double cheeseburger was perfect. Wasn't messy like some other places. The Philly cheese steak was made perfect. This place was 5 stars all around. Beans and potato salad was great also. They provide seating outside. It was a beautiful sunny day yesterday. Great for outside seating. Can't wait to come back. Thanks guys. read more

Food wasn't very good dry and burnt brisket and pork. The meat loaf was ok. I got the sampler plate. Everything on the plate was under seasoned and all tasted the same. I couldn't tell if I was eating the brisket or the pork. Would not repeat. Up side the people working where very nice. read more

Why I'm I just now discovering this place. The pulled pork was so on point. Potato salad was delicious the onion rings were just amazing. The guy inside was extremely helpful when asked what he recommends gave great advice. IE pulled pork and potato salad. Fast and reasonable priced. Going back for the smashed burger soon. read more

Stop doing yourselves a disservice and COME. EAT. THIS. FOOD. I got the deluxe bacon Cheeseburger with a sweet tea, Loaded Fries, and potato salad. Yall. Im dying because I'm so full. I couldn't stop eating. I got emotional because my a$$ gonna get fat from this place. I'm a huge food junkie. I'm from Wisconsin. Had nasty BBQ out there. I've had BBQ from Monroe, WA to Cottage Grove, Or. Nothing has compared to this so far. Bees knees. 15/10. read more

Weird spot. Had high hopes that were dashed from the start. I pull up to the order window and they tell me that they're making an order for 25 people and they'll be right with me. 10 minutes later they took my order and I drove around to the pickup window and it took another 15 minutes. Fair enough. The weird part is I had ordered a half slab of baby back ribs and I saw the dude putting them on the flat top and putting water on them and then sauce and I thought it was very strange. I'm somewhat of a pitmaster myself and had never seen barbecue prepared this way. Although the pork was meaty it did not taste much of anything resembling smoke or barbecue. It was as almost as if they were pork chops that had been cut up. Definitely good value for the money and good portion size but frankly I'm not sure if this place could be called barbecue. read more

absolutely great food. Girl at window is awesome, friendly and always smiling. Been here a few times and got a different menu item everytime and it has always been awesome. Definitely recomended read more

Great bbq, large menu, all the sides and Great service. I've been coming here for years BC (before Covid) to te the truth I always order brisket sandwich. But Fridays are rib night. Pulled pork is popular too. Outdoor seating only. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. read more

Please adopt me!!! Because for someone whose not a huge fan of BBQ Ribs we've had Big T BBQ 4 times in the past 3 months since we moved to Centralia and the BBQ ribs are my favorite. Chefs kiss and A+++++ and not only the food is good but the owners are so kind, very generous and inviting. This is definitely a local spot and I'm honored to live 2 blocks away. I'll be back for more bbq :) and omg the pulled chicken (please help me stop drooling while writing this review) the chicken is so juicy and perfect with kings Hawaiian rolls with more bbq sauce! Yesssss please!!!! Don't even get me started on the fried mushroom. Ok hold on, I'll be back I'm gonna go get more. I grew up eating fried mushroom from the pizza restaurant I used to work at and this definitely brings me back. Please please please! If you are ever in town or just passing by. I highly recommend visiting this spot, they are a drive up family owned local business that provides this town thee best ribs. You won't regret it I promise. read more

Very decent for a PNW BBQ place. I'm from the south and BBQ is done a little different, but this place was wonderful nnone the less.

Big t BBQ is classic barbecue. Outside picnic table seating, simple, clean, and really great service. The food is top notch and this is coming from a barbecue snob. We ordered the pork and brisket. Both were terrific. Prices are good and you really get a wonderful portion of really tasty food. Do yourself a favor and go there! read more

Hole in the wall with no inside ordering so u have to stand in the car line. I went about dark and the parking lot feels like you might get mugged. The food wasn't anything I couldn't have cooked at home. 23$ for six pieces of ribs, a hand full of fries and a can of soda! I won't be back and you shouldn't go either. read more

Big T BBQ - 1/2 rib plate and side of fries - Burgers Near Me - Centralia, Washington

On my drive from Portland to Seattle I had a craving for some BBQ and found Big T on Yelp. Hey, why not give it a try? It's a small business on the North east side of Centralia and a little off the beaten path but worth checking out. Portion size for the meat sampler was generous and I ate the meats as served although they have several sauces you can help yourself to for that extra flavor. Service was also friendly which is a plus. My only concern that depicted my 3 star rating is that I dined in and unfortunately there were numerous flies buzzing around which really makes the dining experience less than stellar. I'd recommend they get a fly fan installed at doorway if this is a ongoing issue as it was simply annoying. Will I check them out again? Probably will if BBQ is what I'm wanting while passing through. read more

We found Big T BBQ when visiting at the Great Wolf Lodge several years ago. We were more than pleasantly surprised at how excellent their smoked cheesesteaks were! I am from Pennsylvania where we claim we have the best cheesesteaks. Until we found Big T BBQ this was our view. They are so much better!! We make a point of stopping to stock up and then freeze them when we are near Centralia so that we have them on hand for periodic meals. The gal who answers the phone and helps you with your orders is very nice and we truly appreciate her and the AMAZING cheesesteaks!! Until we see you again..... ;) read more

7 years later, this place has only gotten better. Lots of changes to the outside of the building but the BBQ is as good as I remember it was. Since my last review, I spent 4 years in Texas learning to cook good pit BBQ, and trying lots of different Q done many different ways, and after all that I can safely say Big T is one of if not the best BBQ I have ever had. Like I said last time, don't forget the onion rings! read more

This place is a must try if you like BBQ or Burgers. They make the best hand cut fries, and they have fry sauce for dipping. Burgers are juicy and packed with flavor. They give you a generous amount of chili on the chili burgers. Chicken strips are huge and delicious. Smoked meatloaf and meatballs have just the right amount of smoke. If you're lucky enough to get to try the smoked mac & cheese (Creamy, cheesy, with slight smokiness) do so, you won't be disappointed. Fish pieces are good sized...crispy, flaky, and moist. Smoke Philly Cheesesteak makes my tastebuds VERY HAPPY. Meat is tender with Amazing flavor. My family has enjoyed everything they've had from here. Food has always been piping hot and served with a friendly smile. read more

It was ok. I probably wouldn't go out of my way for it. I haven't tried everything so I'm only rating on what I've tried. I tried the bbq sampler I think it's brisket, pork, meatloaf. If I try it again I'll ask for sauce on the side. It was drowning in bbq sauce so it kind of made everything taste the same. Service was really good. The girl working there was very polite she took my order and brought the order out to me. read more

Decent food. No restroom though. When I asked if they had a restroom she said "no, but yes.
