Smoked brisket Mac n cheese
Claire N.

Stopped here on a whim and will now be finding excuses to stop here every time I'm driving through Chehalis!! We were immediately greeted and got a full rundown of recommendations. We decided to try the tuna melt, smoked salmon panini, a side of chili, a side salad, and couldn't say no to trying the brisket mac n cheese. The tuna melt was probably the best I've ever had, and everything else really was truly a 10 out of 10. On top of the cute store with treats and PNW themed items, I will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I had an errand to do down south (we live closer to the Seattle metro area) and we decided we'd eat while we were down there. Found this place on yelp and even though there were just 4 reviews, the pictures sold me. It's located in downtown Chehalis. Super cute and quiet location. It's not your typical restaurant because it's attached to what seems like a small market (which you should totally check out too!). But don't let that deter you at all. The food was amazing and service was just as great. We sat ourselves and someone checked in on us pretty soon after. Our server was super polite and gave his recommendations. I already knew what I wanted to order but after he suggested the salmon chowder, we couldn't say no and I'm glad we didn't. The chowder was so good we ordered another one to-go. My husband ordered a bratwurst and I got the Epic Baker. We both really enjoyed our food and not only that, the portion size was as humongous. Pretty sure mine could feed at least 3-4 people. After we got our food our server was very attentive and checked in on us multiple times throughout. Wish I got his name but he was seriously so polite. I posted pictures of our food on my social media and already had a few people asking where it was taken. The drive is about 1.5hrs out from where we live but hubby and I plan to make another trip down here. Would recommend this place forsure!

Oh my they were delicious and large.

Great place to eat. It's my favorite go to. I also really like the market. There are so many great things to see.

Go here. Food is fresh and delish. The owner is proud of his food and you can taste it. The services was great and prompt. The owner followed up to make sure we were happy too. Very limited good food in this town and this is one of the spots!

Fish lover panini (stealing a bite from hubby ), smoked salmon chowder, side salad, and pulled pork.

Great new place in Chehalis! DELICIOUS chowder, and the side salad was nice with micro greens, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, and excellent grape tomatoes. My husband got the fish lover panini which was wonderful, and they even gave us a free sample of the pulled pork, which was melt-in-your-mouth. My parents tried the smoked salmon macaroni and said it was incredible. The service was prompt and friendly, absolutely no complaints there. Picked up some lovely art from local artisans on the way out too. The owner said they are hosting farmer's markets inside on Fridays and Saturdays as well. We will definitely be back!

Delicious! The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Epic Baker and the pulled pork was so moist and delicious! Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned perfectly. The service was friendly and we received our food pretty quickly. There is a shop that you can peruse on the other side of the restaurant with honey, dressings, dream catchers and more! My husband picked out some salmon jerky and fish as well. Overall the food is great, the people are very nice and the restaurant is pretty cute!

The store also has some flower bouquets, plants, whimsical garden decor, and seedings for sale. The produce can be viewed and purchased in the next building in the parking lot. There is a minimum purchase of $10 to use your card. Easy to do with several varieties of heirloom fruits and veggies. I saw a red Barlett pear which I have e never eaten before. It was very tart compared to the green pear. Would I go back? Yes. I like the produce quality and variety.

Set nestled in fir trees surrounded by small mountains you find a river flowing past vast fields of sweet blue berries. The farm house, surrounding berry processing buildings, U-pick stands and gift/U-pick pay shop are a delight to the senses. There are many small touches that bring this farm past just getting your berries in a bucket. The buckets themselves are a good size for any adult to carry. I filled mine just over 1/2 full and had five pounds of berries. They also have cut baby buckets for kids to use. The row that are open are well marked with colored tapes and the father you into the rows the larger and more plentiful the berries! Here is a hint, go around 2/3 pm and walk all the way down to the West end of the row, this is where I found bushes heaped with large ripe in the "SHADE"! I could have sat in the grass and filled my bucket with out moving! This is a great place to bring your friends and family. The gift/U-pick pay shop has fresh berries for sale buy the pint/flat, honey, drinks, and other things for sale. There are some cute wooden "put your head through" cut-outs where you can take fun photos. All in all, it's a pleasant drive, in beautiful valley to pick delicious berries, and you can make blueberry pancakes the next morning!
