The pizza really was meh and the wings were worse than home made. Lemon pepper was way too lemony/sour and not palatable. The garlic parm was also did not meet expectations. Sad part is, the dessert was the best part and they probably ordered from an outside vendor. Overall, it was a disappointing pizza and wing experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

By 8:39 PM, we still had no food and no communication. When we finally went to the restaurant to figure out what was going on, the doors were locked and they weren't answering the phone. We had to knock on the door just to get someone's attention. Once we spoke to them, they claimed they called us three times to say they were out of dough, but we never received a single call. When we asked for any proof of those calls so we could show the app and request a refund, they refused to provide anything. They also said they would not refund us because the order was placed through the app, even though they never fulfilled the order. To make matters worse, another couple came in and picked up their pizza while we were there, and they said they placed their order after ours. So after waiting almost two hours, we ended up with no pizza, no refund, and no help resolving the issue. Running out of dough can happen, but the lack of communication, locked doors, unanswered phones, and refusal to help resolve the refund made this a very disappointing experience.

My friend ordered a slice of the Delizioso pizza (imported Italian tomato sauce, marinated red peppers, homemade Italian sausage, chunks of fresh mozzarella, Italian parsley, homemade garlic oil, $8.99). Their slices of pizza are rectangular and are actually two squares which form one big slice. This works out great for sharing, as we split our slices and swapped halves. After ordering, they take your slices from the display and put them in the oven to heat up. A few minutes later, your slices are placed in a cardboard box, and you're on your way. They're generous with the toppings, and the pizza comes out of the oven reheated nice and hot. The crust thickness is between thin and regular, and holds the ingredients well without being soggy at all. Both varieties of pizza tasted great, and you get a quick filling meal for only $7 to $9 which is a steal in the Packing District. The woman taking orders and running the register was very friendly. I went to take a picture of the logo over the pizza oven, and the gentleman working the oven waved at me.
