My son loves coming here and I cant wait to get out of here…read more Its so dirty. Any place you sit down its sticky and crumbs all over all the tables. I have to use my own sanitizer and get napkins to wipe down a place to sit. The bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean. Out of toilet paper and paper towels. Lack of comfortable seating. Not everyone wants to pay to use massage chairs and you cant sit in them comfortably without using them. The line to check in is ridiculous. There should be an exoress kiosk for those with memberships that you put in your phone number and it spits out the wristband. The 2 workers at the check in take 5 to 10 minutes to check in new families who have to sign up and sign waivers. It is so Loud. The constant loud beeping of machines and on the weekends, the birthday party announcementst hurt my ears. I leave with a headache everytime. Due to the lack of cleanliness at tables and seats and the bathrooms I highly question the cleanliness of the mats and ball pits. Never mind the kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience at Urban Air. I came in with two children who are both under…read more40 inches tall and specifically asked for the Shorty Pass. I also presented a complimentary Basic Pass voucher that I had received on a previous visit. The cashier told me that the Basic Pass only covered the trampolines, but since we wanted access to the deluxe attractions, we would need to upgrade. That was completely fine with me. However, instead of charging the Shorty Pass upgrade price for my child under 40 inches, I was charged the full Deluxe Pass price of $26.99 instead of the $11.99 Shorty Pass. After realizing the mistake, I spoke with the manager. Rather than correcting the pricing error or issuing a refund for the difference, I was told that no refunds could be given and was offered another Basic Pass voucher. That does not resolve the issue. I didn't want another Basic Pass--I simply wanted to be charged the correct price for my child based on the pass that should have applied. This situation could have easily been avoided if employees were properly trained on the different pass options and how promotional vouchers can be applied. Customers shouldn't have to pay more because of employee misinformation. I hope Urban Air improves its staff training so this doesn't happen to other families.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

Great main area for older kids to climb, slide, build with large legos. Soccer field on one of the levels, and all sorts of obstacle course and climbing areas. Large enough for adults to go with toddlers well. Also, a dance room with fun lights and music. All included!!! No extra fee for special socks. You can purchase snacks, drinks and also play cards for some arcade games and electric bikes on a track. This would be a great place for a birthday party! Their dinosaur came out and had a dance party with the birthday groups. Staff was super helpful and would remind kids to follow rules. I appreciated that!! Great INDOOR option for the hot summer coming up.

The climbing structure is huge and fun to crawl through, massive slides. There's a little toddler/baby area too which was nice to hang out if it was getting a little too crazy. You have to pay extra to do the arcade games but it's worth it. The claw machines are play until you win, we have plenty of new rubber ducks and stuffies now. They also sell snacks and stuff, though you can bring water and a sealed tumbler. It did take kind of a long time to get waivers signed and then buy tickets, there was a wait when we got there. They do a good job of reviewing rules with everyone though. My son absolutely loves the little dance room they have with the lights, disco ball, and music. Ended up being a somewhat pricey outing for us as we didn't realize we could have just gotten the $10 play card (we thought $25 was the cheapest), but it felt worth it to me. Will have to come back sometime!

This place has the disadvantage of being in a very poor area of town…read more There have been at least two occasions when we have been here and seen homeless or near-homeless looking people in there with no children stealing food off the tables of people that were not seated at their tables. Also, they bring in their Circle K Thirstbuster cups and fill them up at the Chuck E Cheese fountain machine. One time we were in there on a Saturday, and there was a man with a gun on ... This is forbidden as this is a kids play establishment and they sell alcohol. There is a no weapons sign at the door. We told an employee as we made our quick exit, but the employee didn't seem as though he wanted to do anything. He seemed afraid to confront the man about it for fear he might be shot. I don't blame him. On our most recent visit to this location, there was a domestic dispute at a birthday party where a female began throwing birthday bags at an older male. We were out of there super quickly after seeing that, too. We continue to come back to this location because it is the only one in the Phoenix area that still has an operating camera on the Chuck E Cheese car ride. However, it is getting too dangerous to feel comfortable, in my opinion. Also, management does not seem to care about making sure Chuck E. Cheese makes his regular appearances every hour "on the 30 minute mark." My kids always need to remind them, and sometimes they still will not even put on the live show. Every kid that visits should have the opportunity to see Chuck E. Cheese because without the magic of Chuck E., they are just another pizza joint/arcade. Also, when Chuck E. does come out, sometimes, they give you the feeling that they do not really care about taking the time to greet each child. They are out to do the show and back in as soon as possible after it is over. At least, they do occasionally, have Chuck E. walk around the arcade. The food is good. The wait is sometimes pretty long on the weekends because this location does tend to get very busy. They have a good selection of prizes and games at this location when compared to what the Goodyear and Chandler locations have to offer.
