Bad Service, Not friendly, always empty. That is indeed a Place u should avoid! Food ok but totally overpriced...

Want to be angry after dining out? Go to Bice! I entertained 8 people there recently and the food was average and the service awful. The waiter did his best to make the evening truly miserable. I normally tip 20% for good service but was so angry I only left him half. As I was leaving he came up and grabbed my arm and asked me why was I so cheap? I asked to see the manager who seemed to have disappeared. UPDATE! Soon after I filed this review I was contacted by the owner Luca D. That quick response indicates to me that someone at Bice really does care. Would I go back? If I knew Luca D was going to be there I would give it a second chance. At a minimum I would "drop" his name to help insure good service. read more

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. It was empty and they still forgot my order and when they finally came by the table to fill my water I let them know. When it came out it was over cooked and flavorless. My Caesar salad was awful as well. The mascarpone cheese with the bread was good and what i ended up filling myself up on because my food was so bad and i had just paid about $30 for a meal that i didn't even eat. read more

Brunch Sunday, worst I have ever had.Absolutely no service never had a waiter at all Had to remove our own dirty plates from the table. One runny scrambled egg dish, greasy bacon,"fresh" fruit was fruit cocktail from a can.Ham was processed lunch meat slices.Pretty much bad all around.Certainly won't go back to try the dinner menu.Save the moneyand have cereal at home. read more

What's not to like? The service is attentive and classy. The Ahi Tuna is hands down our favorite dish in Naples. The happy hour specials can't be beat. Live music, great atmosphere always a great experience at Bice. Thank you for always being consistent. read more

Not a good experience. Food was average at best, steak overcooked and service was bad. Our waiter disappeared and we waited over 15 minutes to get our check. To make matters worse the $20 left over on our gift certificate could not be used for the undeserved tip and was completely lost. We had a full price meal which was pricey to begin with, yet Bice felt compelled to add to their profit by getting an additional $20 which was completely undeserved. Supposedly upscale restaurants should not treat their guests in that manner. read more

Service was nice to start however slowed by the end of our meal. Ambience is nice however the food was barely average. As with most spots in Naples' fifth avenue district, I would plan ahead and make a reservation. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! This is our new favorite place in Naples! and that is saying ALOT! First let me say that I am a retired restaurateur of 30+ years, therefore, an automatic critic and really hard to impress. I am beyond impressed with Bice! The service is truly excellent. Each one we have encountered is professional, intuitive and knowledgeable, but more than that, this team is passionate about your dining experience and make all who walk in the door feel as welcome as a regular. That stems from the leadership, enthusiasm and expertise of Guisseppe, the mgr. - who is the real deal. Incredible food background- he delivers service that rivals the best restaurants I have dined in all over the world. Bice is lucky to have him. The food needs six stars. The menu is thoughtful and inventive- anyone on any diet will find something to love. Literally everything we have tried has been perfectly prepared and delicious. The chef does not overcook the fish! The veal chop is killer! The quality of the ingredients shine through in each dish- so authentic you will feel transported to the country of origin. We recently landed on them with a last minute party of 30 and everything was perfect- and off the menu! Very tough to do in this business. Kudo's to Fernandez for making our party so wonderful. Dessert's are ridiculously yummy although I try to pass- guilty pleasure goes to tiramisu- not overly sweet. It is rare to find a place that gets it all right. Bravo!!! read more

Bravo for Bice. Start with a glass of super Tuscan for $10 and move on to the bargain 3 course early bird. Bread basket offers fresh and plentiful breads and three spreads. This is a nice starter. Now on to the courses. Delicious salads sprinkled with pine nuts set the tone for a wonderful meal. Had the pasta and in a red sauce as well as the stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and greens. Desserts included an outstanding chocolate souffle as well as panne cotta and gelati. Service is friendly and polished. They aim to please. Surroundings are lovely and food is top notch at this bit of Tuscany on Naples Fifth Ave. read more

Uninspired, sickeningly overpriced, completely inauthentic. Before you say the owner is from Italy, I just got back from spending two weeks over there. How can an Italian place severely overcook pasta this badly? No value delivered anywhere to be seen, intrusive and strange service, birrata that amounts to nothing more than a glop of greasy cheese over some stale bread. An arugula salad that is so overflowing with radicchio that all you taste is extreme bitterness with none of the arugula pepperiness. Tough and fibrous meat preparations. People, this place really is terrible and it's clear that they are taking advantage of hapless tourists (like us I suppose). Stay far away. read more

My husband and I recently stopped here for lunch and we loved it! We both had the chicken milanese sandwich and the chicken was so crispy and delicious. Fries and a small salad accompanied the sandwich and both were very good. The salad dressing was great! read more

Im not a food critic otasnob from Naples but i live in Jersey and italian resturants are all over the place. My wife is Italian.Im surrounded by Italians. We loved this place. It was terrific. Our waitor was a charming young man our sons age and funny and a delight. To many people on Yelp seem to bitch and complain for reasons I cant phantom. We cross checked reviews of Mira Mere and they to got generally trashed so we probably wont try in season.Very frustrating. If your not a blue blood but like good food in a pleasant atmosphere our experience was very very good..And we used our living social coupon with no problem. We plan to go back in season. read more

Food was just average this year. We have visited this restaurant in previous years and the quality of the food was far better than it is now. My meal was dry tasteless and overpriced. read more

Watch out! We had a party of 4 at the bar for one drink and then another group of 4 people we also knew stop by for a drink. When i was leaving, i asked Corey the bartender for our bill. He apparently thought i was paying for 8 not 4. So i asked him to re do the bill and he came out with my receipt. we signed and left. it took forever and was poor service. To continue, after a few days our bill settled, he had not only charged my credit once, but twice. i had to go to the restaurant to discuss the matter (what a horrible customer service experience that was). the bartender charged my credit card twice, two different amounts and had the other party of 4 sign my credit card with there name. Finally after many follow up calls i have been credited. Buyer be aware. Good location, however, poor customer service. read more

I've visited some of the great restaurants of Italy, to my delight, and Bice is right up there, OK nearly right up there. It's priced like a fine restaurant, and that's OK, because it's a fine restaurant. read more

Sat at the bar here with my dad and had some wine during happy hour, it was half price so the glass was only $5, great deal! They also had a complimentary buffet that we snacked on, full of toasted bread slices, olives, tomatoes, meats and a fresh Parmesan wheel. It was delicious! read more

Was only there once, but it was very good. We had a GREAT veal ravioli and a lobster dish with burrata cheese that was very unique. Wine list can be pricey, but nice selections. read more

Restaurant is beautiful, atmosphere is high end, clean and bright. Tables outside right on 5th. Location is perfect; before the traffic on 5th. Of seven of us, they all gave high praise for entrees. Pasta is fresh and drinks are huge. Would recommend for small groups and large families. Will go back, again and again. read more

Excellent atmosphere with Blossom Dearie, Frank Sinatra, & others playing lightly in the background...homemade pappardelle was worth the trip. The special of Tuna and Rose Petals on a pink risotto was yummy and fragrant! read more

More Italian than Italian-American. Wait staff was all from Italy which made the experience very authentic, but also made communication slightly difficult. I had a little trouble with requesting a particular wine and ordering a dessert because I mispronounced it wrong. But that was probably more my fault then the waiter's! Regardless the food was phenomenal and well worth five stars. read more

After a long day at work we sat at the bar to enjoy drinks and a great dinner only to have the bartender be short and snooty to us. It's always about the service 1st for us. We love sitting at the bar and enjoying the night. We left and went to chops. read more

Our party of four dined at Biche on a Saturday night. Our server, Tony, was quick, impatient, & very difficult to understand & he seemed so irritated with questions. Everything was too fast.. we felt rushed the entire meal. I've dined there a few times but I will not be returning. The food was good but there are many very nice places in Naples that take the time to be courteous & not make you feel rushed. I'll be dining there. read more

I'm in Naples a couple times a year visiting family, and we always make it a point to come here. The food is great, and Bice has fantastic patio away from much of the hustle on 5th. My favorite part---the service. Always attentive, knowledgable, and keeps our family coming back for more. read more

We went here as a party of eight with two small children. Our waiter was absolutely fabulous and I can't say enough good things about him. Wish I had gotten his name. He was wonderful with the kids and difficult orders. Two gluten allergies. The food was excellent. Only complaint was when the waiter said that the one sauce has gluten in it, the manager came out and told one of our party to eat it anyway as it was too delicious to waste. Kind of insensitive to an allergy. I can't give it less than four stars with how excellent the rest of the service was. read more

Wow was I ever impressed when we could get a table on a Monday night without a reservation!! The ambiance was so wonderful!! The wine list really nice....then everything went south....we ordered a fish on the regular menu that was nice but pricey, and the menu said it was Mediterranean Sea Bass but I swear it was Snapper!!!! IT WAS SNAPPER!!! You are getting Snapper at Sea Bass prices!!!! I love Snapper, but this wasn't Sea Bass! Just Beware!! The service was wonderful as expected, and the atmosphere was just as good, but watch out for the products.... read more

Walked in tonight without a reservation and wound up with an awesome table on the veranda under a heat lamp, everyone from the matr'd, waitress and buss people were very courteous and friendly. Our meals were top notch, we had a gluten free seafood pasta dish and the Bolognese spaghetti. Highly recommend this 5 th avenue venue. read more

Waiter was pleasant and fun. The food was good over all. My favorite dish was the prosciutto appetizer. The main dish took a bit long to get because the place was packed. I do recommend going but be prepared to wait if it's a Saturday. read more

We hosted a party of eight and were thrilled to have DARIO as our server, who took care of our every need. He knew what we wanted before we did. Parents just moved to town and we wanted to try new places. This was absolutely delicious! Service was excellent. All the courses were perfectly spaced out. Being in the industry and watching the service, it was obvious how hard he was working and how he was so friendly and attentive he was to all his tables! Love it, will be back! read more

Went for lunch today. Sat inside the beautiful dining room with elegant linens. Very few people inside so it was quiet. Our server, Adrian, greeted us and quickly we had chilled water. We ordered delicious cocktails, aperol spritzer and negroni and beef carpaccio. All were amazing! Entrees were ravioli and husband got the sea bass. Again, both spot on! The flavor combination of the ravioli with cheese, mushroom and veal were outstanding. I tasted my hubbies fish, to die for delicious!! I want to return to try more dishes. Service from Adrian was superb!! A memorable dining experience. read more

This is the second time we dined at BICE in Naples. The second time was just as great as the first! We were there for Valentines Day and although they were very busy, our waitress was pleasant and courteous. Food was delicious. Tiramisu was outstanding - glad we shared! Based on my two dining experiences, I highly recommend BICE when in the Naples area! read more

The food was good and it was a nice touch that the staff spoke Italian, but for the price I expected more.

We eat here often , mostly ordering veal Milanese , which is generally delicious. Tonight my friend ordered the veal chop. It was terrible, it was also 50 dollars. It was very fatty & undercooked, & even tho she sent it back twice, it was inedible. We've generally had good food here, but they sure missed the boat tonight. Very disappointing.....& even though we're regular customers no compensation was offered. * after this post Bice management contacted me and sent me a gift certificate for $50. read more

The best Sun LIVE!!! Jazz Brunch this side of the Mediterranean. Unlimited (the greatest servers kept my glass full) Prosecco, delicious, fresh bread, smoked salmon, steak & eggs, fettuccine Alfredo, pasta fagioli, salads. On the corner, alfresco or just inside the open doors. Surrounded by beautiful lush gardens, climbing Bougainville. 4 yrs every Sun for us, sometimes after we ride our bikes around town or down and back the Gordon Dr. loop. What a way to experience what the best of life is. Everyone should put this place on their bucket list at least. I haven't shared before because I wanted to keep it to myself. Today I realized that was just selfish. So in an effort to be kind to the general public this year, this review-you're welcome. read more

A nice spot with good food for reasonably-priced early dining/happy hour. Our waiter was rude and pushed me to accept a pasta I ordered my mistake. I had asked him about a chicken dish and the "fettuccine" bolognese, and he told me they were too different to compare. I get it but he could have been nicer. I then mistakenly said I'd like the pappardelle, assuming I was ordering the bolognese dish about which I had queried. I received a tomato cream dish, which he convinced me to keep because it was my mistake and redoing it would take a long time. To further make his point, he told me my husband would be finished by the time it came out. I ended up eating the meal I didn't want. Part of the dining experience is feeling well served and not embarrassed. read more

Was a nice lunch. Service was a bit slow .... I think the person may have been new. They were very friendly to their regulars.
