I was having problems connecting my insurance to my billing account and he advocated for me. He went ahead and called my insurance for me and stayed on the line with them for over an hour multiple times just to make sure everything was correct. He also gave me phone call updates making sure that all the info was correct and to let me know where we were at with billing. He went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful. He is also not the only employee that was great. The pharmacist tech has aways been friendly and lovely. Just overall a good pharmacy and I won't ever go to another store for pick up!

I'm not a fan of the way I've learned Walmart operates/treats their employees, but this pharmacy? Oh wow. I've never had an issue with getting my meds that was caused by them, and THEY handle issues caused by my insurance or things like needing refills from my doctor. At other pharmacies, I was always told *I* needed to be the one to do their job for them, and even once I did, or when I had a good pharmacy tech that would do their very best to help me, things would not be ready when they were supposed to be, and it added a huge load/made it even more of a constant struggle to take care of myself. This pharmacy has taken some of the pain out of being chronically ill. That is unexplainably (to people in good health) valuable to us, because it's already SO SO constantly difficult dealing with a body that doesn't work the way it's supposed to, without having to also fight with the bureaucratic side of it and feel like no one is listening. Here, it feels like they really care about getting you taken care of the right way. This morning, I called to get all of my available meds refilled. They told me it would be 2 hours to fill 5 meds and that they would contact my doctor to get the other 2 I needed refilled. By a 1/2 hour later, ALL of them were ready to pick up. When switching to this pharmacy, technician lied about the hrt being ready last month. Said it wasn't, call an hour later , different technician, a woman, and oh surprise it was ready the whole time. At increased risk of suicide due to the dissociation experienced when off if it. This is documenteded and the pharmacist should know. But given how i was blown off, I don't think he cares.

It's still not ready more than 24 hours later at 3:26 pm on July 8. It seems to be SOP that a prescription is not actually worked on until I go into the store and ask for it. It can go on for days until I actually go into the store. To top it off, when I try to call and speak to pharmacy staff, the call is actually disconnected at the point it is ringing pharmacy staff. This happened twice today. This mode of pharmacy operation is ridiculous.

This Albertsons became my main grocery store after I moved to West Eugene. I've been going here…read moreweekly for the past four months and I've always had good experiences. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The cashiers are quick but friendly, making sure to ask you about your day and chat while they are scanning if you're up for it. The other employees help you find what you're looking for without any issues. This location usually has pretty good selection on the clearance shelf and the bakery clearance shelf, no matter the time of day or day of the week. I've gotten some good deals there. The weekly ad usually has at least one good sale, and there are usually some red clearance or manager's special stickers on things throughout the store. The produce is fresh and they have a good selection of ripeness so you can get exactly what you need without having to worry about it going bad before you use it. The parking lot is big and has ample parking. Even during the busiest times, I'm able to find a spot pretty close. It's easy to get into and out of from both Royal and Danebo. The store is clean and well-organized. I'm not sure I understand why all of the food aisles aren't together, but that seems to be a thing that all Safeway and Albertsons stores do so maybe it's a thing corporate decides. While there are some things I'll only get at Winco, this Albertsons is my regular grocery store. As long as they continue to have reasonable prices and friendly, helpful employees, I'll keep shopping here.

When the screen finally cleared, the cashier had already gone too far and there was no prompt for my phone number, so the cashier put it in so I could get my 10% off purchase of $20 or more. In the process, instead of charging me the 4 for $20 price for Curlee's pulled pork, he charged me the regular price. Each box had a $1 coupon, so the final price should have been 16.00 less 10%, or 14.40. Since there is no way to know what you pay until you pay, and get the receipt, I discovered I was charged 18.83. I went to customer service and asked, "Why was I charged $18.83? I bought four boxes, and had $4 worth of coupons, so that makes $16..." But before I could finish, the supervisor, "J----" , snapped back, "I have no idea why you were charged $18.33. Then she started shouting: "I can give you back your money but I don't like your attitude!" I was shocked at how triggered she got , and thought she might have thought I was trying to pull a fast one, so I apologized and offered, " I can go back and get the coupons from the cashier if you need to see them. " "There's no need for that attitude! I bet you don't have very many friends!" she fired back, handing me $2 without even looking at the receipt. I was so taken aback that I completely forgot about the 10% and only could think that she hadn't given me the 33 cents. When I pointed that out, she exploded even more at me. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I expect J----- had a bad day, but that's no reason to take it out on customers! From now on, I will be avoiding the Albertson's on Royal, and giving my business to West 18th where I have always been treated with kindness and respect.

Went into Springfield Target for a couple things. Most important was some facial cleanser. I…read morenoticed most of these items are under lock & key. I found what I needed and there was a service button to push for help getting merchandise(locked up). I waited and waited, decided to push the button on the machine in the next aisle ( incase 1st wasn't working). Finally girl came & I got my item. I also needed some nail polish . I wasn't in a hurry & decided to browse the store a bit before I checked out. After about 30 minutes, I went to the ladies room. Not wanting to bring unpaid merchandise into, I set it on a shelf across from the Starbucks, thinking it would be safe for 5 minutes. Well, unfortunately it was not. I came out and it was no where insight. I assumed someone was watching me and stoled it! I was pissed I wasted my time! I could have gone back to cosmetics and gone through all that again but I chose screw this.... I'll go to Fred Meyers! I know theft is out of control, especially Target for some reason. I was in this same store in August with my daughter. She needed to try on clothes. No one working back in the women's dressing rooms.The dressing room was full of clothes & I removed them. There was an enormous pile of tags that looked like ripped off from items. To me it looked like someone went into that dressing room with a pile of items & tore all the tags/tickets off and probably walked out the store. There are dishonest people out there, but Target needs to do a better job. There should have been staff working back there cleaning out dressing rooms and helping customers. While I was waiting for my daughter, several customers were waiting for open dressing rooms. All the doors were closed. Customers didn't know if rooms were open or not. I will say the entire dressing area was a mess! Maybe a perfect setup for thefts !
