Prices are all over the place, so you have to be willing to look around a lot if you want a good deal. Normally I'm not a fan of Made in Oregon. The customer service is terrible and not everything is actually made in Oregon. It's just an over-used name to dupe people into thinking it's great. That's been my experience at every other location. My husband and I decided to stop in this store a few weeks ago and just check it out. This store is actually pretty decent. I found a great cookbook for a gift, and a few other things. They have a nice selection of Oregon Duck merchandise. The employees don't go out of their way to do anything special or make it a memorable trip. Which is fine. They're not terrible. When you approach the cash register, they're social and that's perfect for me. Would I return? It's not a store I feel the need to frequent often, but it's certainly better than any other location I've ever been to. I do not know what more I can add to the other reviews. Made In Oregon has become my go to place for souvenirs from Oregon. I found my usual magnets and pins. My wife checked out the T-shirts and sweatshirts. We almost bought sweatshirts because we packed for warmer weather, not rain. I like to just wander around the shop. I could easily leave a few hundred dollars. This time I found all kinds of candy. Another thing that caught my eye was the hand crafted mugs. I just wish I had room for a couple of them at home. Next time we are in Eugene, we will do some shopping at Made In Oregon. read more

After living in the Seattle area for 25 years, I knew there was a chain of "Made in Washington" stores, and I shopped there many a time. But I had no idea there was a "Made in Oregon" store, too, and it is exactly the same - except, of course, everything here is locally made in OR state. Excellent selection of high-end local foods and trinkets and artisan cards and jewelry and art goods (i.e., prints, glass art, smaller sculptures). Nice clothing items, too, including OR teams and university apparel and souvenirs. The lady working the counter here was lovely. She saw that I could use a bag to hold all the personal crap I was carrying around, so she offered me a store bag (and they are so cute, green with nice handles!), and this was really appreciated. read more

Went to the store today. Going to by a left handed mug. When I took it to the register she range it up for $1.50 more then it was marked for. I let her know it was incorrect according to the sticker price on the back. I was told it's the price the per the register as she pulled off the sticker. She said the manager isn't there and can't change price . I told her all the left handed ones are marked that price. She said come back tomorrow. Retail rules are if that's the marked price that's what you pay. I can get it on line or another store fore less. Will not be back. Pore customer service. read more

If you are in Eugene and wanting to buy any souvenirs made in Oregon, this is your place. It's in a shopping plaza near downtown. There is a huge street level lot with free 3 hour parking west of the plaza so it is easy access. The store has food, snacks, clothing, home decor, bath and body, books, and even garden decor. Anything and everything that may catch your eye. The items are of high quality and made in places all over the state which warms my heart. I bought about 200$ worth of treats, clothing, and trinkets that will keep the memory of my trip alive until my next trip. The store does have a website in case you didn't find exactly what you were looking for in the store. There were two female employees working who were a little less than helpful during my shopping trip. The store was neatly organized- not too much product to make it crowded, but enough items to be able to find something that was on your list. read more

Great store to stop at at any moment but especially before your flight home. Everything they have here is made in Oregon. You will find shirts, mugs, glass art, jewelry, chocolates, nuts and so much other stuff. This is located in the 5th Avenue shopping building. The building is about three stories in the downtown area and is painted yellow. You will also find a food court on the top floor. read more

Customer service by the store manager was horrible as I attempted to exchange a shirt, tags still on that I bought my husband for Christmas. It had never been worn and I needed to exchange for another size. She was extremely rude to me when I told her I couldn't find the receipt and said she had no way to look up the transaction from the card I used and that there was nothing she could do since the shirt was not available in the right size. I shop here all the time and spend $100's at Christmas time. I love supporting local businesses and usually get treated with respect. I was very disappointed and feel they need to hire a different manager who knows how to talk to people kindly and give them the respect that is deserved and keeps customers coming back. I'll have a hard time spending money here in the future. read more

This place has a good selection of gifts and the like about Eugene/Oregon. Its in a fancy shopping area, so expect to pay $4-$5 for a fridge magnet. Not everything here is made in Eugene/Oregon, but much of it is. Would love to see more featuring of unique local artists on the postcards and things, or a bargain bin. read more

The visit to this store was really disappointing. I went in to buy souvenirs for my family and relatives. When I went in, there was no recognition from 2 employees, and one of them was store manager. I know her since I did inventory her store few months ago. I spent almost 30 minutes looking for perfect souvenirs. Store manager was so busy talking with her employee and when her employee left for lunch or break, she started fusing with the lighting and no interest in starting conversation with or even helping me. She kept ignoring me whole time. I finally found something and I needed 10 of them but there were only 4. I asked her if she has more in the back and she just said no. She didn't even offer me to check other stores. Again, really disappointed. She could have had $300 sale. read more

I am so happy to see that there is a Made in Oregon store back in Eugene! I bring all of my in-laws and out of town guests here to buy souvenirs to take back home. There are so many different things to look at and purchase! Every time I shop here, the employees have been so welcoming and helpful in answering any questions I have.
