We had an amazing experience with BH Construction on our full home remodel in Los Gatos. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, bathroom renovations, new flooring throughout the house, and the addition of a JADU. From the very first meeting with Eitan, we felt we were in good hands. Knowing that we were working directly with the owner gave us a strong sense of trust and confidence throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cared about making sure everything was done the right way. The entire team was organized, respectful, and easy to communicate with. We always felt informed and updated, and there was consistent communication during every stage of the project. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, the project was completed on time as promised, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy the results! read more

Eitan and his team helped us rethink the layout to make our home more spacious, functional, and comfortable for our family. Very Happy. Professional work, quick and great workers. Very reasonable rates. Would recommend to anyone.

We hired BH Construction & Development for a full home renovation, which included a second-story build-up as well as brand-new landscaping for both our front and backyard, and we truly could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was professional, organized, and far less stressful than we ever expected a project of this scale to be. Ethan, our project manager, played a huge role in the success of this renovation. From the very beginning. Starting with the initial design discussions, he was proactive, transparent, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to really understand our vision while also offering thoughtful, practical guidance based on his expertise. Ethan helped us refine the layout, select materials, and choose finishes that made sense both aesthetically and functionally, all while keeping the project within budget, which we greatly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how thorough the planning phase was. Everything was carefully thought through before construction even began, which helped prevent unexpected issues or surprises along the way. That level of preparation gave us a lot of confidence and made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. Throughout the project, Ethan coordinated seamlessly with designers, engineers, inspectors, and the construction team, handling all the moving parts with ease. Communication was consistent and clear, and we always felt informed about what stage the project was in. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, which made the entire renovation feel surprisingly stress-free. The quality of workmanship and finishes truly speaks for itself. Every detail feels intentional, well-executed, and professionally done. From the structural work involved in the second-story addition to the final design touches and landscaping, the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Our home feels completely transformed! More functional, more beautiful, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. Overall, BH Construction & Development delivered exactly what they promised: high-quality work, professionalism, and a well-managed renovation experience. We are extremely grateful to Ethan and the entire team for bringing our vision to life, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a major renovation or build. This was a big investment for us, and choosing BH Construction & Development was absolutely the right decision. Thank you SO much. read more

I was looking to add onto our new home and I spoke to a few others before finding BH. They made things easy for me to understand and kept me in the loop with every step. Ethan kept in touch with me every day and was always clear on what progress was made. My dream kitchen IS LITERALLY MY DREAM KITCHEN. I referred them to my sis-in-law & she is having them start on her remodeling next week! From the bottom of my heart, thank you BH CONSTRUCTION! & especially Ethan! read more

We hired BH construction for our 309 sqft addition in Santa Clara. The photos and video recently uploaded are from our place. Everything went pretty smoothly. Eitan visited us shortly after we contacted on Yelp. He spent his time explaining the procedure, answering all our questions, and gave the estimate timely. We got three other estimates, and eventually decided on BH after speaking with his references. Most importantly he answers his texts and phones every time which was very important to us. His price was pretty competitive as well with fixed guaranteed cost. Oh and Eitan was the only one who said our timeline can be met. It was a design-build project. Eitan connected us with the team (first architect, then interior design, and lastly the construction crews) on WhatsApp. Given the short timeline, we acted on the architectural plan right away and submitted to the city. Unfortunately, the permit process took much longer than we anticipated. Meanwhile, Elinor, the designer, and we shopped around together for the bathroom fixtures and tiles. Once the project starts, everything was done pretty quickly. Demolition, framing, plumbing, etc. was done one after the other, and the inspection was scheduled timely. We always had someone/people working at our place almost everyday - which I was very pleased to see. The finishing took a bit longer than I would have liked, but my research says it's expected as it's a delicate process. Also the city asked to revise the plan pretty extensively for the existing house portion to add shear walls (built in 60s), and support for the arch doorway. They had to remove the stucco and add the walls and re-apply the stucco which can be expensive. There were also a couple of electrical issue on the rest of the house, which I suspect is due to removed wires for knob & tube wiring - which is very hard to pinpoint where the problem is. Eitan took care all of them without asking me to pay additional amount. I was home most of the time the crews were working at my place (on parental leave). They respected our space, comfort, and privacy. BH brought a portable restroom outside and none of the people BH hired used the one inside our home. The crews (Edgar, Elmer, Roberto, especially) were very friendly and spoke English very well. They were responsive, did their best to accommodate the owner's desires throughout the entire duration. I felt very comfortable working with them and asking for the small adjustments. Overall, we're happy with the end product. The construction took a bit longer than 4 months. We added lots of windows and skylights to the addition and it looks very nice with ample natural lights. If you have a project, I highly recommend you reach out to Eitan. You'll get a competitive quote, honest and straight owner, and friendly crews. read more

Me and my wife decided to remodel our entire place and extend the house since our family is growing. In the beginning we weren't sure how to start so we interviewed few companies, I can easily say that my appointment with Ethan was by far the most informative and easy going , Ethan is detail oriented and have very high standards of workmanship, the fact that he spent 2.5 hours with us just to make sure we understand the entire process made a big difference for us . We decided to work with BH construction on our house and we are very excited to start , we also talked with their previous clients and it just made our decision even easier. My experience with this company has been outstanding. They were very responsive, detail-oriented, and especially communicative throughout the process. l admit I can be a bit picky at times, but Ethan was patient, easy going, and honest. In the past I've had some pretty negative experiences with other companies, but Ethan walked me through the process and answered all my questions / concerns. We remodeled my main bathroom and added an extra bedroom/bath extension-something I've been considering for a while. Everything is clean and smooth and flows together so well. The tile work is amazing, my floors are so pretty! My kitchen sink is a dream to use and the lighting is perfect. There were a few recommendations that I moved forward with instead of what I initially wanted and I'm really happy I listened; it really enhanced the old charm of my house. My house looks so fantastic and I am gushing with joy at their hard work! I Highly recommend BH construction and Ethan as your PM . read more

The team worked fast while maintaining high quality and the whole project was delivered ahead of schedule as a result of their excellent work. The whole project had few surprises on the way from city inspectors demanding additional requests to delay in materials but Ethan and his team made sure to address them as quickly as possible and most importantly didn't need us to be involved in anything. The results are absolutely amazing. We are now considering a second project and after a short break will contact them again . THANK YOU BH TEAM . read more
