LeCut will ensure you love your renewed home. After beating out two other remodel bids, because of the team, vision, and value, Yari, Luis, and team transformed our outdated bathroom into a clean, usable, and comfortable space. Working with Yari was a great experience, since he personally ensured we were 100% satisfied with the results of the project. Communicating with the team was smooth and the team was clean and respectful with with the rest of our house. Prior to completing the project, Yari did a thorough inspection with us to identify issues with tile alignment and grout finish. Yari and Luis brought the team back to rework the fit and finish items quickly, leaving us completely happy with the space. read more

Lecut Construction completed a full remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom plus beautification of our garage. Yari Bardugo presided over the operation with skill, attentiveness, and good humor. All structural work was totally robust - we could see the quality being built in. Work on the finish elements was where Yari really shined. He checked for our desired positioning of lights and switches and the height of grab bars. When we were uncertain, he offered helpful suggestions. Yari also orchestrated various resources within Lecut (electricians and tilers) and outside (asbestos removal and HVAC). If anything wasn't perfect the first time, Yari helped us improve it. He came to visit nearly every day, and we enjoyed our conversations very much. read more

"I am absolutely thrilled with my newly remodeled kitchen by LECUT CoNSTRCTION / Yari, I had a very specific vision for a clean, minimalist, all-white kitchen centered around a beautiful island, and they brought it to life perfectly. The team was professional, communicative, and truly respected, specially Yari and Louis, my home throughout the entire process. The quality of the finishings and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a team that can execute a flawless design, I highly recommend them!" read more

My Mom had been wanting to remodel our kitchen for quite a while but after a bad experience with a different contractor our family was very nervous about starting the work back up. Guy with LeCut helped reassure us from the first consultation all the way through till the completion of the project. We really appreciated his transparency and clarity whenever we had questions. Tal and Nir gave us a first class design experience, looking at Mom's inspiratons and working with us to nail down all the details like paint, materials, lighting, etc. Their full 3D renders got us really excited about the project, and being able to see exactly what the finished product would look like before construction began gave us a lot of confidence. Sammy and the build team were fantastic. They finished everything from demo, paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops and more in just a month! They worked with Guy to flag and correct any issues quickly. From craftsmanship to making sure everything was up to building code requirements, their work speaks for itself - our family loves how gorgeous our house is now! LeCut Construction gave us as stress free a remodel as I think you can get with stunning results. Really appreciate Guy and his whole team for their efforts, and would recommend them looking to do remodel work. read more

I had a consultation with Yari to discuss a potential home remodel. He spent a great deal of time understanding my goals, brainstorming different layout options, and explaining the pros and cons of each approach. I appreciated that he was thoughtful, patient, and transparent throughout the discussion. He followed up with a detailed summary of our meeting and a realistic preliminary estimate, which helped me make an informed decision. Although I ultimately decided not to move forward with a major remodel, I had a very positive experience working with him and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor. read more

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with LeCut Construction. Yari, Luis and the whole team were great to work with throughout the process. The best ability is availability. I originally chose LeCut after interviewing with a few local Referred construction people. My decision was based on, simply looking at the yelp and Google reviews first. Then, Yari, who became our consultant, showed up and spent some time discussing the project with me. We set realistic goals for a timeline. He shared some ideas that the other construction team members did not share. I didn't feel like I was surprised during any point in the process. One of the things that Yari did really well is maintain communication and pretty much a daily basis. There was times when he was proactive, but there was times when he was responsive to my calls. Doing a big construction project has a lot of small intricacies. I felt like the communication was pretty fluid throughout. This was even when Yari was on a family vacation up in Yellowstone. He was proactively communicating with me. Edgar was our foreman and he did an excellent job of showing up every day and working on rhythm. I don't think he took a day off. Overall, I would say very professional between my two point people. The owner of the company, Michael showed up and did a friendly check in when Yari was on vacation. Overall, we are happy with our new kitchen and living room floors. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work... read more

We have been pleased to work with Yari and Guy at LeCut Construction. We had an old wooden deck that needed to be replaced with fire-resistant materials as we live in a Wildland Urban Interface area. We were promised that the new deck would look similar to the old one and meet current building codes. The LeCut team delivered! The project was difficult, due to the angles on the multi-level deck and stairs, being on a hillside, working with the challenges of the fire-resistant materials, as well as our exacting requirements. The whole LeCut crew worked closely with us to solve the challenges and give us a high-quality finished product. Yari and Guy were a pleasure to work with as they were always responsive, friendly, and helpful. read more

I have the pleasure to work with LeCut Construction to build additional living spaces and remodel my entire house. My experience throughout the process has been exceptionally well. I sincerely praise Michael and Guy for their workmanship, sincerity, attention to details, quality and customer experience. We added two new bedrooms, two new baths, relocated kitchen, remodeled existing bathrooms/beds/family/living rooms. It was a complete team effort that took a lot of coordination from multiple sources and LeCut Construction has exceeded my expectations. As many are searching to remodel their home, I was fuzzy and did not know where to start, what the entire process entails and especially the cost. After talking to many build firms, Michael and Guy from LeCut stand out from our first meeting with their knowledge in construction and their transparency to pricing. They carefully listened to our vision and ideas, and came up with a plan. They clearly walk us through the process, the expected timeframe, and cost. I appreciate their sincerity and knowledge throughout our planning and meeting. We started working with their architect to create a blueprint of the expansion area and layout for new kitchen, bedrooms, and baths. After multiple revisions, the plan was submitted to the city for approval. While we waited for approval, we worked with Tal and Nir to design the kitchen and the bathrooms. They carefully listened to our design ideas and gave us invaluable feedback. Tal and Nir helped us choose materials, color, design for cabinets, tiles, countertops, and flooring. They gave suggestions for shower fixtures and hardwares to match with our design. They helped us in this daunting process of picking the right matches out in the blue. The construction started as soon as we got the city approval to proceed. Each stage in the building process was split into a two weeks time-frame. Michael and Guy kept-us up to date on progress and we met weekly/biweekly. Guy was on top of coordinating the schedule with building work, materials readiness, and inspection schedule from the city. They were expecting 6-8 months for the project. The whole construction and remodeling work took just a bit over 6 months. This is fascinating when you talk to people for this scope of work and many would expect to take over a year or more. All communications happened through e-mail and whatsapp group chat. The process working with the architect, designer, project manager, and contractors has been smooth. Everyone kept us up-to-date in the process and responded promptly to inquiry. I will recommend LeCut construction for their excellence in service, quality, transparency, and workmanship. Everyone involved in the process was nice and courteous. I praised their efficiency, planning, and coordinating effort to complete the project in time and exceeded my expectations. They took the extra effort to keep things in order, clean, and time to fine tune subtle details. read more

LECUT CONSTRUCTION did a marvelous remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom. I wanted my 1970s style condominium to look and be more modern. The contractor was attentive and considerate of my needs and walked me through the process and what would happen. Guy recognized that this was an experience I had never gone through before, and gave me assurance that I was a part of the team. He provided me with a designer that looked at my budget and the ideas I liked from the internet, and we came up with a great plan. The results are beautiful and although being out of my place for the time it took was stressful, it was all part of the expected process and was worth it. I have received so many compliments from friends and family, and I highly recommend LECUT Construction if you are looking to renovate your kitchen and/or bathroom. read more

Our home addition project (~300sqft master suite) started out great, with a different company. However, after close to 6 months of delays by the company to start our project (after design/permit stage), the company tried to increase their price by almost 40% even with a signed contract. We said no thank you, and started our search for a new construction company. After meeting with a couple of new companies that we didnt really like, we had the pleasure of meeting Michael at LeCut. He was like a breath of fresh air. We were immediately put at ease regarding our addition project. He was honest, straightforward, and easy going. What a difference! Since we already had our plans and permits ready, all we had to do was switch the permits over which took a little more time but after that, we were ready to go. Prior to the actual start of our project, Michael came by with Osbaldo, the foreman for a run through with our plans in hand. He explained everything to us about how the process would go and what we could expect. Things moved so fast after that. Our project took about 4.5 months from the start of construction to final inspection. The whole process from start to finish was great. Michael and his team were always keeping us in the loop regarding the process, inspections, and if there were any questions that the crew had. Working with Tal, the designer was also a pleasure and he really listened to what we liked/didnt like regarding the final look and flow of our new master bathroom. Did I mention we were living in the house during this time and glamping in the living room! Everyone was so respectful of our space and did their best to minimize all the dust and construction debris to ensure our home still felt like a home and was livable. I really only have good things to say about Michael and LeCut. Large construction projects can be overwhelming, daunting, and expensive. However, the ease and thoroughness at which Michael handled the whole process made our life so much easier. No question went unanswered and he really listened to what we wanted and expected. We love our new master suite and are so thankful that we found Michael and LeCut. Too bad we hadnt found them sooner. =) read more

We hired LeCut construction to remodel our kitchen, living area, family room and help with misc smaller tasks throughout the home. Michael is extremely thorough, is quick in sharing designs, the right materials, and helping us navigate the arduous task of bringing different parts of the home together, so the outcome makes aesthetic and economic sense. This was highly appreciated. Our kitchen was done from scratch and required attention to details, from the right wiring, compliance with city codes, cabinets that go with counter top, faucets/sink and all appliances that naturally fit together, and not to leave out a suitable flooring. Designing a makeover is non trivial for it can take hours to browse through combinations. We found Michael and his team very helpful in sitting with us patiently and helping make good choices. We would highly recommend using LeCut Construction, having them as partners helped us navigate through the whole remodeling task in a kuch efficient way, strictly following timelines! Thanks a lot Michael and LeCut Construction! read more

We hired LeCut Construction to tear down a large formal dining room and turn the space into a bedroom and bathroom. From the moment the project began Michael set our minds at ease with his professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to any and all issues. He provided excellent design and construction consultation when we were uncertain which options bet fit with our overall remodel goals. Edgar was Michael's foreman for our remodel project. It didn't matter if Edgar and team were working on framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall or painting as the final product was always of the highest quality. The time Edgar spent putting up tools and thoroughly cleaning the work area at end of each day far exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience with LeCut Construction was outstanding. We hired Lecut Construction to remodel our new kitchen. From start to finish, it was the best contractor experience we've had. Guy is very professional, always responsive, timely, honest, friendly, kind and above all a perfectionist. His work was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I are thrilled with the outcome. We have already recommended him to other friends. I am very picky and can be difficult to please, but to be honest, I couldn't find anything at all that was wrong with the workmanship. We made several changes along the way and Guy was extremely flexible. He never gets rattled, he simply goes with the flow and did whatever it took to make us happy. Le Cut Construction did an amazing job renovating our garage! We had an unfinished old garage, with uneven concrete floor, no drywalls or ceiling. We reached out to Le Cut Construction for the renovation, including fully finishing the garage, putting epoxy floor, adding windows, and adding an half bath, with permit taken care of. Michael (the owner) and team were very patient, professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive and always made great recommendations. The team has great craftsmanship. Guy Setton of Lecut Construction came to give me a bid to update my one bathroom. I am an elderly woman and he told me that, since nothing was broken or needed replacing, I should not do the project. Now that is honesty at its best. I felt that he was treating me like his own grandmother. He told me to take a trip with the money instead of dealing with the stress of dust everywhere and the inconvenience for something that wasn't broken.. I have no doubt that he would treat all of his clients at the same level. I would hire him in a second if I did have something that was truly needed. read more

I hired LeCut Construction to remodel my mother's home since she has trouble communicating in English. I worked with Guy from the start to finish and was impressed with the level of communication from Guy as well as how they stuck to the timeline for the project. About 6 weeks ago, I had my kitchen fully remodeled, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The whole process of my new kitchen transition was super smooth and exceeded my expectations. Before choosing LeCut, I looked at other remodeling companies and consulted with a couple of them (I'm a very picky person). However, what drew me to choosing LeCut is its professionalism and transparency. I met with Michael from LeCut, who came over to my house and took a look at my old kitchen. In the beginning, I did not exactly know how I wanted my kitchen to look other than it being modern. Michael and the design team helped me select my cabinets, counter tops, flooring. This made the material selection process easy and not feel so overwhelming.I had many questions, and Michael answered every last one of them. Some of my answers led to other answers to questions I hadn't asked yet but was going to; it was like Michael was reading my mind to my next question. Lastly, I want to mention that the LeCut construction crew was highly respectful and cautious wearing masks in the house while working during this time of the pandemic. Edgar, the foreman who is the head of the crew, always kept me updated with changes made throughout the kitchen and made sure I was happy with them. Thank you, LeCut Construction! Guy, Eduardo, and crew were super professional and gave us a great, competitive quote. We are 100% pleased with our bathroom remodel--although there was a slight grout issue around the drain after a few days they came back and fixed it promptly. Lecut did this remodel through the holiday break and barely took any time off for themselves. We began planning our modified kitchen remodel in late '23, found Le Cut in March/April '24 and they began work shortly after. We are delighted with our new kitchen. Guy and his team followed through on everything we agreed upon. There was no back and forth on the price as I believe their price was reasonable and I accepted right up front, (I don't usually do this). I was impressed with the level of detail they displayed while discussing the project. I believe the photos speak for themselves in terms of how the project looked upon completion. One area for improvement would have been their design service. It was good that my husband is an artist, and can pick out colors and appliances etc., as their resources where quite thin in this regard. Other than this I would choose them again. They truly stayed on top of the project and their Foreman, Sammy "the great" was there every morning, on time, with a smile on his face to greet you. There was never a day where they were not on the job all the way through to completion. This inspires confidence. Thanks Le Cut! read more

After comparing a number of proposals, we hired LeCut Construction for 3 projects: full bathroom remodel, flooring replacement through the entire house, and a new fireplace. Guy from LeCut was fantastic to work with right from the moment he came out to take measurements, and provide a quote. His quote was honest, and thorough, and above all, detailed to provide all milestones and start/completion dates clearly. Once the project started on time, Guy listened to all our needs and feedback, and made it a breeze to get the project done. He was able to assign an interior designer - Liane, who was equally as brilliant and helpful. For a busy family with little kids, having this help in finalizing design and purchasing finished materials was especially important. He accommodated our needs, and sequenced the different steps in the project accordingly. The construction team that Guy brought on was great, and kept us updated all along. Guy has a keen eye for perfection and design; he was able to guide the team to deliver excellent results through the completion of the project. I am a busy guy. My schedule is always crammed, and I don't have time to work on upkeep in my home. When I moved into my place the kitchen didn't look so hot. I managed to get a cheap price so I figured I'd go for it, but it definitely wasn't my ideal look. And over time, with frequent use and guests constantly coming and going, wear and tear on the room happened real fast. I even had a couple holes in the wall from drunken antics. As I said before, I don't have the time in my life to fix up my home myself. So when I finally thought, "I've had enough of this kitchen," I decided to go online and try to find a good renovation company. After perusing the reviews, I ultimately came upon Lecut Construction. And when I contacted them, they proved to be a great group to work with. Immediately upon my first call they were extremely accommodating and kind. And when they came by to check the place out, they worked efficiently and were some cool guys to boot. The price was right, and the service was great. Now I have a new renovated kitchen that looks excellent. I would recommend Lecut Construction to any person in need of some work on their home. read more

My home kitchen/Family room remodel contract agreement was in Late February of 2020 with Michael Abovich, the Project Mgr. Due to Covid, there were delays that could not be helped. Most of the work began approx. in the May and June time frame on. It involved a lot of demolition of a large fireplace and also entryway tile and demo. of the whole kitchen. It involved completely new cabinets, new floors, Granite countertops new appliances, fixtures, backsplash, lights, removal of popcorn ceiling, painting, etc. It turned out just like a new home. LeCut Construction did a great job on the whole project and we were very pleased when the job was completed in mid-September. LeCut Construction followed all of the strict requirements with Permits and correct installations to code. There were a few minor delays due to ordering some new cabinet hardware, but we had lots of time to spare. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result and I enjoyed working with Michael who was responsive to any problems or corrections to any situations that arose. read more
