Lemon Remodeling just completed the remodel of our master bath. The process was seamless and the end result is beautiful. From the first appointment with Asaf and Jacob, our project manager, communication was excellent, with all the ensuing steps and timetable laid out clearly. The crews who arrived each morning were always prompt, friendly, courteous, and they did amazing work. A special shout-out to Daniel, who did absolutely beautiful tile work. The project was finished more quickly than we anticipated, and we are very pleased with the end result. We would absolutely recommend Lemon Remodeling to anyone looking to enhance their home! read more

I want to thank lemon remodeling for helping me pulling the permit for a full remodeling project with an open concept kitchen. I worked with an architect friend before and it took him 8 months and still not permit While lemon team made it happened within 6 weeks. I appreciate the effort Barbara from lemon office put into the process. Defiantly a 5 stars experience read more

One year ago, we inherited a property in San Mateo, California, and needed to renovate several key areas to prepare the home for sale. Since we don't live nearby, it was important to find a contractor we could trust to manage the project and keep us informed throughout the process. Choosing Lemon Remodeling was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and delivered exceptional quality. They completed the renovations on schedule and maintained excellent communication every step of the way. Their online project management system made it easy to track progress, review updates, monitor payments, and approve decisions remotely. A special thank you to our Project Manager and Coordinator, Eli, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. He kept us informed throughout the project and ensured everything stayed on track, giving us complete confidence while managing the renovation from a distance. The finished home looked fantastic and was ready to be listed for sale without any added stress on our part. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Lemon Remodeling to anyone looking for a reliable, professional contractor. read more

I want to thank Lemon remodeling team for an excellent execution of our renovations. My aunt owns a townhome in San Jose CA, where after 20 years we had to switch a tenant, and you can only imagine the condition of the property they left behind. We are currently living in Florida and looked for a reliable contractor we can hire remotely. Lemon Remodeling executed perfectly by finishing on time, professional quality of work, and excellent level of communication. They use software where we tracked progress, monitored payment schedules and approve changes and decisions though-out the project. Project manager and coordinator Eli, we couldn't be happier with your service, communication and dedication. Would hire again in a heartbeat! read more

We just wrapped up a big home project with Lemon Remodeling, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Their crew remodeled our bathroom and laundry room, put in new flooring, and updated the lighting in our kitchen -- and everything turned out wonderful. From the start, they really listened to what we wanted and gave us great advice on both the look and the functionality. They also helped us solve a few pre-existing issues we didn't even know were lurking until the construction started, and their fixes were solid and thoughtful. Communication was a breeze -- Jacob and Adir kept us in the loop, coordinated everything smoothly, and made sure the work stayed on track. If you're looking for quality work, great problem-solving, and a team that cares about your project as much as you do, we can't recommend Lemon Remodeling enough! read more

Lemon Remodeling and Services was there for me and my grandmother. We were on the search for a kitchen remodel and floor replacement throughout the unit of her duplex. Their team is profession, skilled, and friendly. They really go above and beyond to help get your remodel done and done well down to the last detail. Their communication is great. As soon as we met Adir he started a group chat with all 3 of us so that we would all be on the same page with answers to any questions for going further, etc. They utilize a program called builder trend and I really like it. It has your whole remodel plan in one place, complete with cost and invoices as well as progress pictures. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Our main contact switched to Jacob in the early stages of our remodel and he's great too! We have even been able to get referrals from them for other work. We love the HVAC company they recommended. We even got a good recommendation for house cleaning services. We will continue to reach out to them whenever we have an issue and trust that they will take care of us and not take advantage of us. read more

We were in need of emergency remodeling after a leak, contacted many professionals and we very impressed with Lemon Remodeling. We are so happy with our kitchen remodel. We enjoyed working with Ray. He was professional, honest, and communicative from the start. With any remodel project is expected that there are hiccups along the way, but Ray handled it with care and respect. If we asked for something to get done, he took care of it. We are not people that know how to design spaces, Ray met with us at the showroom - listened the the rough vision we wanted, and guided us in picking out pieces. He suggested that we go with a full backsplash for our space, something I would have been to scared of to do on my own. I trusted him and the design is absolutely beautiful. We are happy every day in this space that brings our family together. We plan on having them come back for our future remodeling projects. read more

We contracted Lemon Remodeling to convert our second floor to a  master suite w/master bathroom. Alex and his team handled everything from start to finish: architectural planning, permits, building, and finishing. All within budget and all while we lived in the home. They were professionals, and the final results reflect that. The place is beautiful.  I would highly recommend Lemon Remodeling and Services to anyone & plan to use them on my next project! read more

I would not recommend this company. They put a lot of pressure on you to sign the contract because later on their favorite word is "extortion". This is the word that is commonly used in working with them because they go on a power trip after they destroy your home. They literally will tell you that they can extort whatever they want out of you otherwise you are not moving into your home. Stay away from Asaf. read more

I had Lemon remodeling complete a remodel of my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I worked with Ben and I would highly recommend him. He clearly has a lot more experience than many project managers and has a great understanding of all the details that really matter. Furthermore his team and even the owner is super fast to communicate and respond to anything I needed during the process. They were spot on with cost estimates and billing was always clear and at the time I expected. The resulting remodel was really nice, and I am really glad I went with them as they delivered the results promised, which is not always the case these days. Ben is certainly a man of his work which I highly appreciate and is also not something you get with all contractors. I look forward to working with Ben and the team when the next project comes along in the future :) read more

Asaf and team did a great job on our home remodel. They produced high quality work on time and within budget. What I particularly like is that this team does not pressure you into remodeling more than you need. They are professionals that put customers' needs first. read more

Lemon Remodeling and Services - General Contractors Near Me

Lemon Remodeling did a full remodel of our extremely dated 1980's kitchen and did a fantastic job! From start to finish, they were very professional and provided my wife and I with design help and suggestions before and during the construction which was invaluable given my wife and my tendency to get really bogged down second guessing our color, design, and layout choices. Ray was our project manager and he was wonderful to work with, very attentive and constantly involved in the process to make certain everything was going well. Invariably, every construction project runs into unexpected issues and surprises (You never know what you're going to get when you start breaking open walls :) ) Ray handled each issue beautifully and was even as patient as a saint when it came to my wife and I admittedly being incredibly picky :) Asaf, is the owner of the company and he was the one that we met with initially to go over the entire project in detail and he was very easy to work with and talk to, It was obvious from the start and all during the construction that he wasn't just saying he wanted us to be completely satisfied by providing the highest quality work and attention; He and Ray and Lemon Remodeling delivered! They have obvious deep experience in construction and renovation, and it shows, and they are genuinely nice guys too! It's obvious that completely satisfied clients, highest quality work, and making what can often be a chaotic experience (home renovation) and making it as painless as possible are their highest priorities! My wife and I LOVE our new kitchen! We will DEFINITELY be using them again for our master bath project and backyard deck renovation as well! If you have a home remodeling project, these guys are the best! David and Julie Obando read more

Our previous home owners "remodeled" the bathrooms themselves and they did a terrible job waterproofing. We found out we had extreme water damage and dry rot that had been going on for years. We had to completely redo two bathrooms, all the water pipes, and a closet. I searched yelp and called the 4 highest rated contractors to come out for a quote. Lemon Remodeling gave me the best price and they came on a Sunday too! I worked with Ray who was personable, professional and extremely responsive. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Lemon Remodeling took care of all aspects of the job from permitting, inspections, helping me pick out the tiling, tub and fixtures, to post construction cleaning. They even did a few extra thing for me free of charge. One example of this is putting an outlet outside the front of my house so my kid could have Christmas lights this year. So sweet! I would highly recommend them for your remodeling project. In fact, I've already recommended them to my neighbor! read more

We contacted Lemon Remodeling for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by Yonatan, our project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. Yonatan helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. Overall very pleasant experience working with Yonatan and his crew. Highly recommended! read more

We hired Lemon Remodeling and Services to help us with our backyard remodel. My Husband is in advertising, and I'm a fan of interior design, but we were having trouble agreeing on our visions for our yard. They were able to successfully find the happy medium between what we both wanted. We decided to get a 3D design plan before starting anything, and it was the best solution. In that way, we were able to know what we wanted or not precisely. It also helped us to determine a fixed budget for our landscape remodeling. We would highly recommend Lemon Remodeling for anyone looking to hire a landscape designer for their home. They are incredibly responsive; our project manager always answered our calls, texts, or emails within 24hrs. Thank you so much Lemon Remodeling !!! read more

We recently used Lemon Remodeling for a total home remodel. It was a great experience! We remodeled our kitchen and our bathrooms as well as our backyard. Lemon Remodeling was very professional and reliable and provided excellent advice. They were always available to answer our questions and were responsive to our needs. Our home was always left in great shape at the end of each day. We replaced all of our flooring and our appliances, as well as the showers, sinks and vanities in our bathrooms in addition to repainting these rooms. They went with us to the showroom to help us choose items for the bathrooms and we were able to take advantage of their General Contractor's discount. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. read more

I love my new kitchen, the cabinets are not only beautiful, but it also makes cooking so much more efficient with the large drawers for pots & pans, the spice drawer makes it easy to find what I need fast. We also got installed a beautiful backsplash and new Carrera tile on the floor. I had contacted several kitchen remodeling companies, and Lemon Remodeling was the only company that gave me a 3D design of what my new kitchen would look like with the new cabinets, so I chose them, and I'm glad I made the right decision!  I highly recommend Lemon Remodeling; you'll get excellent workmanship and communication. read more

Lemon remodeling helped with a full kitchen remodel and changing out our carpet throughout the house. Before choosing Lemon, I interviewed tens of contractors that I found on Yelp. The Lemon remodeling team stood out as the most honest so I went with them and I wasn't disappointed! My parents and I worked with Lemon Remodeling to gut a rental property that was extremely dated and in need of upgrades. Asaf, David and the crew were professional and wonderful to work with from start to finish. Having been burned by contractors in the past, my parents and I were a little nervous going in. But our fears were quickly calmed by the contract review process. They are reliable, easy to get in touch with, trustworthy and the quality of work was outstanding. Asaf was very helpful with money saving suggestions and we highly recommend them. I would certainly use them for future projects. read more

Asaf spent a lot of time with me looking at a renovation project and ended up giving us a very competitive bid. He answered many questions, kept in touch, and communicated clearly. I look forward to working with Lemon in the future! read more

I worked with Lemon Remodeling on a kitchen upgrade. They were very prompt when I had meetings with them. They were extremely friendly, professional and communicated well. They also were very patient with me as I was trying to decide what I wanted in my cabinet cabinet color and tile and counter tops looks. I recommend Lemon without hesitation. read more

Here are the two important questions you are going to ask. First, the work Lemon Remodeling did was professional and we are completely happy with the results. Second, the price was good. Actually, significantly under a competitive bid. So, everything else I might say kind of comes in third. On the plus side, they did a few things I would not expect, including some small extra plumbing and electrical items outside the scope of the contract. While they were small additions, we were not charged, and they would have been a pain for someone handyman-challenged like me. And I know I have to say something negative so you won't think this is a fake review. On that side, communication could be improved. There were a couple of times scheduling changes were made without notifying us, and there was once it took longer to get a call back. But, I guess this might be the nature of the business. Still, one should go back to the fact that the job was finished well at at a good price. read more
