I've been here a few times now and it's Sometimes a hit or miss. Most of the times, it's been a hit. Parking isn't too bad at all. The drive thru can be a bit hectic however I never been thru it So far I've tried: Deluxe feta avocado toast - they really do pile everything! This one had feta cheese, microgreens, grape tomatoes and a balsamic sauce on top. Iced morrocan iced coffee: this was a spicy iced coffee with a hint of cardamom and cinnamon. Amazing! Iced Hazelnut Divinity: simply a hazelnut latte. This was actually Problaby the most sweetest drink I've had here so far! Iced mint coffee: these usually have a lot less sugar. I have to admit, I think I judged this place a little bit too early when it had just opened. Now that they're a little bit more settled and the hype has died in, the experience here is so different, especially for studying and working! I came here today and was able to get a few good hours of work, and it was actually such a wonderful experience because of all the outlets and the seating availability. There's also water on tap and ice water available upon request. Wi-Fi is a little bit slow but good enough to get some work done. I got the Best Drink Ever this time, which didn't blow my mind, but was fairly good and did the job. My friend and I actually stayed all the way until closing, which I felt really bad about since they were hard at work completing the last few orders in the drive-through. I felt especially bad putting in a last-minute order a little bit before closing, but the barista at the counter (Juju is her name I think?) still served us with a smile. THANK YOU! As someone who has worked closing in the past for another café, I was very surprised at the wonderful service that we still received even at the end of the night. My best friend and I stopped here to try it, we both have never been. I was a bit hungry and we both wanted some coffee. Lily took our order and since it was our first time we really didn't know what to order haha. But i got the Avocado toast which honestly wasn't that good to me lol, even though Lily recommended it I didn't enjoy it that much so sorry :( But the coffee was pretty good, I ordered the coconut matcha but I didn't love the taste the color was so beautiful though. My friend got it exchanged for me she ordered the Caramel Vanilla which was my first choice but wanted to try something new. She took it back for me cause I felt bad lol, and got me the Caramel Vanilla which was pretty good little sweet but good. The parking lot is pretty big, little cramped but fine. Inside of the place is big and lots of places to sit, they have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside for a bit while I ate my avocado toast and drank our coffee's such a beautiful day to sit outside. It was also pretty busy too, but they for our order pretty quick. Lily was friendly though with a smile, they have a good selection of food items and beverages. The lady who took me order in the drive through told me about their seasonal drinks which included the banana matcha. I asked her if there was dairy and she said no. I got my order after leaving the drive through, took a sip and instantly thought the cold foam had dairy. I then called the store thinking maybe there was a mix up and they accidentally added the wrong type of cold foam. the lady who answered also said that it was no dairy. When I then asked her for a breakdown of what the cold foam was made up of, she said "non dairy milk powder which is mixed up with heavy cream and milk...so it can't be fully non dairy" this is a serious concern! Thankfully I'm just lactose intolerant and not allergic to dairy. The lady on the phone did say they'll have a talk with the girl in the drive through and offered me a free drink but I declined. Nice gesture but I'm just concerned about the negligence. Could totally turn into a lawsuit with the wrong customer. read more

This review is based on my first drive-thru visit to Better Buzz Coffee. Their bold, vibrant branding caught my eye--it's loud in a good way. I was torn between two drinks, and the cashier helpfully described both and answered my questions. I ended up ordering the mint-infused iced coffee. When I got my drink, the sticker on top didn't match what I ordered, and the taste was off--spicy, like clove or nutmeg. Turns out, it was someone else's drink. Luckily, I was still in the lot, so I popped inside and showed the baristas. While explaining, I spotted my actual drink at the drive-thru window and was able to grab it before another mix-up. They let me keep both drinks. The mint coffee was light on sweetness and mint, with a creamy top that mellowed out the espresso--smooth and balanced. The mistaken oat horchata latte was cinnamon-heavy and kind of watery for a latte, but not too sweet. Between the two, I preferred the mint. Overall, I like the vibe here--it's a fun alternative to Starbucks. Their food menu looked solid too, so I'll be back to try the dine-in experience. read more

Ambience/Music: The music is always on par (I'm a millennial and 90s/Y2K core is where my heart is). Idk who DJs but 10/10. Staff: AMAZING! I have yet to come across any rude person. Ryan who I believe is the store manager has done an incredible job with his staff. Coffee: I haven't tried everything on the menu because I'm a creature of habit. My choice is always a decaf iced latte with oat milk and cinnamon cold foam. SUPERB! Food: I've only tried their ham and cheese croissant and add an additional egg to it. Their cookies are delicious. Food is okay, drinks are great and music is bad and super loud. Wouldn't recommend it if you need a place to study, unless you love loud music and can focus with it. I moved from one area to another in the cafe and it was just loud everywhere, even outside. You really can't escape the loud music. Not only is it loud, it's real bad. It's just not good music lol. My wife and I went here on a Saturday night, and my wife ordered the peppermint mocha latte and she stated it was very good. I got the snickerdoodle latte, which is their more popular one, and I have to say it was also very good. My wife ordered both of them half sweet and they were still pretty sweet. So if you like lattes that are not overly sweet, I would suggest about a quarter to half sweet. Easy parking as this place is located in a shopping center. Great location with friendly staff! I can't wait until I visit the new location in upland ! The staff was super nice and welcoming. I ordered my boyfriend his drink before he got there and they offered to make him a new one if it wasn't fresh enough upon his arrival. That is going above and beyond ! There was plenty of indoor/ outdoor seating (with charging ports too). Great spot if you need to work remotely. We had the cinnamon cram cold brew and hazelnut divinity. Just ordered from better buzz in Fullerton. Came in at 8:45 on Sunday. Many people studying . Door says open until 11. But when we came in the employees looked at us as if it was 10:59. No one greeted us... took about 2 minutes to acknowledge us standing at the counter. When one of the employees finally decided to come to us, this is how he started the interaction... " name for the order" Then at this time two employees had headsets, one of them was saying things very softly, and the girl would laugh and told him to be quiet. Made us felt like we were not supposed to ordering. We were planning on staying and hanging out, but with the feeling we had.. we decided to leave. Then as our order was being taken care of... another guy pops his head out from the back to only see us and mutter something under his breath and go back to hiding. Then another person comes behind us and try's to order... and the cashier said, "we are closed" ... she turns around and leaves. Again, the door says open until 11. And the restaurant is filled with people studying. Also, we have rewards, but the cashier didn't ask. I wish I got a name... but all I know is he had a mustache and the worst attitude. Then I go and check the now hiring sign and noticed this location is looking for a new general manager.... It all makes sense now. These kids are making this place a place I don't want to visit. I know it's not the norm, we visit better buzz all the time in San Diego. Must be something in the water up here in north county. Yall better fix it. We came through the drive thru at 2:47 pm on Sunday afternoon, one of the managers, I'm assuming (black hair and black pollo shirt), was working the drive thru window. It was hard to hear us at the speaker but she had said 2 large drinks and one regular so we wanted to clarify, instead of letting us finish our sentence she asked if we had our rewards. When we made sure that all of our drinks were large she hardly even looked out the window at us while taking another order and nodding while looking at the register in front of her. All the staff here is super friendly and lively, they're very efficient! I had the maple best drink ever latte and quickly became my favorite. The maple in it reminded me more of a subtle warm honey. So hard not to chug because of how delicious, more on the stronger side which I loved and definitely kept me awake during work. Will be coming back to try different items! I was happy to know that there is a better buzz in Orange County! I used to get this all the time back in San Diego, but this was my first time getting the snickerdoodle latte. It is a real treat but fair warning, it is very sweet and addictive! The service was super quick and I went during an off-hour on a weekday. It is very clean inside and it wasn't overcrowded at all. So this place has a fun vibe to it, with the bee theme and the black and yellow color scheme. Online they had a selection of their food menu, but when you go in, you'll see a ton of their baked goods! And they all looked completely appetizing! Service is great, they make sure that you get what you want. They're very efficient and your get your coffee quickly! What I ordered: Best Drink Ever: Okay, it intrigued me, so I had to try it. Classic Americano + Signature Creamy Vanilla. No actual milk in this drink, but oh my goodness, this was amazing. The vanilla isn't overly sweet and a great complement to the Americano. Snickerdoodle: Hot or Iced, this is really a comforting cinnamon latte. This is one of those drinks I'd just want to really end my work day with. Hand Pie: Chorizo, Bacon, Potato, and cheese. This is a great little meal, or a big snack, you definitely taste bacon, and the chorizo and cheese are really nice complements with it. Definitely great if you need a savory kick. Apple Pie Pocket: A fun little pie, basically like a giant toaster strudel that they make in house. It's that great, "You want a pie on the go? Here it is!" type feeling. One could definitely chalk this rating up to a bad pick on my part. It's a coffee place, after all. But really, all drinks on the menu should be decent to some degree. The Prickly in Pink Pear Mojito missed the mark for me. Aside from being overly sweet, the true Achilles' heel of this drink is its artificial flavor. Prickly pear I tasted naught; a sickening bubblegum flavor lay in its stead. The Hazelnut Delight was pretty good, but it was also pretty sweet. The drinks came out pretty fast, but our food took a while. At least it was hot when it arrived. Both the Turkey Pesto and the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap were... good. Ok. Ok, leaning on good. Fine, leaning on good. Super basic, but well done. A+ in a non-honors class. I would maybe grab it again if I was in a hurry... actually no maybe not because it takes kinda long. I actually did really like the flavors of the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap, but I just wish there was a little more of the chili crunch. It's more of a whisper of chili crunch if anything. The inside was quite crowded for a Tuesday afternoon. People take up whole tables with laptop setups that imply that they're going to be "working from home" from 9 to 5. The decor, however is fun, fresh, and lively. I'm gonna leave this rating for now and probably raise it when I come back to commit myself to my own cup of coffee. The coffeeshop was so loud that I could barely hear the cashier as I went to place my order, or the employees call my name when my drinks were ready. Honestly, the operation also seemed pretty disorganized, with drink orders coming out incomplete and out of sequence. I also think the employees should be cleaning the tables more often, because when my friend and I were trying to choose a table to sit at, every remaining table was dirty and we had to wipe it down ourselves. I ordered the snickerdoodle latte, which is made with Monin's spiced brown sugar syrup, and a lavender lemonade refresher. The latte was underwhelming and the espresso seemed to be on the weaker side. The refresher was pretty good though - tart, sweet, and a little bubbly. It was definitely the highlight of my trip here. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. The food is good, I got the new chili jam sausage croissant and it was fresh and crispy. Really good!! I haven't had anything to truly disappoint me on food, the quality is consistent. But I will say a little pricey for the amount you receive. Service was ok. It could definitely be better. The menu is overwhelming to look at, and I have a hard time choosing when I drive through. But it's frequently a thing where you get the sense the person taking your order kinda expects you to know what you want already. I often just decide not to go here for that reason because I get social anxiety and this kinda spikes it. I'll be honest the barista recommendations haven't really wowed me yet. I love that all the workers here seem to get along and have a good time. But it feels like the customer experience is definitely set to the side or put as a secondary priority. Like many reviewers have said: most coffee and matcha on the menu is just a dressed up vanilla latte. Vanilla is a great flavor but don't expect anything profound here. What I do enjoy is their coffee smoothies menu the blended mango energy buzz is nice I definitely recommend meeting friends or work buddies here, but the atmosphere is really loud if you're just trying to relax and get work done. The vibe is definitely more social setting for the cafe. Their handoff for your drink in the cafe is pretty much tiny/nonexistent and they don't really call your name either so don't be afraid to check up on your drink if it's been a minute. First time trying Buzzed today. Ordered a 16oz blended mocha, no whip. It was absolutely delicious. Ham and cheese croissant, bread was perfect and fluffy. So flavorful. Caprese sandwich looked amazing! The bread was soft, it was missing the balsamic glaze and the flavor was bland and lacking . Unfortunately we both were in the restaurant within 20 minutes of eating. Not sure if it was just a bad batch of Sammie's, but probably wouldn't do it again just in case. read more
