I went with the banana matcha, which is one of their more popular drinks, and yeah... I get the hype. Super creamy, smooth, and the banana flavor works really well without overpowering the matcha. Definitely one I'd order again. My mom went the opposite direction and got one of their stronger Vietnamese coffee drinks, and she LOVED it. Place was not busy as the garden grove one which was a plus! Everything is newly furnished and the inside was nice and clean. I took my order via the kiosk and in under 7 minutes I got both drinks. The matcha for both drinks was good. The banana matcha had a slight artificial taste but there was a good balance of the grass like taste of the matcha for both drinks. My favorite was the Ube matcha! It wasn't too sweet. The Ube flavor can come out just a tiny bit more, but other than that a good drink! read more

This cafe is beautiful! I've been seeing this cafe all over my TikTok page and I got upset because there's none in the Inland Empire (yet...). I was in the area and I know I needed to try this spot! When we first entered the cafe, there was no line. The cafe is beautifully themed. I ordered the banana matcha. My little sister got a lychee jasmine tea and my parents got lattes. I really enjoy the atmosphere of this cafe and can see this being a study spot. I found the prices extremely reason. We paid $24 for 4 drinks, which is extremely good. My banana matcha was perfect! A 10/10. It was the best banana matcha I've ever had. The banana was strong, but I could still taste the matcha. The matcha was extremely good for being a chain cafe. I fell in love with my sister's lychee tea.... It's very refreshing and was a perfect treat after a long day in the sun! I enjoyed my mom's banana latte and found it very sweet. Our only issue was that the drinks here was not as consistent as the other locations. The Einspanner lacked--- flavor. It tasted watered down. So happy for the continued expansion and success of Da Vien Coffee. This location in Anaheim was one of the coffee shops that are open early. I had a meeting in the area and I came here to work with coffee before my main meeting nearby. I really love this location compared to their original location because it is so spacious. There are plenty of tables inside and outside of the restaurant. There are a few outlets underneath the seats for the booth side of the coffee shop. They have an app for those to order online. I noticed a lot of medical professionals come in for quick pick ups. They have a kiosk, and when I came it was still empty so I was able to order from the cashier. I had their Einspanner Cream Coffee ($7/large) and a Ham & Egg Croissant ($5.55). The croissant was toasted, no frills, but a sufficient start to my day. The einspanner cream coffee was mostly good, but the cream layer was so thick, when I went in for my first sip, the cream literally blocked the sipping area. Then as I drank it down, the cream was so thick it just sank down. It didn't really integrate with the drank and remained it's own blob. I think it needs to be a smidge less thick so I can actually drink it. The coffee part was still good at least. Great location for early birds, take out, sit-down, and hanging out. I have had mostly positive experience with their brand. read more

We had high expectations, but unfortunately the experience didn't quite live up to them. We ordered a Vietnamese coffee with less ice and a sesame latte. We're not sure what the standard amount of ice is, but it actually seemed like we received more ice despite requesting less. In addition, it appears there was a mix-up with our order. The sticker indicated a sesame latte, but we were served what tasted like a cinnamon latte instead. We understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy times, but we hope the staff pays a little closer attention to drink customizations and order accuracy in the future. Congrats Da Vien on another new location! I've visited majority of their locations. I love cafe hopping, and Da Vien is my top favorite coffee shop in OC. Parking: There's a small/medium private parking lot. I visited on a morning weekday, so finding a spot was easy. I could tell it might be difficult finding a spot on the weekends. Ambiance/Environment: They're pretty notorious for their small space. Their Stanton location is the only largest shop. There's a decent amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It was pretty warm inside. Not the best feeling, especially since it's been hot. It's a good spot for coffee dates, not really to work. Service: Unfortunately during my visit, there was a large internet outage. Mobile orders couldn't go through, and they couldn't scan the app to earn points. Oscar, the cashier, that assisted me was nice, and throughput was quick & efficient. Drinks: I looove their Vietnamese coffee. Their foams are thiccckkk af, and it perfectly balances with the coffee. My order always changes during every visit, but I highly recommend the Da Vien coffee, Matcha coffee, and Egg coffee. If you prefer something a bit lighter with no foam, try the Marble Drip coffee. Pricing: Average prices for coffee shops nowadays. Download their app for rewards and promotions. They occasionally offer bogo and other discounts. Make sure the cashier actually scans your app to earn points if you're ordering in person. Loved how clean it is inside as well as the cute merch around the shop. The ease of ordering via the kiosk was nice. A friend tagged me--Da Vien is opening ANOTHER location! So excited it's closer to home I'm joining the CRAZY crowd standing in line for the celebration. Unfortunately, I may be an hour early, for the event, but wasn't the first 400. There's so major coffee addicts in Anaheim! The grand opening was way more popular than I expected! I waited in line for over 2 hours (giveaways were long gone by the time I got up there), but I finally got my coffee. I was debating between egg or ube, and settled for ube. Maybe it was all the anticipation, but it didn't taste quite as good as I remembered from the Westminster or Cerritos locations. The staff were really nice and doing their best with the huge crowd. I just wish they had set up a temporary water station outside -- it was getting pretty toasty while we were waiting in line. I had to leave (line at 10:30 for another appointment) so asked my friend to order my drink. :( read more

So my wife and sister in law have been raving about this place since they tried it in cypress. Finally opened up around the corner in Anaheim and I decided to come and try. Wow they are busy, that's a good thing very good thing. I ordered their recommended marble coffee (lrg) and a strawberry tea. Service was fast, the inside was clean, the ambiance wasn't the best for work in my opinion though there are some people working on their laptops inside. My friend said "best coffee she's ever had".
