Very good coffee that isn't watered down! What I love about better buzz is the drinks actually tasting good and flavorful. Not just watered down. Wait time was quick fairly quick. But it can be packed in the drive thru line. Be prepared for a long wait! Menu has a good variety of coffee and tea. Also had the ham and cheese croissant. The sandwich was a bigger portion size than I thought! Makes the 7 dollar price tag actually worth it, IMO. Inside the coffee shop it was nice and clean! Everything was in order, no messy tables and their little ship center was neat and looked very presentable! Service gets a 10/10. I've been coming to this establishment a few times a week for the past few weeks. While the food is honestly subpar, the coffee is excellent--some of the best I've had in a long time. The drink flavor selection is also impressive, which is what's kept me coming back. That said, I had a really uncomfortable experience yesterday that left a bad taste in my mouth. The drive-through setup is confusing (and always has been), and yesterday, I apparently entered in a way that caused an issue. While I was already near the window, a manager came out and told me--accusingly--that I had "cut" two cars behind me and not to do that again. I understand if there's a proper way to enter the line, but the setup is not intuitive, and I didn't cut anyone intentionally. Instead of approaching me with clarity or kindness, I was met with blame and attitude--and that's not acceptable. If there's a flaw in your drive-through system, that's on the establishment to fix--not the customer to get scolded over. I really wanted to give Better Buzz another chance, but this location is just not it. The last time I came, they took forever just to take our order at the register, so we ended up ordering online instead. My coffee came out first and still took a long time, and the banana bread didn't come out until about 25 minutes later. Their whole system feels unorganized. I finally came back today and ordered the drink "Best Drink Ever" with cinnamon cold foam. Key word: foam. My drink was watery and the "foam" was basically liquid. Total waste of money. I love better buzz. But there's quite some inconsistencies in the drinks. I come about 3-4 times a week (close to home, family loves it too) and my drinks taste different almost everytime. One day they're sweet and the same drink the next day will taste just like coffee, no sugar. I came to this place a few times while I was staying nearby. The Better Breakfast sandwich is delicious and I kinda love the maple best drink ever. The employees are super nice, acknowledging anyone that walks in, and taking orders in line if it gets too long. But recently I had a double charge on my bank account that was a mistake and when I called , the manager Ryan was incredible- taking my number and promising to get to the bottom of it. Went through the drive through and ordered. Asked for a blended mocha easy chocolate. Was handed a drink with heavy chocolate drizzle. I said I saked for light chocolate. The employee said it is, that I did not ask for light drizzle. Another employee came to the window and asked what MY problem was. I told her. She took the cup poured it into another and handed it to me. They were both rude. Im guessing because I tapped no tip when I paid with my card. I always pay cash tips AFTER I'm handed my order. It does get pretty busy at times so if you're planning to stop by during your lunch break be prepared to wait a bit. Drive through can also be a wait depending on the time of day.
