I love Better Buzz! Their matcha lattes are delicious, and the hint of vanilla is such a nice touch. I visit both the Fullerton and Anaheim locations almost weekly. They're both great, but I especially love Fullerton. The staff is friendly, efficient, and has given me some great drink recommendations. I also love the atmosphere - great lighting and fun music! read more

Great study spot! The coffee is okay I would say the music is just a little too loud sometimes but other than that great place!

I had an awesome experience today in the drive-thru with Mikali! I had a free drink reward & she suggested the coconut sugar cinnamon swirl latte! SOOO GOOD! Your energy was such a light to the world today - thank you! read more

Better Buzz Coffee - Iced Coconut Sugar Cinnamon Swirl Latte with oat milk! DELICIOUS! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fullerton, California

Drinks are good! Service is good. The few times I have gone I have gone through drive thru. There's always a line of cars but service is pretty quick. read more

Went through the drive-thru at the Better Buzz on S. Harbor Blvd in Fullerton on Sept 23 around 5:10 PM and the employee on the intercom mocked me with a fake "Indian" accent and laughed. Absolutely racist and disgusting. Another girl had to step in and take over (she was very polite), but this should never happen. Completely unacceptable. read more

This Better buzz location is my favorite to go to. Always great customer service. Fresh food and delicious drinks!

Great place would come again! Very welcoming good drinks. Music is pretty good to listen to as well. COME HERE!

Awesome customer service and great ambiance overall. I will definitely be coming back.

Food was really good but not filling. The drinks are off I ask for a mexican CHOCOLATE and turn out to be a mocha coffee currently breastfeeding so I can't be drinking caffeine. Wish they mentioned it before requesting it the was money down the drain didn't drink it. As well the quantity I order a large it was pretty low when I open it read more

Well, it's fair to say that I won't be returning to this establishment again. I know places get busy, but their coffee and food aren't good enough to bring me back. It took a good 28-30 minutes to get our full order. It was chaotic from the start. We were first in line without an actual line there at 2:45 pm ish. But then a line formed behind us after the fact. the cashier was not sure of many things we asked about for example, what was in a scone or drink. He had to stop a few times to ask people around him about their menu. Then, behind the counter, there were at least a dozen employees doing random things. It just seemed like they were scatter-brained. The line started to form and the place was getting packed. We were standing in line and one of our drinks and food items were ready. Our order was for 5 drinks and 2 food items. We stood there for about 5 minutes as the staff just brought out items for other people. Finally, after waiting for 12 minutes, my nephew went to the counter to ask about our order and they scrambled around looking for the name, but found nothing. They asked for our receipt and had to go from that. Even that wasn't a good push, instead of getting it all done in one time 4 more drinks and 1 food item, they had 3 drinks done and we had to ask about the last drink and food item. The food item wasn't what I originally ordered any way, but I wasn't going to complain because there was already a line and I didn't want to wait any longer. After a few more times of approaching them, we got our last drink which was a blended item and the food item. That was about 28-30 minutes later as half of our party waited outside at a table. During the whole time, ambiance seemed to be unsettling and it was definitely unorganized. I think they need to figure out how to function in stations rather than having their team members running all around doing various things. The behind the counter was pretty narrow and there were about 10-12 people back there and then people coming in and out of the back area. I don't know if the drinks and food were worth it. I would rather go to a Starbucks or even better a local coffee shop in the area. Hope they can fix their training and processing procedures. Good luck. read more

The theme of this coffee joint is definitely eye catching and has a consistent cute theme of bee/buzz throughout. Their tag line "Life's better buzzed" is so clever & catchy! The service was pleasant and efficient. Tried Hazenut Divinity and had a fine balance of sweet and taste of their coffee/espresso. Had this creaminess to it too that was quite divine on my taste buds. I was undecided between their infamous "Best Drink Ever" or the Hazelnut Divinity was kind and patient enough to explain the difference in laymen's terms where I was able to choose my 1st drink ever from here. Hazelnut Divinity is more creamier and the other more watery; so if you like creaminess, get the Hazelnut. And her knowledge of her products was super helpful. Vibe of this place is obviously buzzin and can't wait to come back to try other drinks... and snacks! read more

Come here about five or six times, and I've always ordered an iced drink with some sort of cold foam on top. Every single time out of the six times. I've come to pick up my drink. There is no cold foam, and I have to tell them. That may look upset with me. Today was my very last visit, and I ordered a hot chai, tea, latte, and some more walked over to me, and handed me an iced chai latte, and walked away and said we're out of regular cups. Where I had to stop and save her excuse me. I ordered a hot chair latte, and then she took the cup out of my hand and went back behind the counter. I think my overall experiences have just not been good here. read more

Really great spot. Downside is the Music. Was trying to have a coffee with a friend inside and the music was REALLY LOUD! You have to raise your voice to hear the conversation! Went outside and the music was still LOUD. Maybe dial it down a bit...other than that service is great and very welcoming! read more

Better Buzz Coffee - My best drink EVER and snickerdoodle latte and chocolate walnuts cookie - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fullerton, California

This Better Buzz location is the best coffee place in all of Orange County! I've tried numerous kinds of their drinks such as the Best Drink Ever, Hazelnut Divinity, Caramel Buzz, and Prickly in Pink Mojito- the one thing they have in common...ALL DELICIOUS. The customer service atmosphere is always top tier when I visit, and all the employees and managers work hard to ensure good and fast service. The food is also spectacular with options ranging from Açaí Bowls to Avocado Toast. My personal favorite is their array of sandwiches that include vegetarian and gluten-free options. The pastries are also super yummy and there is even a vegan cookie and gluten free donut!! Overall, Better Buzz Fullerton has been a terrific experience everytime I go, and from the inclusiveness and variety of their items to the spectacular service, it's hard to go anywhere else!! Finally! A Better Buzz in North OC! My wife and I have been wanting to come here the past few weeks and finally did. I had the orange matcha latte and seasonal ube matcha latte and both were delicious. My wife had the snicker doodle latte that I took a sip of and it hit all the taste buds. This location has a huge lounge with more than enough ample seating. Originally started in San Diego, so nice to see Better Buzz growing in other parts of California. read more

I really wanted to like this coffee shop! I've driven by here several times, but never when they were open. I got what they call the best drink ever which is supposed to be a creamy vanilla Americano according to their sign. It's literally just an Americano with zero vanilla flavor at all. Either someone screwed my drink up or it's really insanely badly advertised. The Americano itself is average, but I really don't feel like I got what I paid for and I went through the drive-through so it's too late to go back. read more

This place is ultra busy. I never heard of it before until I did some research on it and found out that this is a popular chain mostly located in San Diego. After seeing all the hype I had to give it a try. There's a drive thru and sit in but I went with sit in. It was a fairly long line but the wait was not long because they were really efficient with taking our orders. They had the system down so I appreciated that. I got a chili crisp breakfast wrap and ube cream cold brew while my bf got an Americano and a bacon ciabatta. We got our food pretty quickly and my drink came out not long afterwards. My bf on the other hand had a long wait because they forgot his drink. Despite that though they apologized and proceeded to make it quickly. We gave them some slack since it was ultra busy handling both drive thru and in store orders. After finally getting to try the food and coffees, I concluded that the ube cream was delicious but I wouldn't say it was the best I've had. However it did fulfill my coffee needs. The chili crisp wrap was very yummy and fulfilling but I couldn't really taste much chili crisp. The bacon ciabatta was good according to my bf but the bread was dry. He had no complaints with the Americano. Overall I do think it's a better alternative than Starbucks but it's better to plan ahead if you want to try this place since it gets busy with only one location in OC so far. read more

Better Buzz Coffee - both were hazelnut divinity - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fullerton, California

I really want to love Better Buzz because it's a drive through alternative to Starbucks, but unfortunately I don't. The quality of their coffee is good and much better than Starbucks and even Coffee Bean, but the drinks are just way too sweet. I've ordered half sweet and it's still way too syrupy sweet. It's also very pricey for a chain coffee spot. I wouldn't mind paying more for a better quality drink, but I just can't justify it here. read more

Ryan from Better Buzz Coffee was amazing. Extremely helpful on an error I made while doing an online order. First time customer and I'll definitely be coming back because of Ryan. read more

I am the biggest better buzz fan!! Specifically the Fullerton location. I do order it every day (oops) but I look forward to it every morning! Good coffee just VERY expensive. Really liked my drink but did not enjoy paying almost $9

Went there for the first time and everyone was so kind. Kat took my order and was very knowledgeable in the coffee they had. She answered all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect drink. Best coffee and great staff!! The food is great. Would definitely go back and recommend! Fast service.

We finally gave Better Buzz Fullerton a try after seeing them everywhere in San Diego. We tried Coconut Best Drink Ever and Coconut Matcha, pistachio croissant, and Better Breakfast sandwich. Let's just say they were not the best drinks ever! They were very basic and way overpriced food and drinks. Coconut coffee and Matcha tasted artificial. We ended up throwing away the coffee. The tiny breakfast sandwich in a togo box should be around $6, not $10. Small, average tasting croissant for $6. Service was also not impressive. Cashier did not know answer to simple questions like pricing. Better options are available at Paris Baguette or Tous les Jours. And if you want really good coffee try Da Vien. We won't come back. read more

Staff was helpful and friendly. Best coffee around! Great upbeat and clean store. I will definitely be back

old Review forgot to post! first impression is it's busy, lots of people in the lobby (around 20) and about lots of workers running around. Lots of seating and the wifi is password protected for guests. Waited around 20 mins for my uber eats pickup order. Did not have my seasonal muffin, offered to replace with another pastry accepted the lemon loaf as a substitute. Snickerdoodle latte was bad it tasted like a vanilla latte. It was missing the cinnamon sugar on top so it just tastes like a really sweet vanilla latte. (2/5 not what i wanted) The only good thing was the Lemon loaf. It is moist and not too sweet, similar texture to a pound cake. I ordered the seasonal muffin tho. (5/5 not pumpkin but i really loved it) The waffle sandwich has a bunch of nasty burnt bits but i just plucked them off. waffle is a bit crumbly but moist and very sweet, needs a smidge more salt. (2/5 filled me up but the burnt bits were off putting and i didn't really enjoy it) read more

very friendly service in the morning. easy line, and decent food, but seems like in the early morning they can mess up your order. tried to clarify with the worker as it was my first time there and they forgot a part of my sandwich. either way still tasted good and would be nice in the early morning, but idk compared to other breakfast spots open later like 7-8. read more
