First time coming in, was excited to try their drinks. Ended up trying a smoothie, Pink Dragon with pitaya, strawberries, banana, apple juice, bee pollen. I waited 15min for my drink... had to ask someone to check on the order for me as that seemed like too long of a time. Looked like they had forgotten about it. I then watched the gentleman who was handling the food orders slowly walk over to obtain ice, no sense of urgency for an order that was now overdue. At this point, I wanted my money back, but I waited, received my order 5min later and said nothing. The drink itself was just ok, didn't taste like there was any banana in it and was very liquid in texture, not smoothie like. First and last time visiting this location.

Amazing service!!!! Drive through literally takes seconds for an order to be completed. I tried the chocolate croissant and it's just heaven!!!! Crispy and lots of chocolate!!! Better Buzz is awesome and I thank you Josh for your professionalism and work ethic!!! The vibe is also cozy I love it!!!!

*Note: TDLR at the end of the review Mint Infused Iced Coffee: 4/10 I paid for iced milk dawg. Errrrrr they deadass put a mint leaf on top of my drink and called it mint infused. Didn't taste any mint at all, just a super iced out milky latte. Service: 3/10 Money grabby af. The cashier (older dude so I think might be the owner), was nonchalant asf and gave me this weird look when I didn't order a large. He basically shooed me off after telling him my order. Also, no one calls out your order. They just leave it at the counter and you gotta check on it. Ambiance: 6/10 Plenty of tables and outlets! Came on a Sunday around 3pm and it was crowded af, but I was able to nab a table. Music is kinda loud, but I think it's a pretty decent place to study. Parking was pretty easy to find. TDLR: I would rather go to Starbucks tbh LOL. Drinks are very okay, hella fucking ice bro. Easy parking. Owner (I think) is rude and money grabby.

Stumbled upon Better Buzz on the way home and decided to stop in for an afternoon pick-me-up -- so glad I did! I'd heard the banana coffee was a must-try and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Sweet but not overdone, a natural hint of banana without any artificial taste, and the cold foam on top was fluffy and heavenly. We also tried the Cinnamon Pistachio from their new seasonal menu and that was another hit -- a perfect blend of flavors that somehow avoids that fake sweetener taste you find elsewhere. What really made the visit was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and happy to share their personal favorites to help us narrow things down. That kind of enthusiasm goes a long way. We will most definitely be back!

This is a month old review. We want it to try this place as we pass by it many time and now they have banana flavor. We ordered drive thru so I didn't get to experience the food inside. We order the banana matcha flavor and coconut flavor latte. The drink was alright, the matcha is light in color which usually indicates lower grade matcha and the banana is lacking flavor. The coconut taste more like a vanilla latte than coconut. Drink deserve 3 stars, but we would come back to check out the food next time.

I usually head over to Philz in Fullerton, but I decided to try this place out since it's right by my home. The second I ordered my drink and tasted it, I knew i had just wasted $7 on a drink I can't even drink because they added about an inch of cinnamon, nutmeg, etc "spices". So I just got up to pay $7 for a drink I cannot swallow without feeling all these grainy bits of seasoning. If you want gritty bitter coffee order the Moroccan spice iced coffee! Just because it has "seasoning" in it, you don't dump a tablespoon of each spice into a regular drink.

is the chili crunch in the room with us?

WEIRD experience. I usually like Better Buzz, so I don't know if they changed their customer service lately, but the drive thru lady tried to upsell us on EVERYTHING. She wasn't even very friendly, very monotonous, but she KEPT asking if we wanted food, pastries, to add avocado, if we wanted a large, etc. It was really annoying, especially when I knew what I wanted. I said NO to the large americano, she charged me for a large anyway. But by the time I noticed I wasn't going to ask for a refund. There wasn't nearly enough ice in there so I just had an incredibly watered down drink.. I ended up saying yes to adding avocado on my chili crunch because she said it's "the most popular way to enjoy it" and it was TWO DOLLARS for the tiniest bit of mashed up avocado in a dinky little solo cup. Also, see photo, it's literally called a chili crunch wrap and I see NO chili crunch. I dug around and could not for the life of me see any sign of chili crunch save for one flake. I also always ask for cinnamon cream cold brew half sweet and she had the strangest push back saying it's already less sweet and so I ended up just saying fine I'll have it as it comes.. The caprese sandwich bread is horrible. It's over toasted and hard on the edges (same for my chili crunch wrap tortilla). And it was fully heated so I had soggy tomato and the saddest amount of arugula.

I've been wanting to try Better Buzz for a while and was eating near by so stopped by for a coffee for the drive home. This location is amazing, near the 91 freeway entrance and large, clean and very cozy to enjoy your drink alone or with friends. The menu is expansive. There is something for everyone here. I decided to start at the top with the Best Drink Ever. An Americano with their signature creamy vanilla added. Shuttle, not too sweet and coffee forward... which is always my preference. I'm here for the beans not the diabetes. The list is large of specialty drinks, so many directions you can go. Also a nice selection of teas, smoothie and even açaí bowls. So I will be back to try more. They also had some food options that looked good and a great assortment of pastries. Unfortunately I just had a large dinner so I will have to be hungry next time I drive through. The staff was well versed in the menu and provided some recommendations. They were very busy and the lobby was packed. But the staff remained chipper. I'm hoping they expand into west LA but this San Diego based chain is worth a visit if you are passing through.

My friend got a text that today is banana day that and they were giving away a free banana cold foam drink if you were a banana gear on banana today. I have a banana bread business myself, so I am all about bananas, yellow, and banana gear. So, naturally, we took a little drive from Redondo to Fullerton. When we got here, Ryanne was our cashier and Marissa was making drinks. He was super patient with my friend and I as we were beside ourselves with the cute stickers you guys had. And I had my banana pants on and my banana hat on so Marissa said I qualified for the free drink!!! . Yay me!!!! of course, it was absolutely delicious so much so that we're gonna have to get another one on the way back to Redondo. Thank you so much Marisa and Ryan for making our trip extra fun.

I enjoyed this spot. The interior is very nice and extremely spacious. There's plenty of seating and it's a nice aesthetic. The girl who helped me was really nice, and when I had a question about adjustments she helped out a lot! Service was quick, and they even have a drive thru which is convenient if you don't feel like getting down! I got the best drink ever with cinnamon cream and it was good. It basically tasted like a Spanish latte if that's what you're into! But yeah, I'll be back to try more items!

The score is going to be a solid 2... maybe a 2.5 if I'm being generous. First, another coffee place at every corner; a place called a better buzz? I wouldn't say that is truly accurate. If caffeine dumped into your drink, or more sugar than coffee is your delight, absolutely , this would be your place. In fact, most drinks were mediocre, at best. And at 7.5$ to 9$ per serving? It was lacking refined taste, lacking presentation, and incredibly it had nothing new that would inspire me to return. The food, same, i can do exponentially better at other locations; including a steep price reduction. Most of all, the ambiance is generic; an attempt to redo or conceive a modern and cyber look to the future of drinks serving. It doesn't play out too well, or it crashes at the start.its bland and mudane. Lastly, the parking situation is horrendous. The first week that it was open, people were literally almost running into each other, in addition, people were being discourteous and the staff lackes any control or plan to reroute others among this disastrous chaos of cars. I'll take my 15 dollars that I spent on 1 drink and 1 pastry at a more clam place that isn't based on a reputation that has lasted it's 15 mins of fame. But hey, if you enjoy overpriced coffee or specialty drinks, a crazy ambiance, and waiting in a car line for 30 min... then you found your mecca! read more

Better Buzz has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shops. The vibe is always welcoming, the service is friendly, and the drinks? So good. My go-to is the Snickerdoodle Latte iced--sweet, cinnamon-y, and super smooth. It's the perfect treat whether I need a caffeine boost or just want something comforting and delicious. I've tried a few other drinks too, and everything has been consistently solid. The space itself is clean, modern, and full of good energy. Whether I'm grabbing something to-go or sitting down to get a little work done, it always hits the right note. Staff is efficient but still takes the time to be kind, even when it's busy. LOVE LOVE LOVE BETTER BUZZ! I was so happy to find out they expanded to OC. The drinks are always exceptional at the Fullerton location. My only complaint is for the drive thru. There are cones on the side of the line so others can't turn in and must go around to get to where the line really is. However, of course there are people who don't follow the rules and have no consideration for others. I was disappointed when I was in my car in the drive thru when another car came from the side and made their own line and other cars joined in -- causing two separate merging lanes even though there was already a line and others just merged in even though they didn't wait their turn. There were employees outside taking orders that didn't even bother to correct them. Oh well, guess I'll have to drive to Laguna for their drive thru because that would never happen there. read more

It was my very first visit to Better Buzz with my friend. I ordered the Pumpkin Chai Iced Coffee with Oatmilk and it was absolutely divine! I don't live super close to the store but with the service and kindness Ryan and the other baristas provided, I will definitely be returning with or without my friend furthermore, the inside looks like a comfy Pooh Bear environment with such cute honeycomb decor and modern style furniture in such a clean environment with an outdoor patio to enjoy sunshine and is dog friendly. I saw Better Buzz out of the corner of my eye while doing errands in the CSUF area and decided to check it out the following week! Downloaded the app, which promised a regular Free drink after sign-up. This new coffee cafe is very spacious with plenty of seating in a very contemporary and bright interior! There is also a roomy outdoor patio. I got a Large Coconut Blended Iced Coffee with Whip, which was full-bodied and not overly strong for me. I needed to stir it a bit to get the coconut cream to disperse and it was soooo rich & coconutty! My daughter enjoyed her Snickerdoodle Iced Latte with Whip which had the perfect sweetness and a good amount of cinnamon! The manager was sooo helpful with my order and oh-so-friendly! I look forward to trying more different drinks like an Iced Moroccan Spice and Iced Mint Latte!! Their food has interesting offerings like a Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap and a Bacon Ciabotta -- looking forward to enjoying those also!! Went few days after opening so still that opening buzz! Cinnamon Cold Foam was the best cold foam i've ever had. Lots of pastries.. will have to try soon. Also lots of merchandise options how fun! Grand opening at better buzz and ambiance is great the people are great! They great on drive through times inside was obviously longer wait but definitely worth it. The Snickerdoodle w oat milk latte hot is sooooo good !!!! On the Pricey side because of milk charges for a regular was $6.59 and it's a dollar up charge for oat milk total was $7.59 vs startbucks grande comes to $6.45 for a grande gingerbread latte with oat milk. This was a nice change from my usual coffee shops. I was greeted once I walked in. Right when I walked in the pistachio croissant. It was so fresh and delicate looking. The croissant was so flaky and buttery. The filling was no lacking! Then I ordered the horchata iced latte. I was not disappointed. It you are looking for a new coffee shops definitely give the place a try. read more

Whoever is working the drive thru on 12/23/25 has some issues, they seriously cannot hear anything. I ordered 4 drinks and not one was made correctly, this is actually the second time giving better buzz a try and both times my orders have been messed up, they have way too many kids around there working... in desperate need of some adults and leadership read more

Hello everyone, I apologize for my absence and lack of reviews, but work has taken me abroad where I believe Yelp should consider expanding... but that's a topic for another review. My daughter directed my attention to a new coffee establishment, Better Buz Coffee (BB) which she recommended I visit. If you are not familiar with me, I am quite the coffee enthusiast, which is why I find myself in the mountains of El Salvador . Upon my arrival at the Fullerton, CA location, I noticed there is plenty of parking available, leaving no reason for you not to visit... so stop making excuses and come on over. My initial impression of the coffee shop was simply amazing! It has a spacious, bright, and casual ambiance . I approached the counter to find a diverse menu of items that, if it weren't for my commitment to maintaining my figure, I would have indulged in... so don't let that deter you from trying everything. Today, I opted to sample their coffee, but since I arrived in the late afternoon during a bit of a rush, I decided not to trouble the BB staff too much, especially on my first visit. Fortunately, Alicia greeted me with a warm smile and was both knowledgeable and courteous while taking my order. I chose a drip coffee, as BB does not offer pour-overs, but that's not a drawback when it comes to getting your caffeine fix. The coffee was delivered promptly and tasted an impressive 8 out of 10. To summarize, since this is my first review, I will certainly return to BB, and next time I plan to provide a comprehensive review of the various blends they offer and see if I can persuade them to prepare a pour-over for my discerning palate. The staff member repeatedly claimed they could not understand my order, creating an unnecessarily difficult interaction. Most egregiously, the employee resorted to making racist comments, directly asking if I was Chinese and displaying blatant discriminatory behavior. The restaurant's interior design cannot compensate for the deeply unprofessional and offensive treatment I experienced. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable in any customer service setting. His customer service and attentiveness are truly exceptional--he greets you with a warm smile, remembers your order, and always has the best recommendations. I thought it wasn't going to be good based on the name. I was wrong. Service was great (friendly and prompt), the drinks were unique, and it was a nice place to hangout for a bit.
