But it can be packed in the drive thru line. Be prepared for a long wait! Menu has a good variety of coffee and tea. Also had the ham and cheese croissant. The sandwich was a bigger portion size than I thought! Makes the 7 dollar price tag actually worth it, IMO. Inside the coffee shop it was nice and clean! Everything was in order, no messy tables and their little ship center was neat and looked very presentable! Service gets a 10/10. I've been coming to this establishment a few times a week for the past few weeks. While the food is honestly subpar, the coffee is excellent--some of the best I've had in a long time. The drink flavor selection is also impressive, which is what's kept me coming back. That said, I had a really uncomfortable experience yesterday that left a bad taste in my mouth. The drive-through setup is confusing (and always has been), and yesterday, I apparently entered in a way that caused an issue. While I was already near the window, a manager came out and told me--accusingly--that I had "cut" two cars behind me and not to do that again. I understand if there's a proper way to enter the line, but the setup is not intuitive, and I didn't cut anyone intentionally. Instead of approaching me with clarity or kindness, I was met with blame and attitude--and that's not acceptable. If there's a flaw in your drive-through system, that's on the establishment to fix--not the customer to get scolded over. Please focus on improving your operations instead of giving your paying customers uncomfortable lectures read more

I really wanted to give Better Buzz another chance, but this location is just not it. The last time I came, they took forever just to take our order at the register, so we ended up ordering online instead. My coffee came out first and still took a long time, and the banana bread didn't come out until about 25 minutes later. Their whole system feels unorganized. I got what they call the best drink ever which is supposed to be a creamy vanilla Americano according to their sign. It's literally just an Americano with zero vanilla flavor at all. I came to this place a few times while I was staying nearby. The Better Breakfast sandwich is delicious and I kinda love the maple best drink ever. The employees are super nice, acknowledging anyone that walks in, and taking orders in line if it gets too long. But recently I had a double charge on my bank account that was a mistake and when I called , the manager Ryan was incredible- taking my number and promising to get to the bottom of it.
