Donuts were pretty good. We drove out of our way to try them because of the reviews. Don't need to do that again. The blueberry donut was quite good though. Friendly service. read more

Their food is always perfect and they never let you down when you need a quick boba or doughnut. Their service is very fast. And it is usually not that loud. read more

It was good not the best that I've had but definitely good where I'll give them another chance there was a young lady working in the front who didn't acknowledge us when we walked in but there was another lady from the back who came to the front and she was super bubbly maybe letting your workers know that their phones should be put down that would be great but other than that the Chi milk tea is super yummy I loved it it is very similar to Boces donuts and it wasn't as expensive as both of the donuts so that was a plus like I said just took off one star just because of that whole interaction other than that you guys should visit and make your own opinion about this place cause again it might be different next time you walk in read more

I love mom and pop donut shops and Best Donuts is one of my favorites when in Phoenix. Not only do they have a great assortment to choose from throughout the day, the lady that works the counter (assuming the owner) is always super friendly. Because I was buying a large quantity (10 dozen), I made sure to call ahead. They took my order, gave some suggestions and told me when I could pick up my sweet treats. She even gave me a call the day before to make sure I was still coming and to confirm the order. Pick-up was a breeze and everyone who consumed one was an instant fan. I'll continue to come back and use for parties/events in the future! A huge plus: they take credit cards too! read more

Amazing donut shop! The only place I buy my donuts from for 5 years now. I have ordered quantities of 14 dozens in the morning and they have them ready for me in 15 minutes. We recently had a quality issue and I called it in and they offered an entire dozen free, I never went to pick up the dozen; I showed up this morning after weeks of this incident and they remembered my face and name and added that dozen to my order. Amazing customer service, the fluffiest donuts I've ever had, I will continue to come to this place for years to come. read more

They really do have the best donuts. I am not a big donut person but this is the only donut I will go out of my way to buy. The donuts are always fresh the staff is really nice and they take pride in their product. A true gem in the South Phoenix community! read more

These donuts are phenomenal. Cherry fritters are really good too! Luckily I live right down the street. It's becoming a Saturday morning ritual. read more

So definitely has become my favorite donut place as of today! They serve soft but dense donuts (unlike Krispy Kremes..soft and dissolves in your mouth) even if you come in kinda late on a Saturday morning. I have only been here a few times, but have had an excellent experience all those times, we usually get the dozen donut with a variety to try as many flavors as we can. My fave is the chocolate bar...but last time we were here I ordered the crumb cake and it was bomb!!! It was more of a cake than a donut but who cares...it was delicious! Buy some milk to go with it, or coffee...if you can't take much of the sweetness. Reminds me of Bosa donuts, but last time I went to Bosa, I preferred this place more...their donuts tasted fresher here.... Can't wait for the next donut run :) yummm!!1 read more

Best donuts worst bagels. Love the selection of donuts, they are delicious and fresh but the bagels are awful. Very little cream cheese and just taste like a dinner roll. read more

First time come here, I got a coconut glaze donut. It was fresh. The texture of donut was soft, almost melting in my mouth. There was a different taste into it that make me want to bite more until the last bite. The glaze was light, not thick and super sweet. I hope the same thing on the other donut when I try it. This place just open and they have free donut and coffee on Friday, Jan 24th. The location is between Baseline Rd and 24th St., near Cleaner Laundry and right behind of Rubio's). It worth to try! read more

Names like "Best" whatever make me cringe. "You're really going to claim to be the best around, and on your sign?" I say as I walk in. I'll be damned if they don't make me eat my words (and 2 dozen donuts in the process). Hands down the best donuts in the Valley. read more

Donuts, iced coffee, and boba tea in South Phoenix... Finally! This place is easy to miss so look for the dry cleaners and nail shop facing 24th st just north of Baseline. I'm still making my way through all of the options but so far I have not been disappointed. I especially like the French vanilla iced coffee... Not sure exactly why it's so good but it's delicious and cheap... Score! read more

Worst customer service ever. I went in asking for 14 dozen donut holes. Then she got a little bag and filled it up with 14 donut holes. I said I would like 14 dozen; she said she didn't hear me and got a bigger box. She then said why don't you just get 50 donut holes. I said forget it and walked out. If you are too lazy to count the donut holes then take them off the menu. Never going back again. They definitely lack customer service there. read more

WOW so yummy. Old fashioned are my fav and these are the bomb! Maple glazed was also amazing. Definitely a must eat donut. MUST. EAT. NOW.

After hiking at the end of the 24th st I was looking for a sweet rewards and I found Best Donuts! They really have the best Donuts, soft and fluffy and yummy. I had the bear claws donut and it was a big size. When I walked in the shop smells so good and I was greeted by a friendly smile Very happy customer read more

Local donut shop that always has good assortment of donuts and such. Yummy Boba teas, sandwiches, basic coffee. Good prices. Service with a smile. My only negative is that the bagels are more bread-like, not doughy. read more

Went here looking for donuts and they had boba! Finally boba place close to home for me! The donuts were a little bit old, but that was probably because I came in at such a late time. I am not a big donut person but occasionally I'll try a new place. Their Chocolate cake crumb was a 4 on a scale of 1-5. Also had a chocolate bar donut and it was eh...it was very bread-like, lacked moisture, not as soft & tender as Sunrise donuts. Lastly I ordered a bagel to go & toast at home since I'd bought some cream cheese & I gotta say this was not a bagel at all. I'd call it bread shaped like a bagel. The consistency was definitely lacking. I've had ALOT of bagels, this should definitely not be considered one. Not sure how they have 5 stars but I wasn't too impressed with the flavors or consistency of the products. I will say they were really nice, hence the 3 rating instead of 2 for the food. read more

Was spontaneously craving donuts and found this place. With the lack of donut shops in the valley, this place definitely made up for it. The customer service is phenomenal and their freshly made donuts are even better for a cheap price per dozen. Unlike most donuts, Best Donuts makes their donuts savory and moist- making you crave more. Additionally, their Thai tea boba is just as good. Overall, great place! I definitely recommend it and looking forward to being a frequent customer of this locally owned business! P.S.- the customer service is so great that they even threw in a few extra donuts to my already ordered dozen donuts! read more
