They were helpful and friendly on the phone and actually offered to come the same day (larger companies I looked into offered next day service)! The technician was prompt and friendly. While I know that not every problem will be as clear and simple as our (baby sock stuck in water pump), but I was grateful that I didn't have to play games or do a run around with the company on price, time, service, etc. Bay is a family run business and they treated my family as a family, and not an opportunity to make some money.
